I have been looking for the perfect black, chunky-heeled sandal for the upcoming spring/summer that did not have a wood colored sole. When I came across these on another website, they were exactly what I was looking for! I double-checked Zappos and they had them on sale -- score! I typically wear a 7 in sandals, so I purchased a size 7, but when they arrived, they were MUCH too tight for my feet. My toes were turning red immediately after the circulation had been cut off. Sad, I scoured the internet once again, but could not find anything that compared to the style of these. I decided to exchange them for a size 8 (as there are no half sizes), and they fit like a dream! So, if you are in between sizes, or if you have a wider foot, I would go up a size. But, that's just what worked for me! Love them!

Love these shoes in every way! True to size fit, fun design, super comfortable and easy to walk in! I hate to feel tottery on heels. Wearing these I can walk naturally with confidence and style!

These shoes have instantly become my "go-to" shoes. I wear them almost every day! They are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned - and I'm pretty picky in the comfort area. They literally feel like I'm wearing flip flops they are so comfortable, but they give me the height I need as well. They are a little noisy when walking, but that doesn't bother me. I've owned several Kork-Ease shoes before, but these are by far my favorite.

I normally wear 9.5 in shoes and 9 in sandals. These fit just well enough. The straps rub across the top of my big toes, and my toes also threaten to spill over the sides of the shoe at the front. The leather is soft but thick and substantial. I have my doubts about whether the leather will stretch. On the one hand, I'd like the straps not to dig into my toes. On the other hand, if they stretch too much, my feet will slide too much forward. I can forgive these small flaws, though. It's so incredibly hard to find the perfect combination of comfort, looks, height, quality, and price. You find all of these in these sandals. I love that these sandals give me height without pain at the ball of the foot. I have to say one more thing--these Kork-Ease shoes have no "kork." There might be cork in some of the other Kork-Ease shoes, but there is none in these. If there are, I don't feel it! There is no give to the footbed. This is great for arch support, but, with the lack of shock absorption, you can feel the pounding of the pavement with each step. I can see how these shoes would be great for standing around all day and walking around indoors, but not so good for walking vigorously on the concrete pavement outside.

I got these in black and would agree they are super cute, the style and the fact I wore them is the reason I'm keeping. My only issue with them is that the heel and platform feel/sound like they are make of hollow cheap plastic, this is compounded by the hard cheap plastic on the heel for the money I would expect a bit more (I had actually thought they were cork based and covered in leather since they were Kork-Ease. I didn't really notice until I wore them outside and really got walking that they were so plastic).

Love 'em! Purchased the black & love them so much I'm ordering a pair in the natural color once my size comes in. I'm a 7M & they fit great. The top toe area might need to be stretched a little if it doesn't stretch a bit from simple walking. I had purchased many Born shoes over the past two years since they're now offering more stylish shoes, but Born seem to be made too wide for my regular width feet. These are great - order with confidence.

The Kork-Ease Deborah is an extremely comfortable shoe, that requires no breaking-in time. The color is fun and fashion forward. I think they have a retro-'70s look that can be worn with anything from shorts to maxi skirts. A great purchase!

I just opened the magic Zappos box to reveal a pair of gorgeous Tulip Purple Deborahs. This color is the perfect dark pink toned red. Not true red, not hot pink. The color will go with most everything. They fit about a half size smaller than most other brands (J-41, Clark, Soffts etc.).

These shoes are awesome! They are both very comfortable and stylish. I wear them everywhere! I've ordered from Zappos.com several times and their fast and free shipping, even here to Hawaii, is another reason I've been a repeat customer.

I love Kork-Ease! As someone who is completely flat footed, these shoes offer plenty of support and are so comfortable. If you are a 1/2 size, and have normal or narrow feet, please size DOWN. I am a size 10.5 and the 10 fit perfectly. I ended up returning this shoe in the color natural because the color read more of light blush then a nude skin tone.

I bought this in yellow and I love it so much, I want to buy in black but Zappos does not sell it. I wear a 10 and bought a 10, and it fits like a glove. My feet are on the narrow side. The leather is glove soft, and they are well made. My fussy feet, which usually wear flats but need arch support, are insanely happy in these shoes. Super stylish, great color, not too high because of the platform to heel ratio. Plus they are made in NY! I'll pay a premium for well made, comfortable shoes that are made in the USA any day. Can't wait to track down the black.

