I just received these shoes in the mail. They are great looking shoes but they are definitely 4 inch heels not 3 1/2. I purchased them to wear with my work pants that have been tailored for 3 to 3 1/2 inch heels so the verdict is out on if I will keep them. But they are definitely a good looking shoe. I just wish I had known that they are slightly higher than I anticipated. If I had known that then I would not have ordered them. So hopefully this review will prove helpful for someone else.

Beautiful pumps- Really classy and elegant! Loved the patent leather! But they are just a bit too high for me so I have to return them. Wishing they were 3.5" heels.

These shoes are great! I've been searching for a nice nude pump for a while now, and found these. Would recommend. The material is very soft and does not look too shiny/plasticy (like other nude pumps). I wear these with everything!

I bought these to wear as my 'something blue' on my wedding day. I've only worn them around the house and during my dress fitting (during which I was standing in them for a really long time). So far I have no complaints, there is plenty of room in the toe box (I have a really wide foot) and my toes don't feel squished. They're comfortable for a higher heel and super cute too. I've received a lot of compliments on them so far.

I happen to be a shoe maven and am often referred to as "Imelda Marcos" -- I bought these shoes in the Sapphire Suede and adore them! Took them from the box and wore them all day at the office! Quite comfy and looked great. I would buy another pair if offered in more color choices. They felt true to size, I only wear a 5.5 and not tight in the toes. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Disclaimer: I just received the shoes so I cant give an honest review on the shoes themselves. I do want to say, thank you to the customer service rep who dealt with my order. I received my shoes on a Tuesday but the shoes that shipped were damaged. A phone call was placed to Zappos CS that night at 9pm ET. The CS rep who handled the call said that a replacement pair would most likely arrive on Thursday. To my surprise, a new pair of shoes was waiting for me by my front door at 5pm... the very next day! I had been disappointed with the quality of CS (due to a few issues on other orders that I placed recently) but my faith in Zappos CS has been restored! Thanks again!

Shoes are beautiful - but - the leather is very soft and absorbs dirt. I've worn them just a few times and the heals are a mess. Be very careful where you wear them.

This is a very narrow shoe. I have three or more pairs of Vince Camuto's and they all fit (size 9). This one did not.

They look great. The heel is definitely high. I typically wear heels to work (desk job), but these were not comfortable enough as I wore them around the house for about five minutes and my feet were starting to hurt at the base of the toes where all my weight was being supported. I opted for the Nine West shoes in the same style.
