These look great, but they are too tight in the toe-box, and too loose at the ankle. I had to return them.

I originally ordered these in a 7½M, which is the size I usually wear in Privo even though I am a true 8 in every other shoe. Also, I have a narrow foot, so sometimes medium shoes are too big (like most Danskos), but I wanted to wear these shoes with winter socks, so I reordered it in 8½W, and they are perfect. I decided to use a shoe horn to slide them on because I like that they are fitted at the top. They are perfect for chilly wet weather.

Wore these on a Canada fishing trip. Great water protection! Very comfortable and cozy to wear once we got home. They feel a bit small, but as with other Privos, they tend to mold to your foot. I give them a thumbs up!

My job requires a lot of walking indoor highrises, so I'm always looking for a good sole support. Also that the shoe looks dressy, not a hiking boot look. This one had what I was looking for - being waterproof was an extra. Thank You.

I love the style, and once I got the right size, these feel as comfortable as they look. I originally got 10's, and had to return them and get an 11 as they run quite small and narrow.

Bought these shoes for a trip; when I first put them on they felt very tight in the toe area. I have a shoe stretcher and I used it for a day on each shoe and now the shoes feel great and look very nice. I normally use size 7 but because of the reviews I ordered 7.5.

These are comfortable casual shoes and very stylish. I hadn't noticed in the description that they're water-resistant, making them the perfect wet winter shoes!

Very nice shoe, but the wide is not that wide. I am hoping that it will stretch as others have mentioned.

They run just about true to size, but narrow... otherwise they're comfortable shoes.

Exactly what I expected, but the W width was really still too narrow. Inconsistent with the other Clark shoes I've bought in the past.

Fairly comfortable, but narrow. I ordered a wide, and it is quite tight, hoping it stretches some. If not, I'm stuck with a tight pair of shoes. Attractive shoe for winter, wanted something to walk to work in that didn't look like a sneaker or snow boot.

Last year I bought a pair of Privo sneakers and love them so much that I had to have these. They are just as comfortable, and I appreciate the burgundy/eggplant color.

This is a well-fitted, snug for extreme comfort, and customer 'friendly' shoe. Fits like a glove and wears even better. This could be your new 'go to' most pleasurable shoe of the year!

I love these shoes. Very comfortable right out of the box. Many compliments on them. Zappos service is as always amazing. I had the shoes so fast I couldn't believe it!

This shoe is comfortable. They run a little smaller than marked size, I ordered half a size larger based on ratings on website and they fit well. They gap a little at the front of the ankle but are still comfortable. They truly are waterproof and do well in the snow.

This is a great shoe, although I ordered a wide with because all the reviews I read said that the shoe runs narrow and was recommended if you do not have a narrow foot to order a wide width, so I did and the shoe is flopping off my feet! So, I would say the fit it true to your normal shoes size so do not order a wide width if you have a medium width foot. Other than that the shoe is really really well made and comfortable, worth the money spent and will last many years.

These Privo's are terrific. Very comfortable. They seem to be a bit of a narrow fit but are not tight.

I think the people who reviewed this shoe have extra-wide feet. I am an 8 or 9 with normal width, on the side of wide, seeing how I don't like my shoes tight. So I ordered a 9 wide and they are big! Actually loose around the ankle. Cute, but now I am bummed I listened to all those reviews. Should have gone with my gut feeling, seeing how I have two other Privos and a few Clarks. Oh well. Cute boot, will try on with heavier socks to see if they need to go back. Bummer.

These shoes are great. I bought them for a trip to Venice in the flooding season and I can tell you they are waterproof! Also, comfortable, given that I did not have time to break them in. I could have used a little more cushion for my bad back, but a thin gel insole solved that problem. My husband had a similar pair of Clarks and they too were waterproof and comfortable.

I'm used to going down to a 7.5 from an 8 for Privo's, but with these, I couldn't even shoehorn my foot in, so I might order an 8.5 in this style because I'd like to be able to wear a winter sock with it.

I thought I could get away with ordering these after reading some of the comments about sizing and the toe bed. I have a thin foot, size 7, so purchased a 7.5, and eagerly awaited my shoes. When I received them I immediately thought "Oh, cute!!" I then tried them on and they fit just right! Yay! Happy! BUT I wasn't thinking because in retrospect I'd tried on the shoe without any socks so they had fit perfectly (it was warm and I had sandals on when they arrived). So now it's much cooler and wetter so my first day out walking with my dog I had hiking socks on which are thicker than street socks. OMG! After an hour of walking, I couldn't get home fast enough to take the shoes off! In fact I drove home in my socks because my feet were throbbing, my legs were throbbing. I'd never felt so uncomfortable in my life! So the next time I go out I wear thin trouser socks. Same thing but not as intense. Next step is I use a shoe stretcher to widen the toe bed for about a week and then go out in them--still with regular socks. It's better but I still get this nagging feeling after about an hour that I need to come home to take them off. Not good. I realized the shoe is just narrow. I purchased a medium but it is just too narrow for socks and I live in the northwest where temperatures fall to the tens and twenties without snow. I am thankful Zappos will let me return these even though I've had them for about two months but even at the sale price, they are not worth keeping. Unfortunate, because they are cute. :(

These shoes are great and true to size. They are waterproof which living in Washington state is essential in winter. The shoe is confroming for my foot but I do need a shoe horn to slip them on. I really like the shoe and would recommend it for anyone. Also, Zappos is a great company and I have never had a problem that they weren't ready to remedy.

Love Privo! Love these shoes! They need to be worn once to fit to your foot. The adjustable straps help.

Style and quality are great. The only downfall I can see is that the shoe is a very narrow shoe. And for someone with narrow feet (like me) that's pretty narrow.
