My podiatrist recommended these Spenco Yumi flip flops and they are fabulous! Much more supportive than any other pair I have worn, and still have that flip flop feel. I usually wear an 8.5 - 9 in shoes but an 8 in these were just right.

I ordered these during a flare-up of plantar fascia. They're to flat and flexible to alleviate heel pain. Sent back. I recommend Orthoheel instead.

These shoes fit the best out of 7 or 8 pair ordered in the past couple of months. Very, very comfortable.

I am thrilled with these shoes! I have a Morton's Neuroma and need good metatarsal arch support to be comfortable. This is one of the few sandals that I am able to wear comfortably. Deep heel cup, good arch support. Wear them everywhere. Seem to be the same as Spenco's Onyx sandals (I have 3 pair of them) which are apparently discontinued. Love the look, comfort and ease of care. Definitely worth every penny!

I have very bad arthritis in my feet. These sandals are wonderful! Great support! I wear them all the time at home and this has cut down my foot pain to a minimum!

Was looking to replace some favorite crocs that are no longer made. These have waterproof bottoms that don't get squishy around the pool. On my feet they fit closely so they don't make too loud of a flip floppy sound, which I am happy about. Not dressy, but comfy, great support. Nice casual look.

Boy oh boy, I love these! They are easy to put on and my feet feel free, but they have excellent arch support and my feet feel great even after walking on concrete all day. I want to buy another pair!

Nice flip flop. Very comfy right out of the box. If you need extra support, this is the flip for you!

These are the greatest flip flops! My mother received a free pair, not in her size, but in mine and gave them to me. These stay on your feet, are very comfortable and you can actually shop in them. I can no longer where my old flat flip flops as there is no support and I can't keep them on. I wear a size 10, but wore these in a size 9.

Love these shoes! Just got them today and have worn for a number of hours. So comfortable and arch supportive! Have been wearing the Orthaheel Tide sandal for a few years. They are fantastic, but this is a nice change, and 1/3 cheaper.

Super comfortable. I wear an 8.5 to 9 and the 9 fit perfectly. My high arches are supported. The velvety straps are pretty and comfy. Also, they fit my a touch wide feet.

It is nice to find a flip flop with great arch support. When you wear orthotic inserts it is hard to find a sandal that doesn't hurt your arches.

I saw these on my daughter-in-law and learned that they were recommended to her by a foot specialist. She's a marathoner and he said these would give her better support than flip flops. They look cool and they are very comfortable.

I love these! I need the metatarsal bump and considering any other sandal with it is going to cost you quite a bit more, this was well worth the price. These little babies got me through two days at Universal Studios Orlando! So that's gotta tell you something. I wish they had more color and style selections, that would be my only complaint!

These shoes are great! I suffer with lower back pain and it is important to wear shoes with an arch. They have a good arch support, are cute and comfortable. They a good buy for the money!

This is my first time trying this brand and I am pleased with the purchase. It lives up to its description. This is a casual slipper, nice for everyday run around activities.

Spenco Yumi's are Perfect. Living in a sub-tropical climate, we wear flip-flops the majority of the year. I searched quite awhile to find a flip that has good support, looks and colors. The cost is very reasonable for the quality. I own 2 pairs (black and pink) and I live in them. They can also get wet, and are easy to clean with a damp paper towel or baby wipe. I hope this shoe never gets discontinued. :) PS I wear a 7 1/2 or 8 and the size 7 fits perfectly.

Excellent shoe! Great after workouts or anytime really. It's very ergonomic and doesn't strain your arches as most flat shoes do.

I love these shoes. I plan to get another pair in another color. The color on the web site is true to the real thing.

I have used the Spenco inserts for my plantar fasciitis, so i was delighted to find these flip flops. I can't wear them for work, but these shoes have made my summer and my trip to the beach very enjoyable!

Developed plantar fascia this past winter and was dreading finding sandals. These are great-great arch support, feel comfy. Have wide feet but did okay-a little tight but still comfortable. Would highly recommend.
