Love this boot, very comfortable, nice and warm. I need orthotics in most shoes, but the soles are not removable in this boot. Not a problem. I can wear these boots for hours at work, or shopping and my feet never hurt. Excellent shoe.

I love these Ugg boots! I have a narrow ankle and most Ugg boots run wide; these adorable boots are adjustable with the lace up feature. I believe that the boots run a little small, so if you are in-between sizes, I would suggest to size up. I feel they also run narrow which works for me. Thank you Zappos for such great service!

This is a very comfortable and gorgeous boot! I normally wear a size 10, but the 10's were too snug, especially around the foot (they felt narrow, but were long enough). So I ordered them in an 11 which would normally be too big for me, but the 11's fit fine, and I could probably also wear them with thick socks. The best thing about these boots is that the fur shearling goes all the way down to the toe. The foot bed is not shearling, but a very soft and cushy leather. Definitely a high quality, comfortable boot. I wish Ugg made a boot with this style sole and heel (the "surf" style I think it is) but with a higher shaft (taller). That would just about be the perfect boot!

These are the MOST comfortable boots I ever have worn. I got both colors. My feet do not sweat in them at all (probably due to the cork inner sole) and I can literally wear them all day. I used waterproof spray on them, so they hold up in wet weather better. The bow should be tucked up under the lace below it so it does not come undone. If I do this, it stays tied all day. I love these boots - sorry I cannot wear them in summer! I am a 7 1/2 usually, and an 8 fits perfectly with a sock.

My sister and I both got these boots for christmas, love them. I live in North Dakota so the sturdy grip and warm lining are great. They even feel better without socks!

I purchased this boot for a trip to Colorado and it met all of my expectations. The boot was comfy and warm without being big and clunky. Did well walking through snow and on icy sidewalks.

A well fitting and attractive boot. Excellent support and comfort while keeping your feet toasty in the snow. Disappointed that water can enter the boot through the seam between the sole and the leather upper. Not not overly fond of the rawhide ties. With all this said, really like the boots and would still highly recommend them.

Beautiful boots, and finally some relief for my narrow heels! Finding shoes - boots in particular - that don't slip around my heels is quite a feat, and the ability to adjust these boots with the leather straps makes them perfect. They are more structured and contoured than regular Uggs and provide much better support. As others have said, these run the same sizing as Ugg slippers, which means they're smaller than Ugg's classic boots. The one thing that doesn't make these a "10" is non-sheepskin lined insole. I'm considering trying a replacement liner. Comfort aside, these look fabulous dressed up or down. I really like the contrast stitching and flecked outsoles, subtle surf-inspired touches.

I'm over 50, and these are my first pair of Uggs. They were a little snug at first, but seem to loosen up as you wear them. Low heel is comfortable, and they look great with my skinny jeans. I thought the laces wouldn't stay tied, but I've had them on for three hours so far, and they stayed tied without double knotting. I think these are a nice change from the suede Uggs.

I was looking for an Ugg boot with the same sole as my DeSoto boot, which were my very first pair of Uggs (love them too). I don't really care for the 'typical' Uggs. These are awesome! I have tons of feet problems. Eight screws & a staple between my two feet, and very achy heels. These are the kind of boots I can wear all day. In fact, I usually wear them around the house. They're the kind you'd rather have on than be barefoot. Of course I have to mention Zappos' awesome service. I never hesitate to order from Zappos. Zappos puts other companies to shame!

I'm very pleased with the look of this UGG style boot. I have worn it just a few times, but so far it's very comfortable. It's easy to get on and off.

Beautiful boot and wide, otherwise seems to run true to size. I would have liked a better insole that did feel ridgey or the ability to replace the fabric insole with a shearling insole, but there wasn't room. I ordered "black", but it is black suede.

