I wanted a belt that was very adjustable. Regular belts can be too tight and the next hole too loose for me. This belt works well. The buckle really grips and the whole belt seems very solid. I cut it to the length I needed and melted the end, all of which turned out better than expected.

I have one of these belts and have worn it on the boat where I work because it won't scratch paint or varnish. It fits all sizes, never slips and the color has not faded in four years.

I got this belt to go with my EMT student uniform. I wanted something easy to clean, durable, and a sturdy belt buckle. I easily got all three of those things. This is a solid belt and the buckle is not going to break or let go of the belt. It does have a bit of a profile, so if you're looking for a belt that makes your tummy look flat, this isn't for you. If you are looking for a belt that will hold onto you and your pants and not let go, this is most certainly the belt for you.

I use this belt for everyday wear. It is very comfortable and very durable. I actually liked this belt so much I ended up buying three others in different colors and one more in silver to have just incase anything ever happens to mine and I can't get another one. The belt buckle can be used to open bottles too, but it's a little tricky to use.

Functionally the best belt I have ever owned. Stays put when fastened and releases easy.

Great looking belt and I'm sure it would last for years but...here's a CAUTION. I wear size 40 pants and the belt just makes it with a 1-1/2" (1.5") tab remaining outside the buckle. This is with a pair of cotton khakis and a light Viyella shirt. If I were to try it with a pair of heavier trousers or wearing a heavy shirt, it would be too short. I've called Patagonia and they advised that the belt was 47" long. The one received from Zappos measures 45.75 long. If you wear trousers with a 41 or larger size, a 45.75 long belt won't fit. Erik at Patagonia noted that they probably vary a bit in length but offered no assurance a replacement would be longer.

Love this belt! Never slips, and can be used to lash gear and pop open beers! A bit wide for lady's belt loops, but just fits most of my pants.

For only size its a great length I am a 32 waist and there isn't alot of additional length hanging over Good color grey nice neutral color

I have 5 of these belts in different color, I wear everyday. Some I have owned for 3 years and they still look new. Great Value for the quality and design.

Best belt I've ever worn, Period, hands down. I have about 7 now, gave all other ones (leather) away. Infinitely adjustable and always holds tight where you put it. Definitely recommend.

Pretty basic and solid belt. Buckle has a great way of gripping and doesn't slip or require constant readjustment.

Quality material, works VERY well as far as adjustability and comfort. You may need to cut the end of the belt if you're rather skinny. Simple and effective.

This is definitely the best web belt that I have owned. I have had my share of web belts and make shift belts - skater style shoe lace belts and all. These were definitely a good buy. I cannot believe that I had to go through five web belts before I found this one.

I bought this belt for my son because I already had one of my own. Fast and easy to use. Much better than the old military style, break your fingernails, buckle.

I love this belt! I wear it formally at work as a waiter, and it doubles as a weekend excursion belt, too. I had some trouble burning a nice, smooth edge when I trimmed the excess material, and getting the end through the loop proved slightly difficult at first. Overall this belt is sturdy, can be dressed up or down, and fees like it will stand the test I time. Send it back to Patagonia if it ever wears out, and they will replace and recycle it in most cases. Thanks to Zappos it came in a flash!

Great belt. Very strong and durable webbing. The buckle is easy to use holds the belt in a solid and secure manner. Only downside is the webbing is so stiff that it tends to make the buckle protrude a little, which was a minor inconvenience for me. Love the product.

Great belt compared to old fashioned leather ones with the finite hole system. Infinite variability is great and I like knowing I have an emergency strap and bottle opener. It does slip slightly at times once broken in. But holds great the majority of the time. I'll never go back to a conventional belt.

Belt is as advertised - ALMOST! The description indicates the belt is 47" long. Mine is a little over 45". It fits me just fine, with about 5 inches slack, but was expecting it to be a little longer. Does the job though. Adjusts to your perfect width (of the day). It is a little masculine looking, however, I only plan to wear it with jeans in a casual setting.

This is a really well-made belt. Unfortunately for my husband's taste, it is a bit bulky in the buckle area.
