Very comfortable shoes with great support. True to size. Would love to have other colors. Very happy with my purchase!

Love the style! I usually wear a size 11 in Merrell, but these seemed a bit too big. They seemed too wide. I tried them on with thicker socks, but it didn't help. I love the look of the shoe but I did return because the size was not perfect. I may try the 10.5 or I may just go back to the fleece lined shoes (they seem to hug my feet better).

I'm a professional dog walker, and I like these shoes for their firm arch support. They're also easy to kick off when coming into the client's house (unlike lace-ups). I'll be wanting another pair of these Sidesteps in another color.

I purchased these shoes because I was looking for something comfortable, but more stylish and not a sneaker. I found exactly what I wanted in these Merrells! They were comfortable from day one, and remain so after a month of wearing almost daily. I've mostly worn them barefoot but am starting to wear with thin socks, both work fine. I'm even able to take long walks with no trouble. Your heel doesn't slip out, but it's not the same feeling as a secure sneaker. Still, they stay on your feet without difficulty and are way more secure than a clog or slide. I do wish the arch support was a bit better, but I have flat arches so for most it will be very supportive. I've never had a problem with Merrells and will continue to purchase them through Zappos. I love-love-LOVE this shoe! With my high instep, I often can't wear slip-ons but the adjustable strap on this shoe is perfect! They are comfortable and cute.

Merrell never disappoints. These are so cute with the usual support and comfort. Got my usual size and it was perfect. I've worn them around the house a little but too warm yet. Will wear all winter.

So glad I bought these! Super comfy, supportive, yet stylish. I walk a few miles in NYC to and from work each day, and didn't want to wear sneakers. These are a great alternative. I'll be buying another pair in the stone color. As for the strap on the instep, it is adjustable, so you can snug them up/loosen them depending on your hosiery choice or just for a better fit.

They are true to size, usual great Merrell support. I can always just put on Merrell's without any break in time and I have already gotten another pair in blue!

Just back from GB and these shoes were great (and comfortable) for all manner of activities. If one were not going hiking nor to formal events, these and one other pair would have done me nicely!

Excellent service from Zappos and a very well made shoe from Merrell. I have a bunion on my left foot so I need to be careful when buying shoes. I had a pair of Merrills that were more summery so I ordered these because I thought they would be ok since they are just like my older Merrells and they are. I\'m loving them. They are just what I expected. I\'ll be wearing them at work, just walking around the office and I like something I can kinda slip out of when I\'m at my desk.

The strap on this shoe appears to be decorative. I cannot figure out how to adjust it. It fits me with thick wool socks. It is a comfortable shoe.

I am a fan of Merrell shoes. These feel great and look great. The only flaw is that they squeak when walking in them to the point where you may not want to wear them in a library.

Comfortable, easy to slip on for dog walking. Non-slip sole is a good feature. Have to use additional arch support. Wish it came in a narrow.

I have quite a few pairs of Merrell shoes that I love. I was disappointed to find that this shoe seemed narrow, and also hurt the top of my foot (I have a high instep). Overall, the fit seemed smaller than usual. I love the shoes, but unfortunately due to the poor fit, I had to return them.

Overall, this is a great shoe. I love the stone suede color. It is like "fawn", more grey than brown. The only issues I have are that the insoles, while comfy, make the shoes squeak like I am an old lady. This has been an issue while walking through the library. The squeak ceases when I remove the insoles but the shoe is not very comfortable without it. The other feature I wish this shoe had was the "shearling" some of the Merrell clogs have. It would be the ideal winter shoe with it. As is they are not exactly a warm shoe. I hate cold tootsies. All that aside, they fit me very well and seem very true to size. Sporty and easy to slide into, a great shoe for a mom on the go.

I have the summer version of this shoe and love it- so I ordered an 8 since the summer ones run large for me (I'm usually an 8.5 in other brands) but they JUST fit- and I want to wear socks, so I am returning them. Will try the 8.5- and also the encore ice.

Very comfortable right out of the box. Just slip them on and go. No room for socks, though.

I thought these were very cute and they are comfortable but they squeak! This is the second pair of Merrells that I had to return due to squeaking. Is quality going downhill at Merrell?

I love this shoe! I often said it was like wearing my slippers at work, they are so comfortable! I am on my feet all the time at preschool and they never let me down. I don't have any problem with my back, legs or feet when I wear these! It did take a few times wearing these to break in, but once that was done they are awesome! They also kept my feet warm and comfy!

I love these shoes! I am usually a 9 and ordered a half size down, which was a perfect fit. I was recently diagnosed with sesamoiditis and needed shoes that would be comfortable and not put extra pressure in the big toe area. These are wonderful and I wear them all the time. I may have to buy another pair or something similar. I loved dealing with Zappos!

These are heavenly! They are absolutely the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worn with the exception of my Acorn slippers. I have plantar fasciitis and often have agonizing pain in my feet. Today I wore these shoes for 10 hours straight, right out of the box, and my feet are still smiling tonight! I think they are a little granola looking but I can definitely live with that to get this kind of comfort. I thought maybe the sizing was off - felt a little tight at first - but after I loosened the strap a little they fit perfectly!

I was looking for a comfortable shoe that I could wear while pregnant - something easy on and off. I also wanted something cute that I would like in the years to come too. This shoe is perfect. It's cute, comfortable and keeps my feet warm in the winter, but not too warm.

I love these shoes! I volunteer at a non-profit boutique with concrete floors. I do not feel any pain in my knees or back, even after standing for five hours in these shoes. I love these shoes so much, I had to buy a second color. They are super cute and make my size 10 feet look small. Who could ask for more?!

Love these shoes! I them everyday and am thinking I need them in the other colors offered!
