These are really soft and good looking but they run very narrow. I have a wider than average foot but always wear a size 9M. I need to return these -- not sure a bigger size will work as I think I need the width more than the length. Are you supposed to wear socks with these? If so, then maybe ordering a size up is not even enough!

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. The picture does not do them justice. They are much more stylish and you are fully aware that you are uptown, drop-dead in the know. Even if you are not!

Went on a trip and wanted some comfortable walking shoes. I have narrow feet and have a difficult time finding something that fits. n great for the airport.

Extremely comfortable and good fit, with a good arch support. I wear a narrow and find not many brands fit well. Great shoe for traveling or shopping.

Sesto Meucci makes an excellent shoe with great support. These shoes will last looking great for many seasons. The Italian flair of designs will always draw praise and improve your confidence. Sizes are true to size. I wear a wide shoe when available. If wide is available I wear 7.5, if normal width is available I wear 8. I wear Sesto's for meetings where I am on my feet constantly and carrying heavy boxes; the support of Sesto M's shoes keep me energetic all day. Highly recommend.

I was satisfied with the fit of this shoe overall. It did stretch out more than I expected. Sesto Meucci has been a favorite brand of mine over the past 5 years; however, quality appears to have slipped a little over the past 2 years and it is increasingly difficult to find narrow fits now.

Super comfortable, they go with everything. Only complaint is the sole is a bit too thin.

I'm so sad! I returned both the 6.5 and the 7. The 7 was too long by a bit, but fit in the width. The 6.5 was a bit short in the length and way too narrow. So I can't have this cute shoe. Darn it!

I agree with the other reviewer. Pretty shoe, but it runs narrow and there is not enough room for the toes. Zappos rocks!

These are very well made and comfortable shoes. I have four other pair of Sesto shoes, some I have had for 10+ years and they are still stylish and in good shape. I think these are so different looking from any I have seen and they are very versatile allowing you to were them with pants, skirts, or shorts. I usually wear a 6 unless they are sandals or open toed shoes. After reading the reviews I decided to order both the 5 1/2 and the 6. I kept the 5 1/2 so I would say they run a little large. They are a little pricey, but are worth it and I feel will last a long time if like my other Sesto shoes.

These shoes are the best! I have them in 2 colors. They're expensive but worth the money. I have plantar fasciitis and do not need to wear any orthotics in them and I can wear them all day with total comfort. Sestos wear really well and last. I have a similar pair I wore around Europe and they still look great. Downside - shoes not always consistent in size from 1 pair to the next, but wonder if that's a function of hand made workmanship? Highly recommend!

The first time I wore these shoes was during a trip to Las Vegas. Wore them all day with lots of walking and they were extremely comfortable.

I love these shoes. They're a stylish alternative to an athletic shoe. I felt they run true to size. I have an average width foot and didn't find them narrow. I've walked a good distance in them and there was no break in time at all.

This shoe is so comfortable. A bit different, but that's good. A bit pricey, but worth it, especially if you are going to do a lot of walking.

These shoes are the ultimate in comfort and support! I wear them summer and winter, with and without socks. The only slight problem is I have a very narrow heel, and they are not made on a double last. This means they are a little loose in the heel, but the width is perfect in the rest of the shoe.

These shoes are just beautiful and fits my slender foot so well. I wish they were available in black in my size of 8½N.

These shoes are fabulous. At first it was hard to accept the cost, but after wearing them for two days on a summer vacation, I believe they are worth every penny. I ordered these at the last moment when I could not find any comfortable sandals, and I am so glad I did. In fact, I prefer them to sandals now. In a 9N they have a very sleek and feminine profile. I wore them with cuffed capris and a ruffled canvas jacket and felt very hip. Later I wore them with shorts, then a jean skirt. They are incredibly stylish and comfortable. I mean they are more comfortable than you could ever imagine. They are highly recommend!

This is the most comfortable shoe I own -- and I have quite a few pairs of shoes. It feels like a slipper. I have the pinkish brown color and it's beautiful. Have received lots of compliments. I own quite a few pairs of Sesto Meucci shoes due to their fit and comfort and quality.

These were nice looking shoes, but were at least a 1/2 size too big. I have to send them back.

Didn't think I'd like this type of sole, but I loved it. Great walking shoe. Bought it specifically to go to Paris and these saved my feet. Wore them virtually everywhere. Their European styling even made them look good with skirts.

These are the best shoes I have purchased in years! I have a difficult-to-fit, narrow foot and am picky about how a shoe fits and feels. Despite the cost, these shoes were comfortable and nice looking, so I kept them. The first time I wore them my daughter and I ended up walking 4+ miles around San Francisco (unplanned). And, in the end, my feet felt fine. These are now my go-to shoes whenever walking is involved!

This is a gorgeous, unique loafer. Meucci is rather long in the toe so they're a little pointy but that's the style. What's great about this line is they always have some kind of stretch insert so the shoe fits perfectly. I have a wide foot but it still fits. The quality and color are gorgeous.
