I got a 7WW and couldn't get my foot in the shoe! After reading reviews (after I bought), I think there is too many inconsistencies with sizing. I am returning the shoe and will skip Fitzwell brand from now on. I did like the look of the chunky heel and slight platform.

Nice shoe, stinky non-natural materials, too short for a 10 and WW not even a D. Pinchy! Too bad but glad Zappos is going to take them back.

I would not recommend these shoes. They felt narrow in the front and short in the heel so when you walk, the back flops off. They look okay if you like the rounded toe look. They have stretched a little. I like the solid heel, but it could be higher.

Beautiful shoe, but no way is the 10 WW wide--it was very narrow and tight, felt like a C width. Sadly, must return.

Darling shoe, but my foot would slip out of it when I tried to walk. Bought heel pads and that did not help at all. Had to return.

I thought the other reviews might have been critical and didn't want to believe because these shoes are cute, but sizing is horrible! 9 was way too small. 9.5 was way too big. I tried wide. Nothing fits!

The WW did not feel like a WW and I did not even try on both shoes. I returned this pair.

Well, I tried. These are exactly the style I am looking for, but Fitzwell doesn't. The 9.5 WW toebox was much too small, so I ordered the 10 WW. The width was almost enough, but in a heel this high, the extra length does not work. The shoes were coming off my heel when I walked. I am disappointed in the fit from Fitzwell.

I ordered this shoe in black patent and brown, both in size 10.5 WW. Toe box entirely too narrow to be WW - don't really think it would even meet criteria for W. Also, shoe is short for size. In Softspots & Easy Spirit, I wear either a 9.5 or 10 WW; I ordered a bit large because of other reviews. Nice looking shoe and disappointed that they do not fit. Anyway, returning and will simply order another brand with more consistent sizing.

I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I purchased these. I am in agreement that the sizing is not even close! I have enjoyed everything that I have gotten from Fitzwell, but they missed the mark this time. The sizes are not true. I got an 11.5WW, and it felt like it was a 9M. It's a beautiful shoe, but that's where it ends.

The width marking is misleading. I ordered an extra wide width, and it\'s tight. It fits like a medium width. Very disappointed.

Fitzwell...doesn't. This is a nice-looking shoe but really uncomfortable. I ordered an 8 double wide and it fits like an 8B -- narrow in the toe bed and wide at the heel. Should have sent them back but I waited too long.

These shoes don't fit well at all. I normally wear size 7. Based on customer reviews, I initially ordered size 8 WW. They were too big, and did not seem extra wide. So, I ordered 7.5 WW. These seemed half a size "bigger" than size 8 when I compared the two pairs. They were definitely not smaller. So there seems to be an issue with their standard sizing. Finally I ordered a size 7 WW. It felt half a size smaller and the difference between size 7 and 7.5 was about 1 centimeter! I returned all three pairs back. They do look pretty but you need to be lucky to have the right size.

Great looking boot. Great service from Zappos. I usually wear a 10.5 in shoes, but can occasionally squeeze into a 10. These boots, at a 9.5, fit perfect -- so do go at least a half-size down from your normal size when ordering.

The sizing wasn't even close to marked -- a full size smaller and a full width narrower than expected. The shoes are adorable, but terribly uncomfortable. I had to return them.

I usually wear an 8.5 medium. Based on reviews here, I bought the Fitzwell Melanie (black kid leather) in a 9 wide. I could barely put the shoes on. Also, they smelled terrible, truly terrible. They would probably be comfortable with the right fit, but I'm returning them and not even trying another size because of the smell. Cute shoes with too many problems for me!

Not true to size for me. I ordered an 8W, which should have fit me fine, by they were wicked tight in both the width and size.

Nowhere close to the same planet as double wide - I could not get my foot into it - like the Ugly Sisters! Pretty shoe though, sorry I have to return.

Hi, this shoe had an extremely strong odor. Once past the odor, the shoe felt one size larger than marked. I am a true 7.5 med.

My husband said they look like a combo of nurse shoes and a pump. I didn't think they were that bad looking, however the heel slipped, and the toe was too tight.

Cute shoes but there's a strong, bad odor once you open the box. It doesn't seem to go away even when the shoe is out of the box. I wouldn't be able to wear these shoes because I can't stand the smell. I ordered a size up so the fit it fine but I'm returning them based on the smell.

I really wanted these shoes to fit but they were not even close to size. I couldn't even get my foot in them. And the smell was terrible. Totally disappointed in the shoe but still love Zappos.
