The Powerstep Pinnacle Max orthotic gives my high arch enough support, while still having enough give, so I don't end up with aching feet like when wearing my hard custom orthotic. My podiatrist approved the Powerstep Pinnacle Max for my everyday use while keeping my custom orthotics for more involved walking. I have plantar fascia and an additional foot issue. Love this orthotic. I even put it in my slippers and wish it came in narrow. I am a woman's 9 narrow, bought man's size 7 to 7 1/2, woman's size 9 to 9 1/2 and works fine in my athletic shoes.

I've tried a number of different inserts and found these to be the most helpful with healing my plantar fasciitis. I noticed a big difference right away over other brands that I had tried. They provide plenty of support while also providing some heel cushioning which is important in the healing process. Many of the brands are either too hard, or don't provide enough support. These are a great balance of both. I have purchased several pair of them and found that just as with shoes, it's very important to alternate them to let the material recover between use. One of the reviews stated that they wore out too fast, and I can't help but wonder if that person was using the same insert for all shoes all the time. The key is to have enough arch support combined with some shock absorption in the heel. I also tried some of the types of inserts that only cover the heel and arch, which didn't work for me. One problem with this type is that you have to leave in the original insert in your shoe and place this type over it. Not good. Never combine full lining inserts like the Powerstep Pinnacle Max with the inserts that come with your shoe! You must remove the insert in your shoe and replace it with these. Otherwise you're defeating the construction if the insert and your feet and back are in for a roller coaster ride! I found that in most cases - not all - I have to order my shoes up a half size to use the inserts. My feet are all the more comfortable for it. Thanks to Zappos! They are an absolutely awesome company for providing the greatest service you will find in both shipping and returns while maintaining a fantastic selection of brands and styles. You guys the best.

I have a pair of Powerstep originals that I purchased at my chiropractor's office about two years ago.I decided to try the Powerstep Pinnacle, and I am very happy with them. I have tried other brand over the years, and these are the most comfortable. I have very high arches and a very high instep, and these give me great support.

These transformed me from being a person who cried with every step I took to someone who was happy to walk! I'm so glad they fit in the shoes that were making my feet so miserable.

These are the best things I have ever set foot on. I have struggled with flat feet, over pronation, and plantar fasciitis for quite some time. I went through various corrective insoles without any luck. I finally found out about these babies. When I run, it's like my feet aren't even there. My legs feel awesome, too.

AHHHHHH!!! Perfection!!! Now what am I going to do with all of those other 200 insoles that I have? I was afraid the instep might be too high and be annoying, but it's not. Plenty of shock absorbtion, my usual pet peeve. Not too bulky for my shoes as some have said. I don't care how much they cost, I've been looking for these forever.

I purchased this from Zappos after my doctor recommended Powerstep insoles. I had a pair of the originals and they were great. These on the other hand were not. They fit great and true to size but in less than a month they were destroyed. I was surprised at how fast they wore out. I will be ordering another pair of the originals to replace these.

I got these to help with my plantar fascia. I've been wearing them about a month and it seems to be helping. Very comfortable and supportive.

This is a good insole for high arches...but I feel that because it is made for man's shoes, the arch itself is not quite in the right spot for a woman. I have tried a number of supports/shoes and so far this is the best. I am on feet most of the day and my feet do not ache as much at the end of the day.

I bought these for my hiking boots. I have custom orthotics, but, wanted something to keep in my boots. My feet tend to supinate, the heal bed does seem to help keep my feet from rolling out. Also, the cushion is excellent.

I am a tall male with very high arches, 250lb. I ordered several different types of large size insoles because, lets face it, the shoe brands don't put any cushioning in shoes anymore. I found that PowerStep has some great products going. The Pinnacle Maxx I found the most comfortable because of my very high arch. The Pinnacle I put in another pair of shoes, it has a slight flex to the arch, which is fine. The Original Powerstep I keep as a spare. All of the Powerstep insoles have a top layer of fabric that feels like an original insole, which is nice. Another good brand I recently tried was Spenco. Spenco Total Max has slightly more cushioning and is also very high arch. But it was slightly bigger than the Powerstep, I had a hard time getting it into shoes. Love both brands so far, worth it if you have foot pain.

I have a rare collagen disorder that causes my feet to over pronate even though I am light in weight and affects my proprioception of my gait. My superior PT highly recommends this product for a number of reasons(even over some of the custom made, $400+ orthotics). The top surface prevents sliding of the foot, the arch support is excellent, and the design keeps the toes from splaying. My PT states that a good orthotic should immediately feel comfortable. I was surprised with how comfortable these are and quite pleased that they are assisting the correction of my gait. What was more surprising is that I have experienced a decrease in my awareness of the neuropathy pain I always have in my feet. I am impressed.

I have had about three custom made orthodics by Medical Doctors. They all have been so hard on my feet, I would stop wearing them. The body was made of hard plastic. Ouch! Ouch as well for the money they cost me! These Powersteps Max are the total opposite! They do the job, my feet do not hurt or ache with them. They are comfortable and effective. I plan on buying another pair. They are highly recommend.

I wait tables 8 - 10 hrs a day on hard concrete floors. I suffer from overpronation and plantar fasciitis. I tried these today for the first time, working an 8 hr busy shift, and my feet, for the first time in ages, do not hurt! Thanks Powerstep for a great product! best thing I ever set foot in, literally!

I think the Powerstep Pinnicle Max inserts are really nice and comfortable for someone who pronates and has painful soles. However, I am not sure if the arch aligns exactly with my arch, and I am debating whether to keep them. I really do like the soft bottom and that really feel comfortable for my soles, which can be painful at times. BTW. Zappos rocke!!

Excellent insert/orthotic from now that the only one for me great arch and heel support do nothing for neuroma--you need extra for that condition!

These are really good insoles I ordered the size 7.5 and they fit in my shoes without any trimming. I just wish the ball of the foot and toes had a little more padding. Overall I would recommend these as they have stopped my leg and back pain and I am on my feet for 10.5 hours

I have ankle pain from overpronation due to very little arch. These insoles have helped tremendously! I work 10 -12 hour shifts on concrete floors, standing the entire time.

I have very flat feet and arthritis in my toes . My feet were so painful I was having trouble walking. When I put these supports in my shoes I felt a lot of relief immediately. For several days my arches were sore but only lasted until my feet adjusted. I Love these supports and quickly ordered another pair. I also found that they helped my back pain.
