Fantastic support. However, if you wear thin socks (with dress shoes), the fabric on on top of the insole is very irritating (your foot feels like it's 'falling asleep' after a couple hours). If you plan on wearing thicker socks, then no problem. I ended up stacking a thin leather insole on top of these to make them more comfortable

My boyfriend has plantar fasciitis and got a lot of relief with these. As he was ranting and raving, I bought myself a pair. My main problem with them is that they take up some height room in your shoes. I had purchased these for a pair of Frye boots, and after putting these in the boots I did not have enough "height clearance" for my toes to fit in the boots comfortably. So, I would say that these could provide significant relief from foot issues like plantar fasciitis, but you should make sure that your intended shoes have enough "height clearance" to accommodate this product comfortably.

I didn't feel that the arch support was in the right place for my foot. I definitely got the right size, but the arch support felt like it was closer to my heel than my arch. I think there are way cheaper options that do just about the same thing. I didn't think they were worth the money

Didn't help my sore feet. Made them a little more sore to be honest. Was really hopeful they'd help.

Gave these a try and they didn't help my feet. The insole itself is hard and not cushioned. The arch did not give enough support for high arches. Awaiting my refund.

These inserts have very little arch supports, I thought they would have much better arch support given the description on the website. I would not buy these again.

I bought this as recommended by my podiatrist. The product does not work to alleviate my foot pain.

I normally wear blue Sole Signature EV Ultra insoles but those are discontinued, so I tried the Super Feet after reading reviews praising their arch support.
The arch support on these is not very high, and the forefoot is flat and floppy, unlike the EVs, which have a curved shape hugging the sides of your foot.
It's possible I have abnormally high arches, but these didn't feel like an improvement over the average insole that comes with the average shoe.
The 11.5-13 model is very long and will need a good half inch trimmed off the front if you're a size 12.
Tl;Dr not enough arch support if you have high arches

I bought these to help my back and knee pain. It took a little breaking in, but after a while everything seemed fine. I wore them for just normal every day use, not running or hiking. I purchased a couple new pairs of shoes and stopped using the insoles and now my feet really hurt. It feels like my body has adjusted the the change in foot support to the point where I have to wear the insoles in order to stay pain free.

Unfortunately I have not been able to get the full affect of your product. When I placed the insoles into my shoes my shoes become too tight and I'm not able to wear them. I reviewed your size chart and got the Insoles for my correct shoes size. I have extremely flat feet and I am on my feet eight hours a day, do you suggest any other type of insole am I able to exchange the one that I have? I don't want to have to buy all new shoes just to get the full affect of your product can you help?

I read reviews on all of the Styles prior to ordering. I am a size 9 however the heel width made it very difficult to insert these into the shoes. I did have to trim some around the toe area but I also had to buy another half size larger shoe. My shoe feels very full and sometimes causes my toes to ache. I'm undecided about buying a different style as the cost of these was quite an investment. I'm still undecided as to whether or not I should continue using them.

These insoles confuse me. The arch support is closer to my heel than my actual arch. I took a risk and trimmed them, hoping that the arch support was too far back because the insoles were too long for my shoes (this has been the case with other insoles). That didn't fix the issue though, so I can't use them, and I can't return them. I purchased them because I have plantar fasciitis, but instead of providing arch support, they only put pressure on my plantar fascia. Maybe I have weirdly positioned arches. I'll attempt to trim them some more, but I did trim them so that they were the same size as the insoles that came with the shoes.

I bought superfeet green at the advice of my physical therapist. I've been battling IT Band Syndrome after completing my first marathon 6 months ago. The inserts helped my knee pain, but, unfortunately every time I run with them I get painful blisters on the arch of my feet now. It seems I've traded one problem for another. I'm past the time limit for returning them, so I just have to eat the cost. I've also tried the berry inserts but they didn't really help. Superfeet has such a good reputation, but, it appears they may not be a good fit for me.

I am a size 8.5 and ordered the recommended size of green. However, it is too big for most of my shoes and I have not been able to use it.
Not happy with the purchase.

I bought these, because they were so highly recommended by everyone, for their boots while rucking and going through different selections/schools. For my foot, they cause pretty bad hot spot on the arch (or lack thereof) of my foot and blistering as well. I cannot run more than 3 miles, or ruck more than 5-6 miles until I feel my foot about to blister and tear. I do however use these in my Nike MetCons for my workout shoes and they help keep my arch supported and reduce stress on the medial ligament in my knee during heavy squatting, cleaning, thrusters, etc.; and can wear for circuit training so they were not a complete waste of money. I would like to try other SuperFeet insoles, but at the price a bit hesitant to find good ones for running/rucking.

Thanks for the blisters! :D
I have 250 miles in my Hoka Clifton 3's. One 5-mile run in SuperFeet and I had awful blisters on both big toes. I also felt no difference in comfort or support compared to the factory insoles. In fact, I think SuperFeet make the fit even less comfortable because the size of the insoles takes up any extra room in the shoe.

I personally didn't find these to be helpful for my foot and knee pain. I have occasional plantarfascitiis, Achilles tendon pain, and patellofemoral pain that may be caused by overpronation that became worse after I developed a nerve condition in my left leg. Still, all of the above are common biomechanical issues that can sometimes be addressed with orthotics.
I ordered these, along with the Premium Blue, to try as an alternative to the Vionic Orthoheel insoles I have been using, cause my physiatrist (physical medicine doctor) had said that many people have had success with them for foot and knee pain. I had never heard of them before, although with a quick Internet search I found they were quite popular, especially among runners.
Although I am active, at least until I was sidelined a bit by the diagnosis of my nerve condition, these didn't work for me. They are extremely rigid insoles--it's a plastic base covered by a sueded top layer. While the arch support was solid because of the plastic, this creates an extremely hard surface inside the shoe, which I did not find comfortable at all, nor would I want to walk long distances, let alone run on it. It felt like walking on a hard tile floor, but with arch support. They clearly have a following, so it may work for some, but I wouldn't recommend it if it's not the texture you're looking for. And aesthetically, I know they're branded for their bright colors, but I'd prefer something less ostentatious, especially if I'm putting them in my professional shoes.

I tried to like these. I really did. I have plantar fasciitis and have used other inserts and they did help. I tried these because I was due for a new pair of inserts and I thought that these might help my pain even more. For some reason, I really feel like it made the pain worse. I think the support just did not hit me in the right spot. I run and exercise a lot and am on my feet all day for work. Zappos' return policy was excellent.

I don't like these inserts, but it may be that I did not completely research them. They are very hard and feel very unforgiving. I read a lot of reviews prior to purchase and assumed they would be much more comfortable. I only used them for a few hours and will not purchase these again.

I bought these for my running shoes because I need a good bit of support due to having flat feet. I tried both the blue and the green in the store and thought the green provided more support. Running a couple miles in the greens did not pose any problems. However, when I increased my mileage, I got a huge blister in my arch. After doing some more research, I found out that the blues are much better for people with lower arches and the greens are too much for the feet. I am going to purchase the blues today and see how they feel. I have orthotics but they are too stiff to run in. These felt great until they didn't!

I wore these for awhile, but they did not work for me. I have flat feet. The green SuperFeet have support for high arches. I think the high arch support contributed to my getting plantar fasciitis. I am now trying the blue SuperFeet as an alternative because they are recommended for low arches.
