These are my go to shoes. I wear these shoes everywhere! First of all, I have a terrible time with shoes because both my foot and heel are extremely narrow. Also, I have very high arches. I cannot stress enough how difficult it is for me to find shoes that fit properly. These shoes are miracles. I do have to order them in Narrow, but at least they come in Narrow! Many shoes do not and I cannot wear them. I suffer from chronic muscle and joint pain issues, including plantar fasciitis. I am certain that if I did not have these shoes then my daily routine would be much less manageable and more painful. In these shoes, I am even able to run/jog on occasion with minimal pain. These are my shoes! I love them. I would highly recommend these, especially if you have narrow feet.

I've been wearing Gel Kayanos for years. I have narrow, flat feet. I pronate and can wear my orthotics without taking out the inner liner. I've also developed bunions in my old age and the Kayanos are frequently the only shoes I can wear comfortably.

These are the best pair of gym shoes I've owned. I use them for cardio classes, treadmill and outdoor running. My heel hurt from my last shoes and a friend recommended these - they are really well cushioned.

Great supportive shoe. I have heel spurs and this is the only shoe I can wear for any period of time.

Great shoe! My feet are more narrow and I have a higher arch. Shoe provides great support. I like the off center lacing and generous toe box. I order up 1/2 size. This is my 3rd pair. Run average of 25 miles per week.

I love the shoes, feels like I'm running on air. I would recommend them, very comfortable and true to size.

Love this shoe. As with most running shoes and all other Asics I have owened, I bought a half size up. It is really comfortable and supportive for running and the toe box is nice and roomy. The top of the heel hits a tad uncomfortably on my ankle because of the height, but if I wear tabbed socks, it usually doesn't bother me.

After years of buying exercise shoes in a store, I tried Zappos. To my great relief and surprise these running shoes by Asics are amazing. They fit perfectly and I ran five miles without my usual foot pain. I love this brand. (Very good for feet with high arches and bunions.)

Love them! I have high arches that are starting to pronate; my Dr. suggested these Kayano's. My feet feel great!

My feet love these shoes! For people like me that have super-pronation of the feet and need some more arch support, these shoes are perfect. I just purchased my third pair of the Gel-Kayano's -- they're so comfortable and they have lots of cushion and support. They look great too! Once you break them in after a few wears, you'll be set. I definitely recommend this shoe for someone with flat feet who needs a little more arch support. I usually wear a 7 1/2 shoe, so an 8 is perfect to give some room in the toe area (about half a thumb length), especially for runners. Enjoy!

I love these shoes. I wore them for five days straight in Disney World and they helped my arthritic knees survive the miles of walking we did. They are bulky so you will not be able to hide them under pants. If you want comfort over fashion, these are perfect.

I love these shoes. I have compromised feet, and these are such a relief. I walk more than run, but they are so supportive and comfortable. The best.

I always buy this brand for running. They are great shoes but I always buy a half size larger than what I wear in a regular shoe.

I tried them on and they feel good, but someone mentioned they have a narrow foot, that should be easier to find shoes, because if your foot is wide or swelled you will suffer more with any shoe. Go Gel Kayano's!

These shoes do the trick; they're very comfortable and versatile. I use them for running mainly, but they've helped me out on a few treacherous hikes as well. They have a surprising amount of traction. And they're not so bad too look at, either.

Best shoe I've worn yet! I'm an overpronator, and don't even need my orthotics with this shoe. I had been happily wearing Brooks Ariel, which is a also a very good shoe for the overpronator, but this shoe's even better. It's not a pretty shoe, especially the black shoe with its dearth of decoration, but that's my only complaint.

The length of the shoes was perfect. The toe box is slightly wide, but my feet are extremely narrow. Otherwise, the shoe is super comfortable for exercise and normal wear.

I've worn the Kayano for years and loved every pair. I first ordered a regular width, but it hurt my feet within the first mile, so I returned those. I decided to try going with a wide width instead. It's entirely possible my stride changed or something happened to my foot, but going up to a wide made these work for me for another round.

Great shoe! I bought the shoes based on reviews regarding arch support because I have plantar fascitis and so far they have not disappointed. Based on my experience thus far, which is about 2 months, I'm extremely satisfied. Worth the money.

Best running shoes ever. These have prevented shin splints that previous shoes haven't. Absolutely in love, and ready to run right out of the box.

I love this shoe: excellent support and cushioning. Having suffered a broken ankle, I am very picky regarding my shoes, and this shoe fits the bill.

These are amazing for everyday use. I am not a runner but need a comfortable shoe for walking and spending hours on my feet. I don't even realize I have these on, they are so perfect. I've worn Asics for 10 years. Every once in a while I try other brands, but always regret it. Love.

I bought this shoe in a 10 Narrow for my daughter. She has a very narrow foot, so it is difficult to find athletic shoes for her. She uses these for school basketball and club volleyball. She likes them and I would certainly hear about it if she didn't. We just bought a pair of Mizuno Tornado, which she says, that although they are a regular width they feel great. As usual, fantastic service from Zappos.