Very retro but oh-so very stylish. Kork-ease offers no half sizes & I'm an 8.5. I tried the size 8 but it was too small. The 9s are just a couple of millimeters too long but otherwise they sandals fit beautifully. I have thin ankles and have had to add a couple of more holes in the straps. As another reviewer commented, the bottom of the sandal is hard plastic and could tend to slip on slick pavement. I've gotten a lot of compliments on these sandals and this color. If I had the money, I would order a pair in every color.

These are the most comfortable shoes ever!T hey run about a half size small. I am usually a 6.5 W and I needed the 7 in these. So comfy even after standing for 10 hours. I am buying a second pair. Recommend!

I ordered the Kork-Ease Doborah in black and I have to say these shoes are fantastic! The first time I wore them, I went dancing for several hours with no pain! The foot bed is cushioned and the leather is comfortable, so no wearing in time. Worth the money in my opinion.

Adorable! Very comfy footbed. Usually wear a size 9 or 8 1/2 in sandals but had to buy an 8 in these or else I'd have an inch of shoe left past my toes. A little pricey but these are the only heels I can wear comfortably since having arthritis in my big toe so I'll gladly pay it! I gave it 4 stars only because of the high price.

So wanted these to work! Such cool styling. The sandal just didn't fit my thin feet and petite frame. The straps were too loose and size 7 kind of swallow up my petite feet. I am usually a size 7. oh well, they are going back.

I purchased this shoe in yellow. Very nice shoe to walk in, except for the fact that they put a very cheap plastic lift on the heel and it made me fall 2 times on linoleum floors and I never fall! The other reviewer was right, I'm going to take them to my cobbler and have a rubber lift to replace the cheap plastic one. You would think for this price that they would have looked at that detail! Other than that I like the shoe. Oh, and it could have had a little more room over the instep, but still comfy enough to wear several hours. Main reason I bought them, was the yellow color. Been looking for years for a comfy, cute, yellow heel.

Beautiful and comfortable! These shoes are amazing! The tulip purple color is really a dark fuchsia pink and it's gorgeous! As far as sizing, I normally wear 9.5 and ordered up based on the reviews I read since they don't make 1/2 sizes. Good thing I did. The front of the shoe is somewhat pointed in shape, so my toes would have been hanging off the end if I had ordered down. These shoes are extremely comfortable in the footbed. They are cushioned on soft leather. You gotta get 'em! Also, a shout out to Zappos for great customer service and fast shipping!

These are so beautiful! I really wanted them to work for me but they are so narrow I couldn't even get my foot in them. I was surprised and disappointed because I have the Ava model, and while they are a bit too tight for comfort, I can still wear them. So sad. But if you wear a B width you should be fine.

Obsessed with these shoes. I have them in green, it's a rich leaf green, and they are comfortable and sexy and the perfect way to turn a boring dress into an amazing outfit! I plan to wear them with a black dress sometimes, and sometimes with yellow shorts and a darker green top, and, you know, everything in my closet. I can't stop trying them on and waiting for it to get warm outside.

I ordered this shoe mostly because of all the great reviews on this site. I got the blue sandal, which looks very much like the color in these pictures. The shoes are fantastic. They fit like a soft glove. I wore them for a couple of hours at a house party and they were like slippers - absolutely no rubbing at all! I had told my friend about them and she mentioned that they look a lot better in reality than they do online. I have to agree.

This Kork-Ease shoe is very comfortable. Your foot rocks in the foot bed when you walk in it. The heel is a good height. I work in an office and wore the shoe all day and my foot was comfortable all-day long. Also, I like how this style has a retro look to it. I highly recommend this shoe and this brand.

Super comfy shoe. The style is not the cutest clog style now, but it's more classic. Very well made, all around leather (which is rare for shoes as the inside is usually manmade and only the outside is leather). I'm 7, sometimes 7.5 but the 7 fit perfectly. Maybe even a little loose but good. The reason I'm returning is the natural color was way too peachy & girly for me. I think the black or brown would be great. I think worth price as it's all leather and they are super comfy shoes!
