Albas rock! Not only are they very stylish, they keep toes amazingly toasty! The quality is top notch.

These boots are amazingly comfortable and warm. True to size. Very cute rolled over or straight up.

In stock and fast delivery from Zappos. I gave comfort a 4, due to lack of arch support. There is room for my supports inside, they look good, and feel good. I wear size 8 and ordered 9. Plenty of room along with comfort. Love my EMU'S

I love these boots! I'm usually a big Uggs fan, but I decided to try these out. I got the gray and I love the color. They go with pretty much everything. They look cute folded down, or up. The fleece inside is very plush. They feel just as comfortable as my Uggs. I'm very happy with these!

I have had little success with finding boots that fit me perfectly. Zappos customer service has been phenomenal. But on a whim I ordered these boots and I loved them! I have flat wide feet and big calves but these boots fit perfectly. You may even want to go down a half size.

I love this boot. It is very comfy. It does feel a bit larger, my heel does move up and down in the boot when walking. The style is so cute. (They almost seem bulky, though. It seems like the boot is cut so that you can wear it on either foot. But I kind of like that. I don't think I would order a full size down.) They fetch tons of compliments!

I think overall I like the boot. Sometimes it looks like I am wearing the wrong shoe on the wrong feet, but upon switching I can feel that the soles are wrong so I switch them back. It's a little annoying cause I am in my 30's. Other than that they are not true to size. Order a full size smaller than what you need.

I thought these boots were cute, which is a huge admission from someone who finds the Uggs-type boots unbelievably ugly. They are super warm and comfortable, but I wish they made half sizes. I wear a 7.5, and the 7 was too small (toes hitting the front of the boot), and the 8 too big (feet sliding around inside), so I had to return both, very sadly. The heel is also quite wide, so there is significant heel slip whether the boots are too big or too small. There also seems to be quite a bit of variation in the shearling. Of the two pairs I received, one was very thick and plush and white, and the other was comparatively thin and much darker in color -- it was perhaps 1/3 thinner and much less dense. (On the thick pair you couldn't see down to the 'skin' through the shearling if you folded it, on the other you could, very easily.) Possibly as a result of the thinner shearling, one pair of boots 'flopped' outward on the part next to the leather loop EMU brand tags.

These are super cute and comfortable. The materials are good but I wanted to wear them up and the way the back of the boot is cut out was a little weird to me so I'm returning them. Made in China like Uggs.

Cute boots...but... I wear a 9, based on other reviews, ordered a 9, too small. The heel also slips and is not comfortable...really wanted EMU's but think I will go with the UGGS

This boot, unlike the shorter buckle one does run true to size. But just like the shorter buckle one, it is too wide in the heel. So, my hunt continues, but big kudos to Zappos in their speedy delivery.

My shoe size is usually 8.5 to 9. The size 9 felt comfortable for my wide feet; however, it did make my heel in air as I walked. So I tried the size 8, which I felt less comfortable because it rather felt "tight" compared to the size 9. But again, the sheep skin stretches; thus, it'd fit into your feet shape eventually. I just wore the pair during my 6 days vacation in Oslo (Norway) and Stockholm (Sweden). It does wonderful job to keep feet super warm in Oslo where the temp was 9F with just a brush of powder snow on ground. I believe that my feet were only part of my body where I felt most warm! However, it was terrible during my stay in Stockholm with the temp 32F plus melted/salty snow on streets. It's true, sheep skin won't repel water no matter what! Once outside get wet, water'd penetrate into inside which made my feet wet and cold! I had to be careful all the time to make sure my boots were not getting wet. That took a half of fun during my stay. But again, it's extremely warm! I might wear it again in Oslo but never in Stockholm!

I listened to others reviews and went a half size down. I usually wear a 10.5 or 11 and I ordered a 10. My toes were at the end, but they still slipped off my heel. I could barely walk they slipped so bad. Also, it felt like I had them on the wrong feet, but when I switched them, then it was really wrong. I even had my mom try them on and she said the same thing, like she felt like she had two left feet. They were terrible! Super cute, but not what I expected comfort wise at all. I will be sending these back. Super bummed.

