OK so I usually don't go for plastic sunglasses in general. I'm a metal frame/aviator guy. But I decided that if I do get a pair of plastic ones they have to be good ones and polarized, plus from ray-ban in particular. Really wasn't sure with which to go with, I saw these then the originals. I had to examine them closely and even go to the store and try them on. After I did I realized the originals have a thicker frame and look more bulky. You can even look on here and notice how much thinner the new wayfarers are. These are nice and slick and look amazing. These are just plain cool, the originals are like... good for girls really. Now the description for the lens says crystal green, which means that there's going to be like a tint of green, you wont notice the green too much its barely green. The lens is more clear tho so that if someone is close up to you they could prob see your eyes just a little. The lens are not too dark. Not sure a better way to describe but they match well with the black its not that green and the polarized lens is great in the sun. I had these out in bright bright sun already and they block the glare no problem. These are very light weight and comfortable. The black frame shines really nice almost as if its metal. Glossy in a good way for guys. If you like these kind of sunglasses. Buy these, they are worth it!

Originally I got these as as part of a costume, but after wearing them for one day, I'd never go back to my Oakley's. They look classy, but they don't look like they're trying to be classy, if that makes sense. Long story short, I love the fit, the tint of the lens, and overall build feels/looks great. Highly recommend this style over the original Wayfarer if you're a guy. Got the originals and they looked like gals' sunglasses.

Had my 1st pair of these in high school - I'm a Ray-Ban gal! Bought these for my bro for Xmas. They're timeless / classic...perfect!

These sunglasses are a classic! I love them. They are a little less boxy than the original Wayfarer. My only issue with them is that I have a small head and if I look down they fall off my face. I plan on taking them to a sunglass place to have the arms tightened so they fit better.

Overall I'm not satisfied with my purchase. This has nothing to do with the glasses themselves, it's my second pair and I love the style and fit. HOWEVER, this pair came to me loose in an unmarked box. No case, no cleaning cloth, and dirty lenses. For a purchase that totals over $200, that's ridiculous.

When I got this pair I was so excited because the style is really cute, it's not so big that would overwhelm your face. But if you're into big sunglasses, you might want to purchase a bigger one. The only problem is, it just won't stay! I put it on and after 5 seconds it slides off my face! I have a very small nose and hardly have a nose bridge! So if your nose is like mine, don't order this. Such a bummer because I love the style so much! I just had to return it.

Classic

I got these polarized tortoise shell (55mm), but they are not the same size as the black polarized which are 52mm. I need them to be Asian fit and the 52mm fit the best. I will keep looking for tortoise shell 52mm size. Otherwise Zappos us great!

Ordered the Ray Ban New Wayfarers polarized and received a fake pair, they weren't even close to that which was shown on their website. The sunglasses didn't even say ray ban p on the top right of the right lens. Also, the real ones should say "ray ban, made in Italy, polarized" on the right inside arm of the sunglasses; the one they sent simply said, "Italy design china'. I can say however, that the customer service was great and they are refunding my money. Have ordered items off Zappos in the past and everything has been legitimate, so I am not quite sure why they sent me a pair of cheap dollar sunglasses that could be bought at a gas station, instead of sending me the authentic pair that I ordered. Needless to say, I wont be ordering sunglasses from this website anymore.

These are light, comfortably dark and fit beautifully under my beloved Burberry bucket hat. Sometimes it's hard to find a pair that fit under the brim of a hat. These also fit under a baseball cap. They're awesome! I loved them so much, I bought them in black too.

Timeless and classic styling. Crystal clear vision. They're light and easy to wear. Has all the proper brand name markings. I hear the 58mm glasses aren't as quality as these and that's too bad. If these were a bit bigger in the eye and temple they'd be that much more fantastic.

Great classic sunglasses. Ordered the brown tortoise color and it goes with everything. Frames are smaller compared to other sunglasses in this style but fit great for a ladies frame. They probably would be too small or a male....

I bought these for my mom for her birthday. They are adorable on her and she loves them!
