I am an 80-year old woman, wanted some high boots but not dark colored ones, have thick calves so women's styles often too tight or drab with zippers (ugh!) so I often get men's. Usually need 10 med mens or 11wide womens. Read other reviews and got 10 med men's.They fit great, reach just below my knees great for snowy N.PA are warm have a full removable felt type liner. They are not heavy and many of my slacks can be worn in or outside. They wipe clean. Also they flex enough for comfort. I love them.

These are the most comfortable boots that I have ever purchased. They are easy to slip on. They are not at all heavy, which is a change from the clunky Sorels I wore for years. They provide good traction and are very warm. They have a wide circumference for a thick calf. It took over 60 years to find my perfect snow boots, but I finally found them!

This boot is legit. Took it outside in the blizzard this weekend (2' of snow in 24hrs with crazy wind) and I can attest to it as an elite snow boot. My feet were dry, and very warm. Snow didn't get stuck in the bottom tread at all. The Canuck is light, stable and reassuring to tread through thick snow. I work outside year-round and plan to include this as part of my boot arsenal. The best part? Constructed in the USA. Now a word about sizing: EVERYbody talks about it in their reviews. My opinion is that this boot fits true to size--when you wear this boot, use thick socks and snow pants or long underwear. I wouldn't wear them if I didn't need those other items, and if I did, the boots would fit rather loosely. I don't feel like they're narrow, and I agree that it's slightly over size. My left foot (10.5) is a half size smaller than my right (11), and I was a rebel and ordered an 11. Not returning! Review of Zappos? 20/10, ordered Thur. early afternoon east coast and arrived Fri. afternoon, about 5 hours before the first snow fell. Zappos takes care of it's customers better than any company out there.

I read other reviews that stated the sizes run big. I normally wear a 9.5 but went with a 9. If anything they were still a little big but perfect with thick socks. I am very happy with the boots; they are lighter than I thought they would be and are very warm. Great product, I would highly recommend them!

The boots are good looking, comfy and true to size. I'm happy to purchase something made in Canada, not China. Though I could happily endure not seeing snow for the rest of my life, I'm sort of awaiting the first snowfall to try these babies out.

I order from Zappos quite frequently, and this is the first time I've been disappointed. This boot is much larger than the stated size. I ordered a woman's size 9, but it appears to be more like a man's size 13! Needless to say, these are going back.

Not too fond of this boot. It digs into the back of your ankle (due to no laces high up). When you walk a short distance, great, but after some walking. Look out for a blister to start. Also if you hit deep snow, it comes off too easy as you can't get the laces as tight as a traditional boot. Great if you are just slipping them on to go out and get some wood for the fire place. Not for plowing the entire driveway/road!

I'm a woman who normally wears a woman's size 10 or 11 shoe and has, to be blunt, fat calves, so I've given up on trying to find woman's snow boots and gave these men's boots a shot. I ordered the men's size 9 and the foot itself is only slightly roomy, like I could wear thick socks comfortably, but even with regular socks it does't feel too loose., so I'd say they seem to run a little small. My calves + a pair of pants still prove to be slightly too thick so the leg of the boots bunches up very slightly at the ankle because the top isn't wide enough to stay up strait. Not to the point that it's unwearable, but enough that my ankles aren't as supported as they could be. I'm used to that when dealing with higher leg boots on my legs though, and since these are for just for walking through the snow and not hiking off-trail I don't mind. I love the closures, so much easier than dealing with laces or zippers and the closures themselves hold tight. So far I've worn them in both both fresh snow and inch deep slush and they seem to have good traction and kept my feet dry. They feel a little heavy after longer walks in them but I feel like that's expected with any heavy duty boot and I'm used to wearing sneakers most of the time. I did find my feet hurt a tiny bit after walking in them for a while one day, but there's enough room in the foot that I'll be able to fix that with an added insole.

I have a narrow foot (12 N). This boot is wide on me but, should be OK with thick socks. Easy to get on. Looks like a heavy boot in the picture but, it's pretty light weight. Have not had a chance to try these out in the cold weather yet but, I'm expecting these to keep my feet warm. My feet freeze in the icy cold while outside moving snow off the roof and I needed a boot that tied high up on the leg. This does. Well made.

Love the boots, lightweight, yet warm and comfortable. Seem to be pretty warm as well. However, due to lack of snow, haven't had much opportunity to use them much.

