I got these in black. I love them! Great quality, all leather! The leather is pebbled and pliable except for toe. I am a size 9B normally, but always take size 8.5 in Frye due to their tendency to run long consistently. I got these in 8.5. Here's the 411 on the sizing. Lengthwise, they fit fine with no heel slippage and enough toe room, so they run 1/2 size large in length as usual. HOWEVER, width-wise, they are narrow in the forefoot. If you get them to fit your length, they will be snug in width. I toyed with going to a size 9, but that would probably cause heel slipping which I can't stand, and I don't need extra length. I tried them on with handknit woolies -too thick. Then with a thin cotton sock -perfect. It alleviated the squeeze feeling. They ARE NOT for the wide-footed! They are perfect for narrow footed people. They'll work for medium width gals with thin socks. These boots definitely need a break-in, so I will do my Christmas shopping in them. The leather will stretch and then they'll be perfect in width as well. Here's the good news: The black ones' make your feet look tiny, they are a funky juxtaposition of feminine and tough and are a perfect go-to black shoe for jeans. I resisted the gorgeous cognac color since I needed black, and am so glad I did. The other colors don't quite have the same funk appeal as the black ones. These are keepers!!

These boots deserve Six stars! I can narrate my life via Frye boots. In high school I had the Campus boots; in college I had some cowboy-ish boots; in graduate school I had the biker boots; followed by Veronica boots; and a few other pairs that I've tried in my search for the perfect jodhpur boot. The Sabrina's might well turn out to be my favorites of the bunch. They are comfortable right out of the box! Which is wonderful, since I'm used to allowing considerable break-in time for my beloved Fryes. They're beautiful, well-made, and the leather is lovely -- exactly what I would expect from Fryes. And, they make my feet look smaller! Which is not what I usually get with Frye boots. I was not looking for a lace-up boot, but the red color and the enthusiastic reviews caught my attention. The positive reviews are well-deserved. These boots are very comfortable -- and, since they are Fryes, will only get better with age. The red leather is deep, rich and lovely. The heel is a bit higher than I usually wear for running around, but it's a good height, and might well convert me from my 1" or less habit. The arch support is good -- and I say that as someone with high-ish arches, so I'm picky about this. And, yeah, they're combat boots. But they're the sleekest, chic-est most beautiful combat boots that you could possibly imagine and they don't look remotely like combat boots with boot-cut pants. These might be my favorite pair of Fryes -- and that's saying a lot!

Alright, I admit. These boots are pricey. I went back and forth trying to decide if I would take the plunge and spend a whole lot of money on these bad boys. After much consideration I decided to do it. And let me tell you, girls. THESE BOOTS ARE THE BEST THINGS I'VE EVER OWNED. Hands down. Not exaggerating. (Okay. Maybe I exaggerate. A little.) I am a teacher and literally am on my feet all day. Some days I'm running around from 6am to 6pm and I need shoes that can go the distance. In these boots, my feet just don't get tired. I also run around Manhattan on the weekends and can walk for miles without thinking twice about it. The best thing is they're so stylish and versatile. You can wear them with pants, skirts, dresses. Pair them with leggings, funky socks, or tights. You just can't do it wrong. There was no break in period for these boots. From the moment I tried them on, they fit like a glove. A super-comfortable, super-supportive glove. The best glove I've ever worn. The compliments I get on these shoes are endless, but that's not the most important thing. Buy these cause they are an amazing quality boot that will support you in whatever it is you need to do. Believe me, your feet will thank you.

This boot is great! I was a 9 1/2 in it, as I am in most Frye shoes (except for their Harness boots -- I wear an 8 1/2, but that is very unusual). My feet are long, narrow, and flat, and these fit great. The boot felt true-to-size and very well made. The heel cups your foot well, and there is a comfortable amount of room in the toe box. The sole is padded, and quite comfortable to walk in. Once again, Frye knocks it out of the park!

I was looking for a stout boot to travel in. It is a well made shoe and the leather is nicer than the photo. It just isn't comfortable. It is tight across the foot just below the lower lace just as the rather high arch begins.

I ordered a pair of these in walnut, and I absolutely love them. The heel is slightly higher than I anticipated, but they feel so good on my feet that I walk all over in them anyway with no problem. A beautiful boot, made of very high quality. I will say I do have pretty narrow feet and small legs, so not every Frye boot works for me. These are fantastic though, and I get compliments on them all the time. They work with boot cut or cuffed skinny jeans, and have quickly become my official go-to shoes. Totally recommend these!

I bought these in the "Sunrise" color and was mightily impressed. An extremely well-crafted boot; built like a tank. Very beautiful on the foot, as well (makes your foot look smaller!). Unfortunately, they did not work for me: oddly, the arch is set further back on the footbed than in my other Frye boots, and as a result, the boot was very uncomfortable. If Frye would fix the arch problem, I'd be very grateful.