My beloved UGG Langley need to be retired, so I was in a quest for a new pair of warm, comfy yet sturdy winter boots. By no means I am an UGG lover. I have never own any other UGGs other than the Langley, and I am not a fan of those 'Classic' styles. They are too flimsy and the sole is too stiff. Not to mention they are worn by 7 out of 10 women out there and I am not a fan of 'mass fashion'. I ordered two, another Ugg (Kenly), and EMU Alba. While Kenly is on its way back to Zappos (I wrote a separate review on that), I love Alba a lot! I usually wear size 6 (though depending on brands/type of shoes, ranging from 5.5-6.5) ~ and I ordered a 6 on EMU and it fits perfect! A 5.5 would probably fit slightly better around the heels area, but they do not come in half-sizes (or at least Zappos does not carry half-sizes). I have huge calves, so it's very challenging for me to find tall boots that would fit. Alba's height (at 8") is just perfect. I find the footbed to be super comfortable, just like walking on pillows! The outer part is water-resistant (not water-proof). I wish I could get them in every color, but my choice was limited due to Zappos run out on my size. (please restock, Zappos!) Service from Zappos is impeccable as always. But I wonder if they have stopped the free upgrade to one business day thingy?

Boots are so cute and I loved the color. They fit weird...tight on the tops of my toes...and the footbed doesn't flex at all. Returning them. Tried both my size and one larger...no go.

I normally wear a 7.5 and got a 7. It's a wee bit too big in the back. The boot slips out yet my big toe on both boots made tiny holes. By no means do I have long/sharp toe nails. Keep mine pretty short and think it's from trying to keep my feet from coming out as I walk. Only wear them as slippers and sometimes to walk the dogs. They are cute but the sizing is off.

I have the Alba in Chestnut and I love them! I think they are very stylish and go well with some leggings. They fit a little snug at first, but when you wear them around awhile they break in and widen up and become less stiff. I find they run pretty true to size. I wear a 10 shoe and I am wearing a 10 in the Alba. The material is water resistant. I did not have to spray them before I went outside when it was snowing/sleeting/raining, but I don't think it would harm anything if you did spray them. I find that they fit better if I wear them without socks. They fit a little smaller/snugger if I wear my socks with them.

I only own one pair of Uggs because of how pricey they are, and skeptically ordered these to try them out as a lower-cost alternative. They are gorgeous! Unfortunately the 8s were too large on me, and they didn't have a 7.5 in the charcoal, so I didn't get to keep them. I am bummed I didn't notice them sooner when they were still in stock! They feel like they're really well-made and super warm and toasty. Would definitely try out this brand again.

I will just say that EMU is much better than Ugg or any other boot if you want warmth, comfort, and a fairer price. Love EMU! (And Zappos!)

I have another pair of EMU boots and these boots are nothing like my first pair. I actually like this pair better because the insole MAKES a difference. I'm a size 9 and in these boots I fit into a size 8 with my feet not sliding off compare to my first pair.

Got a pair for Christmas. Normally wear 8.5 shoe, my Uggs were 8 but EMU seems smaller toe was right at end...go with bigger size. I am ordering in a 9. Other than that very well made and love them!

These are wonderful boots, more interesting than but similar to Uggs. They are also more structured than Uggs. Super warm. My 12 yr old daughter wears these everyday to school with the top rolled down.

Bought these for my daughter for Christmas. She loves them. She did her research and picked the EMU over the Uggs because EMU are waterproof and Uggs are not. Zappos has the best customer service, by the way.

Very pleased with my purchase! I knew what I wanted, ordered in evening and the next day my order arrived. I ordered a 9, I wear 8.5 & I honestly do not understand the other reviews that complain of uneven fit. I'm tall and have wide feet and these fit comfortably.