My husband loves his new Kamik Canuck boots. He loves the height to keep snow out and they are the lightest boots he could find for snowing shoeing.

These boots were for my boyfriend for a Christmas gift. They are true to size and extremely warm according to him. He is working rebuilding a boardwalk on the beach in 30 degree weather with very cold windchills and his feet stay warm and dry! Great product and price

My daughter loves these. They fit well and look as attractive as this type of boot could look. Now we are waiting for the snow to test them out in.

OK, I have a hard time keeping my feet warm while fatbiking IN (yes IN) lake Michigan during our full moon rides. Well I did anyway. We've had a mild winter but these are very nice boots. Rode in 3 to 4 inches of Mud for NY Day without issues too. One thing though, the site states these are made in Canada but mine arrived with a made in America tag. Better yet!

My husband normally wears a size 14 wide, but when these arrived they were too large, we exchanged for the 13, still too big. We have the 12 on the way. When he tried on the 13, he did say they are very well made, exactly what he was looking for and that the insert was very nice.

I bought these winter boots for my husband as a Christmas present, especially after the winter experienced here in the North East last year. He absolutely loves them. So far, we have not had a chance to use them, but I do not think that is going to last long. He tried them on and at first thought they were cumbersome in the foot, but after keeping them on for a while and walking around in them, they began to feel comfortable and were surprisingly light weight. They do need to have thick socks, perhaps boot socks, as there is some rubbing at the top of the boot internally where the lining/insert is and we do not want to remove the wicking insert for obvious reasons (although it states you can). They are easy to get on and very easy to get off, unlike many other winter snow boots and the real appeal is that they are 100% water proof -- so going out to shovel several times a day will no longer be an issue because the boots are still soaked! The sole of the boots are constructed similar to that of the ice treads, so we no longer need to pull those on over the winter boots. The boots did not seem swimmingly large considering they are not dress boots and should be large to accommodate winter socks or wool boot socks. If you are half a size you should order up as I did to comfortably accommodate your feet. Think about this, you are not sitting, you are actively moving, walking in the snow and your feet should not be constricted so some room is necessary. It may have been beneficial to have had a pull tabs at the back of these boots, but the fact that you do not need a team of individuals to help you put them on or take them off is perfect. They are great boots and they certainly seem like they will live up to their price as well with what they promise to provide and the overall great construction of the boots. I am glad that I made this purchase.

Loved these boots for our trip to play in snow country. I am a size 8.5 EEE and fit very well in these boots - even with thick wool socks. I loved the warmth and easy on and off of these boots!

Great boot! We took them snowmobiling in Wyoming and the outfitters had the same boots. Kept my son's feet comfy and warm.

My husband was looking for a pull on boot for snowy weather that was comfortable and warm. He is pretty particular, so when I say these came out of the box, onto his feet and the box was thrown away it is high praise. He wears a 12 to 12.5 and ordered a 13 so he could wear thick wool socks.

Had no expectation, only that it looks long. But the inside is really comfy, easy to get in and out, and very very light. Water, snow, or any liquid tight. Does it get dirty soon? Not at all. I guess its because I walk in the snow a lot. Which is the main purpose!

This is a great snow boot, in the deep stuff and just walking on ice. Fits well over a suit pants if you're commuting in a tough winter climate. Not sure I would drive in them, but very warm, and easy on and off. There also quite big. Thick socks are essential, and if you have narrow feet, like me, then are a bit lumbering. Next time I might try a size smaller just out of interest. But my feet never get wet, or cold, which means mission accomplished!

Decent boots at a decent price. Haven't had them for more than half a season, but so far, no complaints. As for the fit, I did feel it ran a bit narrow. For someone who's never needed narrow shoes, this was a surprise, but they did stretch out a bit and are quite comfortable after a few wearings.

Great Customer Service -- they honored a sale that had expired yet showed in a pop-up on their web page while not on the page for the boot I was buying.

These boots are comfortable and warm without being too bulky. I bought a half size larger and they fit well with some thick socks.

I just got this boot and haven't yet worn it extensively. The sizes run big (at least a full size; I am a men's 10.5 and ordered a 10, which is too big, so I'm going to send it back for a 9). It feels very comfortable and warm, though. If you like how it looks, definitely get this. Good value, too.