If you think you want a pair of these, my advice to you would be don't wait, because, wow, are these hard to find. Admired these a few weeks ago, decided they weren't quite right, and passed. Then an old ankle injury flared up and I wanted lace up boots. Naturally there were none in my size to be found. But thanks to Zappos' notification, I was able to get a pair. Not my preferred color -- though the clay is darker than it looked on my screen -- but for me, clay Sabrina was a far better outcome than no Sabrina at all. I'm so impressed with Frye. This boot is rugged and well made but the breaking in period has been pretty easy. Love the rubber sole. I expect to get a lot of wear out of these this winter. I have a somewhat wide foot but this is working out fine. Runs a bit big.

I am obsessed with these boots, they are so cute! I live in Vermont where we have very icy winters and the vibram sole is extremely practical. I've walked for miles in them and they remained very comfortable. Love them. Only wish Frye did more boots with these kind of soles! It's not fun to slip in the winter.

I love Zappos and especially there VIP shipping. I got these boots in replacement of the Ugg Sofia. They are so very cute. However, I have a high instep which makes them very tight around the top of my foot. I love Frye boots - have 2 other pairs. Unfortunately these must go back. Can't walk. Would be great if they came in a wide width.

I just received these boots and I feel in love right away! They are great quality, look nice, and are stylish. I know I will have these for a long time, as they are a timeless piece for my wardrobe. They are also very comfortable! Thank you, Zappos! I have narrow feet, I am a size 7 but ordered half a size down in these and they fit wonderfully.

I bought 1/2 size larger and glad I did. They feel very comfortable and fun. Though I have not worn them yet (still summer weather here). I did wear them around the house for a few hours and they felt great!

Third time is the lucky charm for me! After Campus and Carmen, Sabrina is my sole mate! They are everything a gal looks for some height, cushioned insoles, sturdy soles, the laces provide excellent arch support. And nonetheless, the overall quality is admirable.

I love this boot. I bought a pair years ago up in San Francisco. Wore them for years and years until they finally gave out. I am thrilled to have a new pair. I feel like I can do anything in these boots -- grocery shop, take my kids to the zoo, garden, take out the trash, go to a movie, etc. They are boots to live in. I love Frye. I love Zappos.

These are some very nice boots. I wasn't sure if the heel would be too high. However, it's a very nice walking height. Very nice leather, very well made, and yes Frye quality.

Love these boots! FYI on the fit: they are a tighter narrower fit than most Frye boots, not the loose "sloppy" fit you might be used to in Fryes, but still true to size, so don't order a size down if you sometimes do that with Frye. I'm a straight-up size 9, get size 9 Frye boots and wear thicker socks. The Sabrina I can wear with medium or thin socks. They fit more like the Lois Oxfords, or the Maggie Perfs, so more of a shoe fit than a boot fit. No break-in time, once you realize it's not a sloppy fit. The best ball of the foot padding. And in black, they are "Elegant-Grunge" or Japanese designer, not logger or biker or clunky. They actually make my feet look small. Great with rolled up jeans and skirt. So glad I got them!

10 out of 10! These are my absolute favorites of all time. I had to search the ends of the earth to find a pair of woman's size 7 in burnt red in the style with the darker heel. I just missed Zappos last pair. My advice to anyone hemming and hawing over these - do NOT hesitate. You'll end up spending more money elsewhere. I cannot rate these any higher.

Purchased these in burnt red. They are beautiful, much more in person than in the photos. Frye makes well-constructed, comfortable boots and these are no exception. Love.

I ended up with 2 pairs of these! I ordered clay, thought I didn't like the color, so ordered saddle and planned to send the clay back. However, the color really grew on me. Of course the saddle is gorgeous, too, so I ended up keeping both (bad for pocketbook, good for wardrobe). I ordered my usual size and they fit well with medium socks. The saddle is stiffer than the clay, but I imagine they will soften with wear.

I purchased this boot in burnt red and it really is a gorgeous boot. Very well constructed, solid heel, and the color just gave it a very feminine touch. Unfortunately it was just too narrow across the top of my foot. I wear a 7.5 and tried this boot in both a 7.5 and an 8, but couldn't get comfortable in either size. It was with much sadness that I made my return. Would absolutely recommend making this purchase. I am giving 5 stars across all ratings because though the boot was tight in one area, it actually was comfortable but for the squeeze, and I'm not sure that is due to the boot v. my foot.

First, let me start by letting you know that I am a huge fan of Frye. These boots do not disappoint! I find almost all the Frye boots I own need a short break in period and that is true of these as well. However, even having been on my feet for 9 hours the first day I wore them, they were still very comfortable. Practical and stylish at the same time, I've received a myriad of compliments on them.

Well-made and handsome, substantial without looking clunky. The Walnut color looks great with dark straight-leg jeans. There's no arch support, so I'll be trying 3/4 insoles. (I have high insteps and wide feet). Otherwise they're comfortable. Zappos does it again! I received these boots the day after ordering.

The comfort of Danskos made me a fan, and now these make me a fan of the looks too. I ordered 1 size down from my other Dansko clogs so I could wear these without socks. So in love with these new shoes- like a vacation for my feet!
