I love the Keen Boots, very good quality and condition when I received them. Zappos' delivery was timely and customer service was excellent and easy. Free shipping is a definite plus.

I just love my new Hoodoo boots by Kean. They are everything they say they are plus so much more. The boots fit like a glove and the leather expands to your personal size once you put them on. They are completely waterproof and comfortable. I have put them on for this snowy New York winter and have not taken them off yet. The video really is a big help so check it out. I would highly recommend the Hoodoo boots. They are everything they say plus a whole lot more.

I love these boots! I live in upstate New York and I need warm dry boots to simply walk outside in the winter. They are true to size, I wear an 8 and they are perfect. My feet have been warm and dry since the day I put them on. I don't want to take them off. Plus they look sharp not like most bulky winter boots.

I love these boots. Just used them in the blizzard in Boston yesterday. I used them to shovel out two cars for a total of 2.5 hours and my feet stayed warm and dry. They are super comfortable and look great. They actually look like a pair of rugged sneakers under jeans and also look great with jean tucked in.

I would like to thank the ones that take the time to comment. Because of you all is why I picked these boots. Love at first sight. I have not gotten to the snow yet, but fit true to size. I do have skinny legs and the fit is good for me, someone posted that. Love the weight of the shoe. Most of all love the service from Zappos. Ordered last night arrived today, nothing beats that kind of service! Ready for the snow!

Just got these boots yesterday and wore them in a blizzard today. Walked around in 1 foot snow drifts and my feet stayed dry and warm. The tread seems pretty good and I didn't slip on the ice. The boot feels sturdy and secure, and it's pretty cute. One thing though: the shank is quite narrow and pants will not fit inside the boot. I have small calves but these are still tight on my legs. Works well with leggings, or with pants on top. I find that Keen shoes tend to run a bit small. I normally wear an 8 in regular shoes and got an 8.5 in these.

Excellent boots that I bought originally for 2 weekends of snow hiking. They are fashionable, comfortable and best of all, keep my feet warm and dry and my footing stable. They even survived me breaking ice into a 4-6" partially frozen pond, and my feet didn't even notice. I was very worried when they first arrived, as the leather was extremely stiff, and the first couple days of wearing produced blisters on both ankles. But once that healed (I applied extra padding for the new few days), and I'd given them serious wear for a few days, the leather loosened up and now they are very comfortable. My only remaining concern is that the zipper is a little tough (I assume because of its waterproof properties) and the calf opening is rather narrow. I never considered myself to have wide calves, but nobody with bigger legs than me would be able to wear them. The traction is great, much better than my other Merrell snow boots, so I've taken to wearing them whenever I expect to have to walk on snowy or icy sidewalks. Overall, great boots, and I hope to get many years of wear out of them!

Yee haw. I pick out my daily outfits just so I can wear these boots. Right out of the box, they fit perfectly, I love Keens for that. Warm and comfy, with snappy style to boot! I get so many compliments on them. The only thing is they are tight on the calf, I'm 15". I bought a 1/2 size larger and glad I did. Of course everyone hears about where I got them, too. I give these and Zappos 5++ stars.

Very nice boots, warm enough so that I don't have to wear 2 pairs of socks and pretty comfortable overall. Plus, they're super cute and have great traction in the snow and ice. Only criticisms: the zipper seems a bit fishy, but it's held up so far. Beware, I never thought I had chubby legs, and these barely zip up, so maybe better for skinny-legged girls. And finally, it does a strange ankle thing on me if I walk lots in them - maybe the leather is stiff and hits my ankle bone? But that's really nit picking. Buy these boots.

I looked at a ton of boots and I was looking for the best all-around waterproof, warmth, and cute, functional boot. I found that in the Keen Hoodoo. I live on the East Coast of Canada and these boots are perfect for the cold, wet winters here! The boots "bite" for the first day or two, but don't be fooled...the leather breaks in nicely and they fit like a pair of sneakers.

Great boot! Very comfortable and not really heavy like many other winter boots, such as Sorels. I ultimately decided to return this boot for the lace-up version because the calf opening was a bit tight to tuck in my jeans. If you've got skinnier calves then this is a very slim and stylish boot, it looks great with your pant leg over the boot or tucked inside. I didn't wear these boots outside but I decided to try a Keen boot because my father won't stop raving about his Keen boots. They feel more like a shoe than a boot.

I love these boots! For once, my always-cold feet stayed warm. I usually wear a 9.5 shoe and 10 boot/sneaker, and ordered a 10 in the brown; they were true to size. I trudged through the December snow and ice with no problem! Love that they are waterproof too. I wore them to work with a dress, and out to dinner as well. They are slightly taller than calf-length, though not knee-length. I did not find the tops to be tight on my calves, I can insert my fingers between my leg and the boot easily. I have high insteps, and believe that it might be challenging to wear these with thick socks. I have worn them with tights and thinner socks, no problem! And my feet were toasty the whole time! For those who returned them because they weren't "sleek" looking enough, they must not be long-time Keen fans - nobody buys Keens because they make your feet look small! We buy them for comfort, quality, style, and function!

