Just completed our second long and multiple airline legs trip with this bag. I was concerned about the exposed swivel wheels being torn off but so far (6 flights) it has been fine. There are some scuff marks from the conveyor belts but the flexible material is handling as advertised. The bag is light & easy to maneuver though this one is large and when packed it is heavy. The downside to large bags. (The bag itself is very light). I have been using another hardside Rimowa bag for 6 years, professionally and this is just as good. Wouldn't hesitate to get another when the needs dictate.

These are exactly what I was looking for. They are tough and light. After a 2001 stroke I got my first polycarbonate (kevlar) canoe and was hooked on the material. They are overpriced but worth every dime. My only reservation is how long the zipper portion will endure. I ordered via the Internet in the perfect color for wife's 78th birthday present! Thanks Zappos!

Fantastic. These look smaller in size but fit a ton. Real easy to lug around. Great product! Replaces the Kenneth Cole Hitch a Ride cheap quality luggage I bought here. Couldn't be happier!

Great quality, one size smaller is better for most travelers. 32 is too big.

I was very happy with this bag for two years, until the corners cracked. I don't travel much, so I think that the great looks don't justify the price. I'm going to invest in Rimowa Limbo with metal corners, and hope for the best.

I love this luggage. This is the second set my husband and I have purchased. Now I have my own set. The color i chose is the yachting blue and it is beautiful. The bags are so light and easy to handle. The wheels are awesome and roll easily. I used to have a Tumi set. I liked it because it was sturdy, but would always have to pay an over limit fee on it because the bag itself was heavy. No longer the case with this one.

I love my rimowa bag. It's very light and very strong and very roomy. The handle is great, the wheels make it problem free to maneuver through airports and into and out of cabs. this isn't your back packers special but it is the top of the line in luxury luggage. Bon voyage.

I bought my first Rimowa Salsa Deluxe 32" three years ago. It is easy to maneuver through an airport, light, and deceptively roomy. The first one cracked on the corner about the fourth time out. The airline replaced it. Then the lock malfunctioned several times, losing the combination and jamming. This was fixed by Rimowa three different times. Another crack appeared in the wheel area, and Rimowa replaced the bag. Now, the lock has malfunctioned again. Bottom line, Rimowa has excellent customer service - but I am quite tired of the necessity to use it so often. I travel extensively and do not wish to worry about my bag. Previously I traveled with Tumi, and will likely return to that brand, keeping this rather expensive Rimowa as a backup.
