The luggage is very light, and the wheels roll well. Great product. I read about the great customer service at Zappos. I had a chance to call them about this purchase, and the customer service is really exceptional.

Great but now its too big to carry on. AA doesn't allow it and on a recent flight on an old 767 it did not fit over head. Better to buy 19-12"!

Loved the suitcase, however did return it. Quality is great, very chic looking. But the recipient (a man) wanted an exterior pocket for his toiletries that have to go through the airport carry on scanner in a plastic bag. He felt the exterior pocket was easier than unzipping he suitcase to return toiletries after scanning. Personally, I take carry on liquids in my tote bag, so this suitcase with oh-so-much cache would have been perfect. Also, no exterior zipper pocket means no broken zippers on exterior pocket. Loved the bag.

First of all I have to say that Zappos Customer Service is the best! Second, this luggage bag is just what I've been looking for. Sleek, light, rolls smoothly and classy. Definitely no regrets on this big purchase.

This is the perfect travel bag. I fly frequently and this carryon makes my life easier. Good amount of space for a 2 day trip. Glides easily through the airport. Handle is extendable pretty high so you don't have to hunch over. Good in overhead bins but also very sturdy to check. I have checked it twice now and it has come off baggage claim in perfect condition.

American and USAir will no longer allow this size bag through TSA security including TSA Pre Check. They claim it is a FAA regulation. FAA allows 22/14/9. this bag measures Width: 15 7?10 in; Depth: 7 9?10 in; Height: 21 7?10 in. Be aware while this bag is the best in my opinion as a multi million miler for 23 years, it is now a problem. Can anyone authoritatively address this issue?

Very good item! Wish the wheels were a bit bigger, but they definitely work the way they're supposed to. Very good for short travels, flight or land.

This is the perfect size for 5 days of winter clothes or 7 days of summer clothes. Fits a lot and still small enough to be a carry-on. Very lightweight and easy to move with the 4 wheels.

In short, this is the best piece of cabin size luggage I have ever had. It weighs practically nothing but is still extremely durable.

Going from a TUMI 22" expandable to the Rimowa Salsa 22" was my concern but it has thus far been an excellent choice. The Rimowa is extremely light weight, and maneuverable through busy airports. The handle has adjustable heights. I am very tall and the handle is very suitable for my needs. There is no hanging option for suites nor would I think a suit would fair well in this type of luggage. It fits perfectly on all flights, including ERJ types of smaller aircrafts (for this you would have to put the bag in sideways instead of wheels back). I would recommend this bag for the busy or casual traveler. I have yet to check this bag and never plan on doing so. It did fall out of a taxi trunk and kept its shape but did suffer a minor scratch. The matte finish is much better than the shiny black finish IMHO. I did originally order the Rimowa Salsa Deluxe - Cabin Multiwheel. I found this bag to be a little too big to ensure that I would be able to carry it onto every flight. Would it fit in an overhead, I think it would but was just not worth the risk to me. Also the shiny black look was not all that appealing for business travel, unless you're in Lady GaGa's band.