I love these boots! They are perfect for our snowiest ever Minnesota winter and came during one of our first blizzards! Adorable with pants tucked in; cozy through the leg with the fleecy lining. I was a bit worried about the warmth through the foot area since it is not lined with fleece, but with a warm sock it is perfect because it is waterproof. These were the perfect choice for a utilitarian boot and I wear them for everything from walking the dog, shoveling and snowshoeing to going to the mall or a movie. I've gotten tons of compliments on them too. Size might be just a tad wide (I have a narrow foot), but it works fine with a thick sock. I definitely recommend these!

Agree 100% with the comments about the boot being really really hard to get your foot into. My normal size also felt really tight across the top of my foot with a typical (not too thick) pair of socks on. I reordered half a size up, and while still not the easiest to get on, it was much more doable - and much more comfortable once on. I rarely have to size up (usually half a size up are unwearable) so these boots were an unusual fit for me but I do like them -- glad I tried the bigger size.

Seeing as I wear hard orthotics for my large, high arched feet, I had been unable to find a warm women's boot that had decent traction on snow and ice until I found these. I have worn these in temperatures below -20° F and also found they had decent traction at much warmer temperatures (near freezing) on compact snow. These boots initially were too tight to wear with more than one sock, but stretched with use. They are comfortable to wear while walking outside in cold temperatures, and warm to slip my feet into after crosscountry skiing.

These boots are awesome and I cannot believe I hesitated to buy them! I live in Ohio and we have been having record low temps for a while. I walk my dog every day, usually in the evening after the sun has gone down during what is typically the coldest part of the day. I wear these boots during our walks regardless of whether or not there is snow on the ground and my feet are the only portion of my body that are toasty warm! Yay! I wear regular socks with them, nothing special and my feet couldn't be happier. Even better news, they look somewhat stylish, especially when jeans are tucked into them. I would definitely buy them again and would definitely recommend them!

I searched and searched for boots with serious treads and waterproofing that could handle the epic snows we get in Breckenridge. These boots are perfect. Secure, waterproof zipper, nice big toe box, and warm lining in the upper part. I wear them with short running socks. Great for shoveling snow, long dog walks in below-zero temps, etc. I also tried on Burberry, Patagonia, and Sorels. These were the most comfortable by far.

The best -- warm and comfortable. Fit great, sturdy and fit nice under jeans. A great buy.

We had our first fall of snow last night, about 4". I live in the mountains so a rugged, warm, water-proof boot with a sole that supports climbing up wet or snowy surfaces is not only essential but the reason I chose this boot. Today I had the opportunity to test them out. Happy to say, I am more than pleased. I spent about three hours outside this afternoon. Clearing snow off the porches, cars, and tops of woodpiles; hauling in firewood; and finally, going for a walk. My feet stayed warm, dry, and cozy the whole time. The suede was wet on the outside but once inside they were dry again within 30 minutes. I was looking for a boot that had style and functionality and I found them. I've had these boots for about three weeks so have had the opportunity to wear them around quite a bit. They are especially great for cold, wet, and/or snowy weather. However, they are not the kind of shoe I want to leave on once I get inside. For me, they are a little clunky-ish for casual wear and will most likely remain a cold/wet weather boot. If you're looking for something similar, you won't be disappointed. I am wondering if I need to get some kind of water-proof conditioner to apply from time to time to make sure they remain water-proof.

I'm so excited. It's comfy, very true to my size 7, wide room in front, not too wide in the back and comfortably fits my larger calves without looking or being bulky.

This shoe was great for the 10 to 16 inches of snow we had this winter. It is warm, and all credentials are true. I would only suggest to Keen shoe makers that more sheepskin inside would make the shoe even more priceless. Thank you Zappos for the best shipping in this world!

Bought these for my daughter for the winter. She feels the interior is a little hard inside, but they keep her warm and dry. Had to return the first pair and go for a size larger.

Fantastic boot for the cold mucky city streets and country treks. This boot keeps my tootsies beyond warm and I don't have to worry about slush, cold or dampness. A bit difficult to zip due to the waterproofing on the zipper. Also, read some reviews that the boots were small, first wear they seemed tight but they stretch and mold a bit to your foot so don't go too big or you will be sorry after you break them in. Overall a great boot for the winter.

I ordered a 1/2 size up; fit was good, though larger than I expected from other reviews, very comfy, but look was bulkier than I wanted. Great service from Zappos, as usual.
