Reading other reviews helped me pick the perfect size. Bought these as a gift for my friend for Christmas he loved them, the fit, the comfort, and the updated look to replace a pair of old DCs.

These are some of the best DC shoes I’ve owned and I buy a lot of DCs. They are very comfortable. Slightly narrow but my foot is narrow so they fit well.

I looked high n' lo to find decent Black on Black, suede, not canvas skate shoes. I can't skate anhhhnghymoretoreumm but have worn flat soled Van's forever so I have to wear skate shoes, like for the rest of my life. These are the "Mellow Cat" skate shoes for us "Older than old school" guys. Styling with out any shoe Hype on d' side of, well my new shoes! Great for "Show Blacks" gigs, very clean look. After getting first set and fnaround for a week, ordered second set to see how long to trash, while like shopping and stuff. Damon

I love this shoe, I wear them at work. The matte black monochromatic design allows me to rock these and stay within the dress code and they are very comfortable. They work well with jeans and a jacket. I work at a restaurant so I am on my feet more than 10 hrs a day. They're pretty durable considering they're canvas.

I bought these as a gift for my boyfriend and he likes them. They're skinnier than other skate shoes, with the same comfort.

I ordered these for my son who has a hard time finding shoes of any type due to his long and narrow foot. He's had luck with DC's in the past. These fit well and he's happy with the style. Can wear with shorts, jeans, and khakis and has even worn them to work (casual dress environment). I wish there were more options out there for narrow feet. Plenty available in wide, but styles that are made in narrow are typically old man looking.

These shoes look good with everything! I get a lot of compliments on the looks. The white on black stitching really stands out. Also the sole is grippy on most surfaces, even in rain and snow. Now I can pivot like Danny Ainge circa '92. The suede like material is not very breathable. The shoes were really tight to the point my toes tingled, but of course they broke in. The sole is not very tall so I step on my jeans sometimes. Also the material seems to stain easy so avoid dropping foreign objects or food and coffee on them. Overall I recommend these for style not comfort. I would definitely buy them again.

Really nice looking sneakers the colors give it a killer look (too bad there's white on the bottom, try red next time)! And try making them wider cause they're for skinny feet.
