If you loved the Dansko Cutter model, don't waste your money on the Wynn. The Wynn is Dansko's "replacement" for the Cutter. I purchased this shoe after wearing the Dansko Cutter for several years, but discovered that the Cutter had been discontinued. I started wearing the Cutter because the heel of the Professional felt too narrow and seemed "tippy". The Cutter was close to the Professional clog in terms of structure, arch and overall support, but offered a more stable feel in the heel. The Wynn has been a very big disappointment (money wasted). Arch support is very poor compared to the Cutter and the Professional. In addition, the Cutter handled moisture (sweat) very well inside the shoe, but the insole of the Wynn is soaked by the end of the day. I learned that Dansko has made the heel on the Professional wider and more stable. I tried some on and the fit and feel is much closer to that of the Cutter, so I will be buying a pair. I am certain that Dansko won't be discontinuing the Professional Clog. Save yourself the money and disappointment - buy the Professional.

This is the shoe to have for standing. It looks okay but gives maximum padding. I am getting used to standing for 8 hours and these shoes make it bearable. They almost massage your feet when you walk and my feet feel better already. I ordered a second pair the next day after wearing. These shoes are built like a tank and they are firm but supportive and comfortable. This is with no break-in period. These shoes are great for pharmacy workers who rarely get to sit down. I will be interested in wear although they seem like they should hold up.

The shoes were extremely painful to break in (about 2 weeks). Once they started to loosen up a bit there was quite a bit of rubbing on the inside leather liner that wore a hole and further hurt my feet. They are extremely rugged and the soles show virtually no wear on them. However, if you are standing on your feet all day as I do, these are not that comfortable.

The perfect "every day" shoe. The top felt a little tight the first week, but after that it has turned into the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. I wear these sometimes 16+ hours a day, every day, and my feet feel great. (These are sized smaller than other European shoes, but their men's sizes start at 41 rather than 40. So, order one size bigger than you normally would & they should be just right.)

These shoes are great for the kitchen. I work 10-12 hours a day and these shoes are perfect. Also Zappos is a great company. It took me 5 pairs of shoes to finally find a pair that fit. They gladly paid for shipping both ways and never questioned any return. Thanks Zappos!

Overall, the shoes are comfortable and supportive. On me they felt like they ran a little big for a 10. Definitely need to be worn with a long sock, otherwise they will destroy the back of your heels and pull shorter socks down into the shoe.

Great shoe. Very comfortable. Solidly made. I am on my feet 12 hours a day and these felt great on the first shift. No real break in needed for me.

This is a very comfortable shoe that feels secure on the foot for a person with a high arch and broad foot.

These are better than regular shoes for standing decent amounts of time (not too long) and walking. They slips on beatifully and they are light weight. These shoes lack the benefits of the professional clogs. However, they benefit more than the average shoes from any other brand. They look big but you will get use to that quickly. These are good shoes for basic walking around; working in a lab with padded floors. Make sure to think about your feet and what they need.

Look and try Sanita. Sadly, good shoes for your feet pay the price in the "looks".

Still looking for a replacement for "the cutter" from Dansko. Why don't they still make that shoe? This is a cheap replacement, the back comes up too high and rubs the achilles...very uncomfortable. Will have to look to other brands to find something as good as the cutter. Also tried the "Wayne" with no luck.

Absolutely the best shoe for those of us on our feet 12 - 16 hours a day. If you are in the restaurant or service business you know how demanding daily operations can be on your feet, knees and legs. Even the flattest feet will feel terrific all day wearing these functional yet professional looking shoes. It is an investment in comfort that can't be matched. I get a solid 9 months before wear and breakdown is evident. I have replaced these every 9 - 12 months for many years. Simply the best I have ever found to wear!

This is my third pair of Dansko shoes. The high arch support has helped me stay on my feet in comfort all day long. Zappos also helps buy have a very helpful return policy. I ordered the incorrect size and the return and reorder was very easy.

Used to Dansko Professional clogs. Much less arch support in this Wynn. Not good for me without adding support. They are stiff than the Pro clog but not as flexible as say a Merrill clog. Returned them, which Zappos was great on.

In operating rooms a lot. I moderately overpronate with relatively flat feet. Ive tried asics, calzuros, crocs, nike frees. Best shoes I've ever worn. Feet are never sore.

Perfect for long shifts standing. These provide support without the same tendency to roll your ankle as standard Danskos.

The shoes fit great and started breaking in very quickly. They also look very nice. I gave a slightly low comfort rating just because they are warmer than I like. My feet get hot easily. If you are ok with, or want moderately warm shoes, then these are great for you.

I had a pair of Redwing's of similar style but they discontinued them so I went with Dansko Wynn. Although made in China the quality of the Dansko's is certainly as good as my Redwing's. I like the black Dansko Wynn's so much I just order the same shoe in brown. I typically wear a 9.5 so I ordered the 43's which are 9.5 -10 however the Dansko seem to run a little big so I had to return them for the 42's 8.5-9. Zappos customer service is awesome.

This is my second pair. I wear them everywhere. I literally wore them out because I'm too lazy to change shows when I'm working in the yard, hiking and at times fighting grass fires(volunteer fighter). With all that the arch still gives excellent support. Thanks Dansko and Zappos.

I have worn through 3 pairs of the professional clogs since I bought my first pair in 2004. The clogs have been my everyday go-to shoes for 15 years. Since I wore through my last pair last year, I have been looking for a less expensive, more versatile replacement. Needless to say, I couldn't find one. I purchased these about a week ago and have worn them everyday since. They took about 20,000 steps to break in and have been very comfortable since. I've had 3 surgeries on each of my knees, and these offer the comfort, support, style, and ease (slip-on) that I am looking for in an everyday shoe. Nice work, Dansko.

My first pair latest for many years and I was happy to find the style has not changed and I expect to get a lot of use out of my new pair. Great for being on my feet all day at the hospital, I am amazed how much better my back does with a good pair of shoes.

Third pair of this same shoe I’ve bought. I’m a chef and work 12-14 hours per day regularly and I also wear these shoes when I’m off work as well. I buy a New our about every 2 years and they definitely get a beating in those two years. Would recommend for anyone who is on their feet a lot.

I design custom homes and stand a t drawing table for at least 8 hours a day, 7 days a week. My back was in bad shape and that is when I got my 1st pair of Dansko shoes. I felt instant relief and wore them every day for about 4 years. My back began to bother me again so I purchased my 2nd pair 2 weeks ago. The relief was almost instant and I see no reason why I would wear a different pair of shoes. My wife approves of the style so it's a win-win-win!

Amazing shoes. I've been in the food industry for 27 years and have tried everything to ease the 10-12 HR. days on my feet legs and back. THESE ARE THE PINNACLE of comfort and support. Dansko has a far superior product in the Wynn.
