I originally ordered 8 1/2 wide and thought it felt pretty good it was just a tad tighter than usual so I ordered the 9 and it was perfect. This shoe is so comfortable you feel like you are walking on air. Great for walking on treadmill. I also wear orthotics in my shoes so I think that is why I went up a half size. They fit in the shoe wonderfully.

Love this shoe. It feels like I'm walking on clouds! I experience a lot of frustration, trying to locate size 10.5 D shoes, (don't others?) and for the money, and the fact that purchasing is so easy - I'm ordering another pair!

I walk 5 miles a day on city sidewalks and these shoes are like having high performance tires! Lightweight, good roll through from heel to toe, good support and very comfortable. And they don't look like orthopedic shoes like other walkers do!

The best walking shoe! I decided to purchase an actual pair of shoes made just for walking. I read several descriptions on various brands, and finally decided on this one. I have to say that it's one of the best shoe purchases I've ever made, and I promise I'm not being overly dramatic. The shoes are super lightweight and offer comfort around the entire foot - no abrasive areas, no breaking in required. The soft mesh top keeps your feet nice and cool, which is great in maintaining your overall body temperature, and the shoe is bendable in all the right spots, so no blistering. I couldn't be happier. I'd always heard good things about the New Balance brand, and I will definitely continue to use them in the future. I really like the grey and blue color combo on these as well - it's an attractive shoe, and doesn't make your feet look huge or clunky, an added bonus!

I wish (1) they made this in an all leather version and (2) New Balance would quit changing styles all the time! I have to search for NB shoes with a last that has an "X" in it to fit my fussy foot. If you have a narrow heel that tends to slip out of other shoes, the heel cup on these will prevent that. Plenty of room in the forefoot for your toes = no bunions!

Sorry, I have to return just not enough support for my super narrow and over pronating foot. This shoe has a very wide toe box. I will get the New Balance 860 when you get my size.

Sneaker is very comfortable and not tight around my toe area where I usually have a problem.

There was no arch support at all, insert was flat. Shoe was comfortable otherwise, but no room to use my own insert.

Great fit! I wear a size 10 and these shoes are not bulky or heavy like other tennis shoes I have.

Followed the advice of some of the reviews and ordered half size larger. These are the perfect fit and very comfortable. Love the silver and blue color.

I've been a New Balance user for years, and until now have always been satisfied with the fit. These shoes, however, seem both shorter and more narrow than the size I have always worn.

I liked the style of the shoe, but did not feel true to size 10 1/2 N. It felt about a 1/2 size short.

These are super comfortable walking shoes. There is no binding anywhere. There is good padding on the sole. I walked many miles in these shoes and have not had any issues!

Wide width fits my wide feet nicely. Moderately stylish. Removable insole so can fit orthopedic insoles. Not too high of an arch. Great shoe.

Love my new shoes. They are comfortable, fit well and were a great price. Zappos always has the best products and the company is great to deal with.

I work in the operating room and these gave me so much support. My feet, knees, and back felt so much better. Would defintely recommend them.

I like this walking shoe. It’s very comfortable and easy on the foot. The pink is also a subtle color, which I appreciate.

Comfortable shoe I use to walk 5-6 five times per week. They run 1/2 size too small.

I ordered these in both colors and was glad I did. They are very comfortable and supportive. I was able to wears them right away. I was also glad that I read the other reviews so that I did order up a size and width.

Excellent walking shoe. Moderate arch support, but enough for walking around all day. I wear 8.5 shoe, but 9.5 in NB shoes.

Great for walking. I was using another brand of sneaker for exercising and wondered why my feet were hurting. I made the switch the NB. I'm never going back.

These shoes are so comfortable and great for walking exercise! New Balance is the best. And so is Zappos!

This is a very comfortable shoe. It is light-weight and nice for summer. I would buy another pair if needed.
