I'm not the kind of person who ordinarily takes the time to review products. However, these boots were so perfect for my needs that I want to recommend them without hesitation. I bought them specifically for a Christmastime trip to New York City, which I knew would involve a lot of time on my feet in cold weather. I wore the boots just a couple of days before the trip to break them in, and wore them every day in NYC. My feet never got tired and never got cold. They were exactly what I needed them to be.

I wear a 7.5 and bought a 7 based on other reviews saying this shoe runs a 1/2 size large. The 7 was way too small. In my experience the shoe runs true to size. Unfortunately, now they are out of stock on the 8. If you're unsure, I'd suggest ordering 2 sizes so this does not happen to you.

I bought the boots because my FitFlop sandals are so comfortable. The Mukluks are very comfortable and are much better for walking my dogs than my UGGs, because of the plastic part that your feet can grip; but on the other hand, the plastic bottom not being fur lined isn't as comfortable as my UGGs for the comfy cozy warm feeling I like.

Seems to run true to size or slightly long. Prefer the other style of their low boot, instead of Mukluk. A little too small for me. Would be comfortable if the fit was right.

I am always happy with Zappos service , but these boots were a flop. They look good and have a great sole, however the shearling lining does not cover the bottom or the heel area. At first I thought I was walking on air wearing these cute boots, however after 2 hours my heels were actually bleeding from the friction of the stiff fabric against my skin. I tried wearing a thin wool sock, but it rubbed right through and made a hole in the sock and my skin! Be careful wearing these boots for an extended time.

I received the Fit-Flop Mukluk quickly and I love them. They are very comfortable and warm. Thanks for your good service Zappos.

If you have ever worn FitFlops, then this is a must have to add to your wardrobe! I could wear FitFlops 24x365.

These boots are extremely comfortable! I normally wear a size 9, so that's what I ordered and they fit perfectly. I have a high instep and my foot is wide at the front and this boot gave me plenty of room with no tight spots or pressure points. Like other reviews have said, the heel area is not tight and my foot slips up slightly but it didn't bother me because the front of the boot feels secure. I wish the boot had shearling on the foot bed as it would have been more comfortable to wear without socks. I might try putting a thin padded shoe liner in it so I can wear them without socks. I could wear these all day and they were great for taking the dog for a walk and keeping my feet warm. Very cozy!

Love these boots! I'm always looking for a good shoe or boot for walking and these are awesome! They were super comfy right from the start. Much better than Uggs for walking, but are nice and warm like Uggs. I can't wait to order another pair!

I wear this all the time. They felt tight at first, but they stretched out to perfection. I have to wear socks with them. They are not lined on the bottom. Without socks they feel and sound like a flip flop, and my feet get cold. My feet feel good in them because they are raised at the heel. I love them. I got brown. It's a nice brown. I'm very happy.

Hard to believe anyone who actually wore these in the correct size could rate less than 5 stars! I have the smoke gray ones on right now and they look really cute with skinny jeans tucked in and they feel fantastic! As far as the reviewer complaint about them having a loose heel that slips I would just say they could be sized wrong or the reviewer is not used to the FitFlop fit or feel which is different but more comfortable than other brands. They fit true to size - and, no, the heel is not tight - but then they are a mukluk, not a fitted, zippered boot. I would recommend wearing thicker socks with them if they feel too loose, but for me they feel great with thin or thick socks (or even no socks). They are like walking on a cloud. These are pure snuggly warmth. I have a wardrobe of FitFlops and LOVE them all.

You know, these are cute but odd. They slide off my heel when I walk but they are not too big on the length of my foot. Maybe to work like a flip flop? Not a good feeling for a boot. Like a slipper only expensive and not cushy. On the good foot, they are lightweight and very cute. I really wanted to like them but they just didn't do it for me.

I love these boots, but the right one has 2 holes in it, where the stitching either gave way or didn't catch. For the price, there shouldn't be any holes.

This is my second winter with the same pair of these boots. They have great overall (especially arch) support, they're wide enough for my very wide feet, they're cute, and I've received several compliments on them. I'm ordering another color now that I know I love them.

I wear these boots a lot during the winter, have had them for two years, and they are holding up well. They slip right on and I don't usually wear socks, so they do feel a bit hot, feet sweat some. They feel like bedroom slippers, very cozy, and are fine to wear with jeans. Can't really say they look good, so that is why they only get 3 stars for style. They were well worth the money I paid and are as comfortable as my worn out justins that are my other favorite boots.

I love these. They are comfortable and warm! They are easy to get on and off. They are more comfortable than Uggs and just a little different. But they do not have fur on the bottom (insole), which I miss a tiny bit. You could always add those Uggs extra insoles Zappos sells.

These are the most amazingly comfortable boots I've ever worn! Great support, very cushy and super warm. Highly recommend them, especially for people with problem feet like me!

I fell in love with FitFlops a few years ago and can't stand to wear anything else. These boots are extremely comfortable, but they do seem to be a tad short...especially if you'll be wearing socks with them; however, they are so warm you won't need socks. Next time I will order up a size.

I purchased the black version of this boot and couldn't have been happier! Unbelievably comfortable and incredibly warm. I never needed a sock as some reviewers did. For those of you who have high arches (I do!) and find Uggs to be unbearable after a couple hours due to zero support, these are the answer!

These are the most awesome boots I've ever worn, so comfortable I haven't wanted to wear anything else. Got the black first and loved them so much I got the brown too. Unlike Uggs, they are designed to wear with sock, which is fine with me. They have a more cushioned insole and more arch support than Uggs, I even walk my dog in them.

I really wanted to love these boots. I need arch support that another boot maker of a similar style does not afford. They did not offer the same comfort level that my original Fit-Flops (sandals) have. They ran a little small even without socks. The arch support was not as good as the Fit-Flops that I have had in the past. I will still buy and support this brand, but these boots just did not cut it for me.

I already own 2 other pairs Fitflop boots, talls and mukluk. These particular boots were so tight to try to get your foot in past the ankle part that the back seam ripped!
