Fast shipping. Product worked great for my wife who over-pronates severely without them. Not much good for my suppination.

Only wore for a short time. These angle your heel and are likely perfect for someone that needs that feature. The angle is for example on my right foot, my heel was raised on the inside (left) side. Painful in my situation but possibly very comfortable for someone needing that support. Fit into boot easily and wasn't too thick but still had some cushion.

Arch support is great. It takes about a week to get used to them.

Very strong arch support. A bit thicker/taller than I thought they'd be, but they still fit my pair of flats, so I'm keeping them.

These orthotics fit my feet perfectly but unfortunately they didn't fit my shoes. The toe box is too narrow on the insole so my big toe was half on the insole, half on the bottom of the shoe - obviously this will not work. If you use shoes with a wide toe box (ie if you have bunions), then these insoles may not work for you. I even tried a few different sizes to see if a larger pair would fit, but they were still too narrow at the toes. Big bummer because I haven't found insoles that fit my feet and support my arches so well :(

I ordered these inserts because I have recently been diagnosed with plantar fachiitis and I'm trying everything I can to help my feet and keep wearing some of my shoes. These have good support and are relatively thin, although in many of my shoes they still make the toe area too tight. I have sensitive feet, though, so other folks may not have this problem. They do feel good in some of my lighter-weight tennis shoes, so I'm hoping that after my feet heal a bit I'll be able to use these more often and more wear out of those shoes.

I had to return a previous insole and so was very pleased these worked out. They look great and, while I don't feel them pushing into my arches the way my old beloved Arch 2000s did, they immediately stopped the foot pain I was having from unsupported shoes. A couple of little niggles -- twice I've had them 'slide' in the shoe while I was wearing (I'd suddenly feeling something under the edge of my foot, like a big piece of lint). The second time, I just adjusted my step and it slide back into place. I haven't had that problem in weeks. Second, after about four hours on the job (I work in a warehouse) my feet get 'tired' and a little sore. I honestly think this is because I'm wearing the Maxxs with inexpensive Skechers I bought out of desperation one day when my company suddenly switched to requiring all black shoes. So, they seem to be great insoles, but cheap shoes eventually negate their power. I think I've got a $100 dollar saddle on a $50 dollar horse.

I tried the pinnacle powerstep but returned them because I felt the arch was too high, I now have the max and although I don't think the arch is as high it seems to bother my lower back, maybe it's the little heel that is causing this, so back they go. I'm now going to order the original and hope 3 times is a charm. Love Zappo's return policy.

Ordered size 7-7.5. I'm size 7. Too large - tried in several pairs of shoes and didn't fit in.

Too expensive

Could not use as the first work shoe was too tight and I found a better fit in arch support and fatigue needs for 10 hours shift on the dock.

Only moderate arch support. I think this is made for people who need help with their heels.

Great arch support. However, it has a hard plastic center. The part under the heel can be felt like a hard plastic ring under the heel. Otherwise seems like a really good insole. Sending back.

Good fit and size, material didn't seem to help with the comfort or pain reduction at all

These are not for me. I tried wearing them for long walks for a week and my feet never got used to them. Arch too high. Wearing them made my back actually ache. Unfortunately, once you wear a product, there's no way to return it, since it's not new. I have normal arches and much prefer the SOLE brand that zappos used to carry. I bought them on another website and am now pain free.

Very hard because of the support but theres no cushion in these.

After wearing these supports for about a week, finally decided they offered no real support. My feet were screaming for relief after working for 4 days and 10hours a day. Tried another brand from Amazon and they worked out great .

I couldn't wait to try these. I work on a concrete and steel floor and needed relief from walking and standing. I got these and they didn't work for my feet at all ! My coworker recommended another brand that worked and didn't cost as much. Kudos to Zappos they made the return easy and flawless.

You gave me used insoles. Very used. Worn out and dirty. Didn't even come in it's packaging they were just In a bag. I'll never order insoles from you guys again.

The insoles came in a bag, not even a box. And they were used and worn out. I want a refund.
