Of course the Kangol cap is nice, but my emphasis in this review is Zappos' quality of service. UPS delivered this hat next door, no fault of Zappos. Zappos instantly sent another hat as soon as I called them. The neighbor brought the package over later, but both Zappos packages were delivered one day after ordering! How do they do this?

First off, I can't say enough about how helpful Zappos can be when ordering or returning a product for a size change. This hat was a little small for me, but Zappos sent me a bigger size which fits great. I love this hat! It's sleek, a tight weave with an elegant design. The best thing is that it has vents built into the design that keep your head cool. I love black, but black in Texas can sometimes be too hot. This hat vents nicely and keeps my head cool. No matter how rough I treat the had it always springs back to its natural form. Then Tropical Ventair by Kangol is way cool!

I purchased this hat for my husband. It has a great fit, good styling and looks good on him. He also really likes the vented weave which allows for some air circulation.

I ordered this hat a while back for my Dad's birthday. As a college student it's difficult to get out to go shopping and then deliver gifts for birthdays. As a daughter it's difficult just to find something your Dad likes. The hat came pretty quickly and my Dad loved it. He wore the hat all summer and now into the fall. Thanks Zappos for saving the day with your great variety and reliable service!

My husband loves Kangol hats for their excellent construction, comfort and style. I think they are flattering on him too, so ordered him two of the Tropic 504, lightweight enough for summer wear and into fall, perfect for the golf course and early morning commutes. As always Zappos shipping and customer service is superb, and although I can find his favorites at department stores in the City, I prefer to give my business to Zappos. Waiting for new Kangol styles for winter now!

I purchased these hats for my father who loves Kango and couldn't find a retailer locally. They arrived in a couple of days and they fit great!

Purchased this as a gift for my husband & he loved it! It looked very stylish on him. We will certainly order another Kangol from Zappos.

I've bought several styles of these hats and so i could give you some comparison; this one is more on the stylish side, whereas the kangol 507 is lighter, cooler and more casual. I went through a dep't store at the mall and i saw one made by new era, the same people who make the baseball caps, and theirs was significantly less, and just as nice but it was a cotton material so not as breathable. I'm a 7 1/2 and the size L is about the right size although a little snug but the next larger size up feels too loose. I'm hoping with time this one will loosen up just a little.

Great product. Fit is perfect and keeps you cool even on warm days. Great ventilation. You have to have one!

Very nice hat, I ordered a medium and it fits perfectly, although typically I adjust the baseball type caps to maximum size or nearly so. When I drive my convertible it stays on and keeps the sun off my frolic ally challenged head.

Terrific cap! Great alternative to the ubiquitous baseball chapeau. Comfort, style, sturdiness, panache. Excellent product and superb service. I will Zappos again!

Hello Zappos - My boss has wanted a hat like his Greek one but could not find one - came upon your tropic hat and thought I would gamble had some similarities to it and voila, he loves it. He said it is as if he is not even wearing a hat at all! Thank you and it fits to a tee - no pun intended.

I recommend Zappos.com cause their site was easy to use and they had what I was looking for. They item was shipped and at my door steps in three days. they also kept me informed of the shipping process. I highly recommend them.

This hat is my favorite. It's very comfortable, soft and light. The material breathes very well so your head doesn't sweat like my wool hat in the same design. It's perfect for even a warm summer day. Love it and would highly recommend the Kangol hats and Zappos site and service.

recieved it, like it but was a little loose, that because I'm bald. should have bought a size smaller, although I measured my head and it was the right suggested size.

Nothing is cooler than a Kangol. Loved they had my size. And I got it for $18. Big win for me.

Fits as it should, super comfortable , can never beat the style of Kangol. And the price right now is un heard of.
