They definitely fit a full size larger than marked. I normally wear an 11 - 11 1/2. In these, a 10 fits perfectly. They're kinda awkward and clunky lookin', but if you can pair 'em up with the right pants (or shorts), they more than make up for it in uniqueness. It'll definitely take a little creativity to sport these eloquently, but if you can pull it off, you'll likely be one of few and that makes it all worthwhile. I'm gonna get some more.

I love the style, but after 3 wearings, the shoes are looking pretty bad. (I wish I had kept the original packaging so I could return them). Besides attracting dirt and scuffs, the surface of the EVA upper creases wherever my foot bends, ruining the stylish, clean look of the shoe... (Leather shoes get character when they break in, but these just look beat up!) This shoe is all show and no go - leave them on a shelf and look at them, but don't wear them or you'll be disappointed!

I just received mine today and they look great! That said, I disagree with everyone here that's saying to order a size down from what you would normally wear. I usually wear an 11, but I took everyone's advice and ordered a 10, and it fits like...a 10. I'm returning them and getting my regular size.

Great boots for sloshing around in. I use it as a fashionable rain/slush boot. Little larger looking than I'd like at times but overall it great item.

Great comfort, looks great on as well. I am usually a size 12, but an 11 fits me just fine with socks on. I would say fits a half to full size larger than marked. Great shoe though.

I bought these as a pair of boots to wear when it rains and they certainly do well for that. However, I bought a pair with white outsoles and they get dirty quickly. Also, the shoe runs big and wide, and the laces are too long for my liking. I'm going to get the all black, size 10, and get new laces and they'll be perfect!

Just got my shoes. Oh yeah, I'm Native American too. The shoe is very light but working in the hospital the walking on the floors you start really feel the pain on the bottom of the foot. I'm going to get some Dr Scholls and I think that will make it better but I like the fact that they are super light. Thanks.

These are pretty cool looking shoes for going out every once in a while. The heel and parts of the sole do wear pretty fast, so they are not meant to be worn often. The design and build quality are way too expensive for the price. The shoe does not seem to breathe well with cotton socks, or in humid weather. So, I suggest, a rayon-like sock like Thorlos in 60-70 degree low humid weather. They are a very light shoe and the style is rather desired with the black sole to hide scuffs or color fading, which stopped me from buying them with the white sole. Unfortunately, I would not buy another pair unless the price went down.

These boots are for the thick ankled only. They look good but are too loose and too wide.

bought this pair on this site. The boots are perfect, no complaints there. All came, all happy. I recommend to order it on this website. Very fast shipping, and very correct work support. Thank you Zappos, for that, gave me the opportunity to wear this lovely shoes for very affordable money.

Really pleasantly surprised by the Fitzsimmons! They're really cool looking, fit well, and are really warm--perfect so far for the NYC polar vortex. I also really like the stretchy sock lining in the boot. Only complaint is that they seem to be taking a long time to break in/have very little arch support; standing or walking in them for longer than half an hour caused me intense arch pain. Hopefully this lets up as I wear them more.

I was on a search for a pair of boots in this style, but couldn't find a non-leather option until I saw these. I liked the way they look, so I bought a pair. First, they were difficult to pull on - the sock liner is very narrow and took more than a few pulls before my foot finally made it fully inside the shoe (my feet are average width). Once on, they felt pretty clunky, given that they are molded EVA, but I accepted that as a possibility when buying the shoe. My main problem, however, is when I attempted to lace the shoe...I pulled the laces tight and one of the top eyelets popped off. I tried to reattach it, but was unsuccessful. I tried to re-lace the shoe to get around the damaged eyelet, and a second one came off. Keep in mind that I hadn't even worn the shoes out of my house at this point, and already they were suffering damage. Overall, I think these shoes are a great concept (comfortable, all weather, non leather boots), but they never made it beyond a few laps around my kitchen. I would gladly purchase again if the eyelet material was better attached to the boot.

I ordered this shoe because I want to walk in England on muddy trails, and thought the shoe looked good for that. I think it will be, and lightweight for my luggage, and I can pack socks inside the shoes, too. BUT, BONUS, we are having a MAJOR snowstorm here, and I wore them out today in the snow, and my feet were toasty warm! The molded shoe just doesn't let any wet or snow inside, and so my feet felt great! And I had no slipping at all, because the shoe has pretty good treads on it, too. It has very little arch support, but I use orthotics, and they fit in just fine. I give it 5 stars! Thanks, Zappos!!!

I bought it for my husband. He has wide feet so I was bit concerned that it will fit his feet. First time it was little funny feeling he said, but after few minutes he felt comfortable. I have same shoes for baby too. They can wear together! It's so cute.

I bought these for my son who is a student at UW. It is wet in the spring in the PNW if you don't know that. These boots are waterproof and have a liner to keep feet warm. I don't know how many times he got compliments on his shoes while he was home for the break? He also says they are really comfortable...and actually he picked them out for me to buy.

I love this shoe/boot! I got it to do trial hiking, and wore it the first day inside the house to just get the feel of it. We had snow then, and I decided to try it out in the snow. I am totally impressed at how WARM my feet stayed , in 11 degrees outside! I wore lightweight wool socks, but the shoes felt great, and did fine in the snow. They don't have deep treads on the bottom, so I wouldn't trust them walking on ice, but I was able to snowshoe around the neighborhood wearing them, as well as walk in the snow! Thanks, Zappos!

These shoes look really awesome. I own two pair because I want to make 'em work with something. Their downfall is that they're just too chunky. Maybe I haven't mastered the right outfit for them. I'm sure someone could really pull them off. Also, they are very stiff. The sole doesn't give too much, and as a result sort of makes you clunk around as you step. Also the material doesn't stay that silky velvety smooth forever. It starts to rub on things and get worn down pretty quickly.

The only thing I like about these boots is how they look. Everything else is pretty bad. They are not comfortable - my feet get tired pretty soon. The top (lacing) is not waterproof, your feet will get wet if it's raining. Your feet will get wet even if it's not raining, because you will sweat in these boots. I bought them in October and in February they started to leak. I would not recommend them to anybody.
