Gorgeous dress shoe, especially in the Tan. May take a little time to break in but worth it.

Well made shoe and comfortable right out of the box.

Bought for my husband as a gift. He has had a couple Mezlans in the past. These did not disappoint.

Excellent shoes! Fit well, though a little longer than I thought from the picture. Overall, I am very happy with them.

Great looking shoe. However, the size 8 felt like it was a 7.5.

Perfect 8.5M. Perfect fit. Except the recent malady of many shoes; the short heel... A problem that plagues men shoes that short heel which often conveys a sinking feeling backward and toes upward in the front. This shoes are on the extreme side about the backward feeling because of the so short heel. I already have the browns. Exactly the same problem. Oh and the dye washed off the leather on the Brown. So I ended up with a pair of natural color/tan leather shoes. My shoe repair tried to apply color. He was not successful. I bought it again because for the price and to wear with Jeans they are Ok. Let's see what is going to happen to this black pair about the color.

The quality of this shoe has changed for the worse. I have been wearing purchasing the Mezlan Hundley II from Zappos for several years, and I just received my seventh pair of these shoes last week. Today is the third day I have worn them, and I can immediately see and feel that something has changed in the build and material quality. The leather on the top of the left shoe already has a cheap rippled appearance, and the right shoe pinches painfully right before the toes. There is also a small lip sticking out on the right toe where the top leather section meets the lower sections. I am extremely disappointed, as I thought I had finally found a shoe brand and style I could depend on for the remainder my of foot-wearing life. I suppose it is possible I received a "bad" pair, but I can't imagine this is a one off issue. When comparing the new pair to the pair I purchased earlier this year, the old, worn pair looks like a better quality shoe. 0/10, would not recommend and I will not be purchasing again.
