You get what you pay for. These booties were not well made and started to fall apart within the first 3 months of wearing them. By 6 months, I had a hole in the tow and the soles were wearing through. I would not recommend purchasing this bootie for everyday wear.

I was terribly disappointed with the fit of this shoe. I ordered my usual size and width. When it arrived, my feet were swimming in them. I was curious if I had ordered incorrectly, but turns out I had not. I would swear these are "plus size" shoes, if there is such a thing!

very comfortable shoe. I work in a large company with two buildings, I walk between both buildings all day with ease. My feet and ankles feel supported.

Very cute shoes. I have a wide feet, but this runs a bit wider. I still kept them, because was not sure that if I buy "M" width they would work for me. Will try it with Scholl's insoles.

I normally wear a size 10 and they size 10 fit true to size. These are SUPER comfortable. Nice padding in the heel. Nice styling, too.

Great boot. I have wide feet and this was very comfortable on the toes. Love that it's leather also. Wish it had more padding because I wear it all day at work.

These boots fit great and look very nice. I was very impressed with the quality of these shoes. They are also super comfortable. I always have a hard time finding comfortable shoes my size, 11W, but these boots fit the bill. The heal is a good width without looking bulky. I find it easy to walk on these boots all day long.

The shoes are nice and the fit was great, except when I put them on underneath my foot at the top it felt a little uncomfortable, perhaps because I have not worn this style shoe in a long time. I will see when I wear it out. Everything else is great.

Got these shoes last month, wore them the first week I got them. They were so comfortable. I ordered a second pair for when they wear out. Want to have them available. I love these shoes and you will too.

Love these boots. I work retail and stand on concrete all day. The great fit made them comfortable from day one. If they were available in other colors, I would buy more of them.

The shoes are just as I anticipated. They look great and feel very comfortable. The soles are a little slippery even after wearing them several times.

I can't say how very satisfied I am with these lovely boots. They were comfortable from day one and have been extremely comfortable at work, where I do a lot of walking. They are sharp with office wear, but can also be worn with casual attire. They may not be cheap but they are worth every penny.

Finally! Perfectly sized shoes in wide width.) These shoes are so comfortable and they look cute with jeans and slacks. The heel rests back instead of putting pressure on your toes! Best pair of shoes I have ever bought. I will be looking into other shoes from this brand!

These shoes are amazingly comfortable. They go on easy and are nice and snug. There was no breaking-in period, the first time i wore them they were comfortable all day long. They totally look like boots when I wear them with jeans. Another great buy from Zappos!

These shoes are great! They are a good style that goes well with dress pants, jeans, skirts,etc. they are my new go to shoes for the office, but I've worn then out on the tone as well. They have a nice heal that's just the right size so I get some height but they're still easy to walk in. My only complaint is that I wish there was more cushioning for the ball of my foot. But I bought some gel insets and now they are perfect!

I have enjoyed how easily the shoe transitions from a work shoe with slacks to a dressed up bootie with jeans. I ordered a size 7 Wide, and it is wide enough for me to wear socks comfortably and zip up the sides, but doesn't feel sloppy at all.

These shoes were comfortable from the first moment I put them on. The fit is perfect, they look very dressy, and actually made my big size 9 feet look smaller. A co-worker even commented that my feet looked smaller.

This is a great stylish boot/shoe. I don't typically wear heels but these are very comfortable. Wore straight out of box! I'm tall but didn't feel like a giant. At 53 I wanted to look current and this fit the bill. Felt steady and grounded. My feet did not hurt & easy on & off for the airport security. Love this shoe. Leggings, slacks & jeans worked with everything. As usual great delivery and customer service!

So cute but it felt like a wooden block shoved into my heel, even with the cushion. Unfortunately I am returning these.

I bought these shoes for work and they serve that purpose. They also are stylish and I like the look of them overall. The only problem is the sole of the shoe at the ball of the foot. It seems like there is no support where the elastic begins. As a result they can be a bit uncomfortable for longer wear. I would still recommend them because of their style.

I am so happy I bought these! They are comfortable, a little wider than the standard W which I wear but I wore them straight out of the box for 10 hours without pain. They look great with leggings and a dress and the heel is modest with just enough height.

I was excited to receive these shoes but was disappointed when they arrived. They were too large. I have a very wide foot and the width was fine but they were too long. I also felt that they were not that comfortable.

This shoe is beautiful but it runs a little small, even though I ordered the Wide width. Will return/exchange for 1/2 size larger and that should be perfect!

A nice little shootie. Comfortable. Looks nice with dresses of pants. I ordered an 8 since this was a new brand to me. If I order this brand again, I would order my true size of 7 1/2. Since the do not come in narrow the 8 medium is a little sloppy on my foot.
