I absolutely love this coat...very warm but yet it has a lightweight feeling. Does seem to run a little small so I would recommend going up a size from what u would normally wear. If you don't it's hard to wear anything that may be a little bulky such as a sweatshirt.

This is the prettiest jacket. I got the red and I probably should have gotten the white or black to be practical but the red is so rich I think it is actually neutral. I am 5'10" and 120lbs. The length and size are perfect in size small for me. Great jacket.

I love this jacket! If you are looking for a more fitted, medium weight winter jacket, this is perfect. It's made for thinner sweaters/tops, not big, bulky sweaters. From the back the jacket goes in slightly at the waist and it's a bit longer in back as opposed to the front, so flattering! The dark brown is a gorgeous color as well. For reference, I am 5'6", 125 lbs., size 2-4 on bottom and 4-6 on top, the small fits perfectly; wouldn't look as flattering if I sized up. Buy one; you won't regret your purchase!

My daughter loves this Jacket. She is 13 - 5' tall and weighs 100 pounds. I got her a small (bought the xs first and returned it for a small). It is warm and stylish and should fit her a few years as she grows taller.

Love this jacket! It's keeps me warm on cold Midwestern days, but is very lightweight. I found it to be very true to size; I normally wear a size 2 (I weigh 110 pounds and am 5'5" with an athletic/curvy build) and found the xs to fit just perfectly. This is cute with casual clothes and doesn't look too sporty with nicer jeans and boots. Great investment!

This is my second North Face and a great buy for the price. My first choice was black, but since my size was unavailable, I went with the white instead. I love it! It's stylish and doesn't look too puffy like a marshmallow. The fabric is silky and isn't too shiny, which is one thing I worried about. The lining is a beautiful turquoise color which acts as an added windbreaker. It's also very warm for those chilly Michigan days. I'm around 5'5'' and 120 pounds, and a medium fits me great The jacket does not have a hood or any inside pockets, though. Overall, I'm highly satisfied!

Love this jacket! I'm 5'6" and normally wear medium in tops and jackets, the medium fits perfectly! I was worried it wouldn't be long enough but that is not the case! Such a great color, too, and very warm without being too puffy and looking like a marshmallow!

I bought this coat in black two years ago and I absolutely loved it. I purchased the brown this year. It definitely is cut smaller. I did keep it because I love the color and quality. It is a great coat, just seems a size smaller than how my other North Face jackets fit.

I got this coat for my 21 year old daughter for Christmas. I was hesitant to get it because it looks sort of misshaped online. I was pleasantly surprised with the fit and the color. The color was beautiful. If you have a girl/woman that loves pink, they will love this coat! I'm going to get my son his first North Face coat from Zappos because it's tax and shipping free!

I love this jacket! It is true to size and fits well. I can agree with other reviewers, it does not have an inside pocket and it should.

Awesome coat! Love the legnth in the sleeves as most coat sleeves are too short. Very warm but not overly puffy!

I like The North Face brand and own several of their jackets. I purchased this one in white and it is a nice bright white. What I especially like about this style is that the satin outer shell is a little bit dressier. Also, like the cinching toggles on the bottom sides! The fit is fabulous and is true to size - there is still enough room to wear a heavier sweater underneath. As always, Zappos rocks. I ordered this late last night and UPS just left it at my door this afternoon! I LOVE you guys!!!

Super quick delivery and the jacket is fantastic. It warms in both cold and freezing weather. Put your hands in the pocket and you are instantly warm.

This jacket was a Christmas present from my mother and I love it. It is so warm and comfortable I never want to take it off during the winter. The insulation in the pockets is a pleasant surprise; I don't even need gloves because the pockets keep my hands warm. It isn't too puffy which is good because I am a smaller sized woman. I am an extra small, but I got a size small because I like my jackets a little bigger and it is a perfect size for me. I cannot wait to wear this jacket to the mountains this winter!

I love it! Very warm. The only thing I would want is a hood. But I can wear a hat and scarf. And it's true to size.

I bought this coat for my very picky 14 year old daughter. She absolutely loved it. It is very flattering and fitted and perfect for a teen. It is the usual North Face quality in a hip younger style. I would highly recommend this. It also fits true to size. She is 4'11" and very slim and the extra small fits her perfectly.

This is a very pretty jacket... feminine, fitted and very lightweight. I was warm just by trying it on. It does run quite small. I am a size 0 petite top and ~95 lbs and the xs looked comically small on me. Size one up!

This jacket is so beautiful and stylish. Keeps me very warm. I wear a size 2 and ordered a Small, but it was to tight to wear with a heavy sweater under it. I know have a Medium and love it.