First off, let me just say that Zappos is a phenomenal place to purchase anything - I bought these boots and within 3 days I received them. Zappos provided me with the fastest shipping I've experienced thus far and the boots were gorgeous. I read all the other reviews so I knew to order a say up; I'm usually a size nine but got these in a ten and they fit perfectly. When I first put my feet in these boots I literally hesitated to take them off - they feel like your feet are being cradled by a soft sheepskin blanket. It is absurdly comfy and warm. They are super cute too. I got several compliments wearing them out the first time. Now here's the bad part - there's something about the construction of these boots that made my feet hurt after walking around on campus. I'm not talking about a marathon. I go to UW-Madsion and am an English major so all my class buildings are within relatively close proximity to each other. Within that time the bottom and heel of my foot would begin to hurt like nothing I've experienced before in a boot. I can't get over how wonderful they look and how the sheepskin feels against my skin so I'm going to keep them. I also like how I haven't really seen anyone else wearing these around campus - a lot of girls here tend to wear the same thing (North Face fleece, tights, and the usual Ugg boots) so it's nice to be able to wear a solid boot that is not on every other person passing by. But if you are going to purchase these, I would suggest buying some insoles to accommodate your feet because they will hurt if you intend on walking for a bit; I'm a broke college student so I bought the Spenco ones which were ten dollars. Haven't received them yet but knowing Zappos and their quick delivery they'll be here any day now.

I bought these specifically to keep my feet warm. They do just that. I actually sized down as I have a very narrow foot and they still feel roomy. Plus in my experience Uggs stretch out a bit. My coworker has an older version of these which have more detailing and generally look much nicer. I still like these and wear them all the time, but I was sad when I discovered what they used to look like. I'm glad I bought these when they went on sale, I don't think they are worth the full price.

The best UGG boot that I have tried so far. They are pretty comfy with moderate cushion, I like the small heel for walking. I ordered a ten because they do not come in wide, and they are plenty long. They are a bit stiff, but tolerable. On a comfort scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a 6. I think they will wear forever making them a good investment for the price. I still like Bearpaws better. But this shoe looks nice with jeans or dress pants, pretty affordable, feels pretty comfy, so I would recommend it to we older gals who look ridiculous in the traditional flat UGG boots.

This is my 5th pair of Ugg's and I must say, have quickly become my favorites! I originally ordered a size 9 (hoping they were true to size). The 9 was too small for my size 9 1/2 foot. Returned for a 10 and they fit perfect. Tight across the arch at first, but that quickly shapes to your foot. Have worn them all day with no discomfort. Zappos has the best customer service and my exchange was handled quickly and professionally.

I absolutely love these boots. These are the first Uggs that I have ever owned. They are comfortable with or without socks. Your feet do not get sweaty/clammy. I struggle finding comfortable shoes as I have a narrow heel. These do not flip up and down on my heel. They run very true to size. I love the way they hug my feet but not too tight. They run a little narrower than most shoes but I like that. It is not a problem because they are so soft and supportive of my arches.

These are the most comfortable boots I've ever worn. The foot-bed is so cushiony -- it's like walking on foam. I love their look but even more, love the comfort. You'll be shocked at how comfortable they are.

Went camping and hiking with my Caspia boots and love them! So comfortable!

I wear a size 5B. My toes came right to the very end of the shoe and it was very narrow, it just felt too small. I will try the next size, but I am concerned that it will be too large.

I have had this shoes before and enjoyed it a lot till someone begged me to hand it over so I gave it away and had to get myself a new one because I really really liked it. It goes with anything I wear!

These boots are adorable. They are extremely comofortable, fit well, and look awesome. They only come in whole sizes; order up instead of down.

I wanted some Uggs that had more support on the top and sides and also more age appropriate for me. I wear them with jeans and casual slacks. Love them!

I loved these boots. I ordered my current size, but they were too small. Returned those and ordered the next size up. They fit perfectly, but one side squeaked, so, I returned those with no problem. Zappos even sent me the new pair before I had a chance make the return and they are terrific! Warm, comfortable and now my favorites! I love both my boots and Zappos service.

Very comfy and warm. I wore them right out of the box for a whole day and no problem. Have had several compliments. I have a wide foot and this style fit me fine.
