These are the perfect house shoes! They are comfortable as slippers, but nice enough to wear out of the house too if you need to run out for something. They are super warm, super snug, and super comfortable.

If you've purchased Keens before, likely your "normal" Keen size will work with this pair as well. I'm usually a 7.5 and found the same worked in these. These are very warm (love the lining!) and are the perfect light winter shoe, before it gets cold enough to need boots. They're also shockingly waterproof! I've gotten compliments from multiple people on these! And I would agree there wasn't a break-in period with these; no rubbing on the heel. Just slip them on and go!

Absolutely love these! So comfortable I wear them constantly, so shoe-like (meaning sturdy and substantial) I've gotten into my car to drive to work, completely forgetting to change into "real" shoes. I agree that the opening is a bit stiff at first, but it does soften after a short time.

I love these. They are so comfortable. I wear these in the house as soon as I get home. We have wood floors and since I have plantar fascia I can't go without shoes. So my feet and floors are very happy. By the way they are also very cute.

These are the best indoor/outdoor slippers I have ever owned. Zappos always has the best selection and gets the product to you faster than any other store.

Love the shoe. I am able to run in this shoe. I run agility dogs and usually in dirt facilities and the shoe keeps the dirt out. It was also pretty good in water...not waterproof, but seemed to do well.

I don't know why these don't come up under the slipper category. They are cozy and comfortable, but also have a rubber sole that you could wear outside. I use them in the house only and I can wear them all day while running after the kids and my feet never feel tired. I am on my second pair.

I love these shoes! The style, the color, the fit. I felt they were true to the size. They are very warm for a quick slip-on shoe in the winter time. I have no complaints about these shoes at all.

These shoes are perfect for work and for running errands, going to yoga and just relaxing on the weekend. This was a smart purchase and worth the price!

After trying several similar shoes, I have found these to be best for me. They are comfortable, reasonably priced, and warm for cool weather walks (as expected, not the best for snow.) I like the simple casual style and variety of colors. I've gotten three pairs!

I love these shoes! They were very comfortable right out of the box. I do wish they had a bit more arch support, but overall they are super comfortable for all day wear.

True to your standard size but only with thin or no socks. If you want to wear cozy socks and these slippers, then you might want to go up a size.

Another winner from Keen! I use these as house slippers although you could wear these anywhere. Super comfortable with a nice solid sole and good support. I have a painful corn on the bottom of one foot as well as tendon damage, so I really need support, even in a slipper. These fit the bill. Cute, comfy, warm...what more could you want? OMG! These are a MUST BUY if you like Keen and you like slippers. I am going to have to buy a second part so I have one for inside and one for outside. I'm a "slides" kind of gal and normally wear the Keen Bali, Waimea, or Portico. But, I've got to say, now that it's winter, "Move over slides -- you got some winter competition!" The memory foam footbed is unbelievably comfortable. If you buy these you won't be disappointed. That's for sure. I'm going to buy a pair of the water resistant nylon ones right now! Oh, and of course, let's not forget how great Zappos is at customer service and delivering promptly. 5 Stars all around!

Great winter shoe for Northeast Ohio. I have Keen boots that I wear with heavy snows but these are good for cold or slushy days. I now have 2 pairs of these shoes and after I broke them in I love them.

I was looking for Acorn slippers with waterproof soles to slip on at the door when removing snowy boots. Nothing in my size left after Christmas of course. Decided to try the Keen Howsers. Wahoo! Best idea ever! I can see myself wearing these inside & outside, so that could require another solution. Biggest surprise: I have really narrow feet, especially at the heel. I can wear them barefoot without walking out of them! These are amazing shoes, since reviewers with medium & wide feet also find they fit well! Thanks Zappos & Keen!

Love these shoes! I have RA and I need an easy on, easy off shoe. Once I broke them in around the opening, they fit like a glove. I do require more arch support so I'll be getting insole inserts. Comfortable, sure footing with rubber sole, waterproof and warm!

I am in love with these shoes. The memory foam cushioning is awesome. I really look forward to walking my dog even more now!

I love KEEN. Last year I had the "slide in" and I loved them. Covered in the same felt fabric. I got them out again for my winter shoe and decided to throw them in the wash machine and ALL the fabric came off! I was just sick about it as I loved them so much, I searched for another pair like them and they didn't have the same ones so purchased these. I love the fit, but since I am always in a hurry I really liked the slides better. All in all they are a great shoe and would recommend them to anyone.

Good, comfortable slippers. Non-slip sole is good for slippery stairs. The lining is nice without being too thick. Easy on-off.

Love these slippers/shoes. The lining feels so cozy without socks but wear them mostly with socks with jeans.

Ordered them yesterday afternoon and had them by today. Excellent customer service. I don't buy shoes anywhere else for this reason. Shoes are terrific. Fit like a glove right out of the box. Extremely comfortable. Love them!

I just got these Keen Howsers and so far I really love them. I didn't find them hard to put on as some people mentioned. Just pull them on with the heel loop. They are cozy and have great soles for going out a bit with my dog or to get firewood from the wood shed. Hopefully the nylon will last better than the felted wool from an older pair of Keens that got holes in the fabric in the area of the big toe joint.
