This toaster performs very well. It toasts evenly on both sides of a standard slice of bread, which is the principal characteristic I was looking for. Zappos service was excellent.

Looks great, toasts great, and has all the buttons you ever need. Wide enough for bagels & some rolls. Only con is the slits---too short for bakery breads, so I have to half them before toasting.

OK, it's a toaster. The thing is, it works as described. My family has now bought three of these (2 as gifts). Everyone is delighted with them, especially the bagel toast function. It's simple, reliable, and works as promised. 'Nuff said.

This was perfect for my husband and I. We have used convection toaster/ovens in the past, but we broke 2 of them. Decided we just needed a simple toaster to do one thing-toast bread, instead of a multi-function toaster oven. Stainless steel matches all our other modern appliances, and with Zappos' free delivery, you can't go wrong! especially when you don't have time to drive to the store!

I really do like the look and function of this toaster. It is hard to find a toaster that toasts evenly and this one is pretty good at that aspect.

The first toaster stopped working after 3 days but the replacement works like a charm. Toasts evenly.

Finally, a replacement for our big ugly toaster oven! I love this toaster. It is gorgeous, the perfect compact size, and does its job perfectly. Only wish it dinged when toast pops up, but that's such a minor thing. Thanks again, Zappos!

This is an awesome toaster. Not only does it look great on my counter, it does a nice job with the toast too!

So far this toaster works fine except the slots are not quite long enough for the bread slices we use. The bread has to be "squashed" in a little end-to-end and pressed down a bit to drop down in the slot when the lever is pressed down.

I use this mainly for Eggo's. I find that it works okay for them, but not great. That being said, I think the problem lies with the Eggo's and not the toaster. I have toasted bread in it, and it does a wonderful job! It is a big toaster, but it is on the smaller side for a 4 slice toaster. I would not be as pleased with it if I had paid full price. Again, Eggo's not the best, even toasting, but bread is great.

We have had ours for quite a while, I will also add it toast nicely if you stand there and pop it up at the right time! It does not toast evenly on both sides so you have to turn it over and pop it up when it is brown enough. You have to watch closely or it will burn. I am disappointed with function.

The toaster looks great but only toasts on one side, it is not worth the price. I bought one for myself and one as a gift, both did not perform well.
