I have been wanting these shoes forever and when I saw them on sale I jumped all over them. I ordered my true size but sadly they were too big. Major heel slippage :( Unfortunately they will have to go back as no amount of padding will compensate. However, they are the sexiest shoe ever and very comfortable!

I usually wear a size 9, but I had to go down to a size 8.5 for these shoes. They were tight at first, and after an hour of wearing them I couldn't stand in them anymore...however, I gave them another shot and they seem to have broken in just fine. I'm very happy with them now! They're the perfect classic black pump.

I ordered the Noir Patent but it is a half size too big. Luckily, since I am reordering in a smaller size the other color is available. Can't wait to get the new ones!

Order a half size down. I love these shoes. They are very beautiful and comfortable but, after only two time out to dinner, they are now stretched out. The heel is high so that little bit of room make the shoe slip of my foot with every step.

These shoes seem great but I do not agree with other reviewers that they run small. I normally wear a 6.5 but due to the reviews ordered a 7 and it was way too big. I will have to return them and try again with my usual 6.5.

I'm a fan of the Irina, but I'm sending back the deep red pearlized pair because the color isn't red! Does not look at all like the red color on the site pictures. The color is more like a deep pink. Not a fan. Still a great shoe though.

This is a gorgeous shoe. Appears very well made and color is true to what is shown online ( I ordered olive suede). As many have mentioned, this shoe runs about 1/2 to one full size smaller than listed. While others have listed that the shoe will stretch out after the first wear, the 8.5 seemed much too small (my normal size). Will be returning for a size 9 and will provide another update! As others noted, toe box is quite narrow, so those of us with wider feet might want to consider stretching. If these had fit the first time, despite the expense, there's no way I would have returned them.

These shoes are beautiful. I ordered the 6.5, toe box way too small, could only find a 7.5 in another color and on sale that I liked, but I think they will be too big if they stretch at all, but the toe box is still so small I have a hard time believing a 7 will fit me. Beautiful shoes though!

These are beautiful shoes! I usually wear a 6.5-7 in heels, and I ordered a 6.5 since they are so tall. My poor toes still hurt from putting them on for only a few minutes. They are really well made, but you might have to play around with the sizes. I will probably order a 7.

The shoe is a great shoe but order a 1/2 or full size smaller! I promise after 24-48 hours of wearing them they stretch out! I regularly wear a 8.5. I ordered a 8.5 and now they are most definitely a large 9. I ordered the nude which are apparently no longer available. The bottom of the shoe is gorgeous and I only wish I could still wear them.

These are beautiful shoes -- really elegant and nicely made. However, they run a full size larger so keep that in mind and are extremely uncomfortable in the toe area.

I was so disappointed...I am looking for heels for my wedding and was really excited about these because the reviews said they were sexy and comfortable. They are very sexy, and they are the perfect shade of nude, but I ordered 7.5 and the right shoe felt like a 8.5 and the left felt like an 8. The toe boxes are even different depths. I am surprised that such a reputable brand has such poor quality control.

I'm bummed about this shoe. After reading SO many great reviews, and absolutely loving it when it arrived, I had to return it due to the toe area being just too tight. I ordered a 9.5 (usually a 9) and it was okay, but the back kept slipping off. No 9 available on this site, so I tried 8.5 and that just wasn't happening. Bummer, because they are really beautiful shoes.

I own four pairs of Irina heels purchased over the last several years. I love them. They are insanely comfortable, stable, and very reasonably priced for quality full leather. However, as soon as I opened the box on my newest pair, I could tell they are not the same. The soles are no longer leather, and the quality seems to have taken a downward turn. If you look at the image of the black patent sole, you can see it stamped with "vero cuoio", identifying it as genuine leather. The Noir patent ones I ordered were missing this indication, and the soles are definitely not leather. The overall quality of my other pairs is missing in these. This may not be a deal breaker for you, and, granted, they lowered the retail price, but I was very disappointed and returned them.
