I have been taking Zumba classes for four years wearing regular sneakers. Over the years, I have battled tired calves and sticking to the floor, which put pressure on my knees. Since wearing these Capezio Rockit Dancesneakers, I have so much energy and am not fearful about injuring my knees. They are really great! Order a full size larger.

These are incredibly lightweight, however the sizing appears to be inconsistent. Many other reviewers said they ran small and to size up at least one whole size - this was not true for me. I normally wear a 7.5, so I ordered both an 8 and 8.5 to try on at home. Both shoes were too big, and I needed to return them for my regular street size.

Believe what others say about Bloch and Capezio shoes. You have to order up. It took me several orders to find the right size. I'm a 9.5 in a regular shoe and an 11 fit in this shoe. As others have said, this shoe is good for those with wider, flatter feet and works with orthotics. I tried the Bloch DRT (had to go up 2 full sizes!) but the arch was too high for me. I liked this shoe better than the other Capezio, the Fierce model. I use the shoe for beginning Tango lessons and practice. They are not pretty shoes, but with long black pants, they are not horrible. They do allow you to drag your toe and Tango easily.

After reading other reviews I ordered 1/2 size larger and it fit perfectly. I purchased this shoe for my Zumba classes. Ladies, you need this type of shoe for Zumba. I was wearing sneakers and these shoes make a huge difference. You can slide much easier which is so much better for your legs. I highly recommend this shoe.

Bought this shoe for Zumba and it was not comfortable at all. It's light but there's not much support. Arch support is nonexistent. It's a great dance shoe but definitely not for Zumba.

These are very stylin' dance sneakers. Good support and flexibility. However, the soles are hard and not rubbery, thus making them slippery on hard surfaces. As with all capezios, go up a half-size since they run a little small.

The shoe looked great, except that it was almost two sizes too small! Capezio needs to get realistic with its size chart!

I bought and returned several dance sneakers before I ordered these Capezio's. These are great dance sneakers. Light weight and don't stick to the dance floor. If you are going to wear socks with this sneaker I would order a size up as they did fit a little snug. My only wish is that they would come in other colors.

Fabulous! I can move around the floor so easily in zumba class. Buy one size larger. My knees don't hurt anymore with these dance sneakers and zumba.

This is quite a nice shoe, has a slight camber change at the toe which feels awkward at first. Allows for a nice range of movement and comfortable to ware for long classes.

Bought these shoes for Zumba and what a difference they have made! My feet used to stick to the gym floor with regular athletic shoes, which would wrench my knees. These have special cushioning on the ball of the foot which helps the feet to twist easily and they are so comfortable. You have to give these a try. I ordered the same size as my other athletic shoes, which are about a half size larger, and they fit perfectly.

My second pair of same style Zumba shoes. Always wear an 8 1/2, but need one size up in these. I have been Zumbering quite a while and shoes are very comfortable and slide on the floor just enough. Protect the knees and great on turns. Very happy with Zappos service. Came 4 days regular shipping. Will reorder as needed.

Read other reviews about this shoe for Zumba participants. First time using, did a hardcore class and feet felt awesome. Was able to take my fitness up a notch.

I really like Capezio's shoes, and these are no exception. They're my third pair. I wear them for work, and they're super comfortable. My feet don't hurt at the end of the day, but I do get some funny comments! I will probably buy Capezios until I get a job where I don't stand all day! Oh, they're consistently a full size smaller, so get a size bigger than you normally get!

I bought the Capezio shoes because my knees hurt doing my zumba class and I read a review of a lady who had the same problem. She recommended these shoes. I love them, my knees don't hurt anymore. Thank you Zappos for a great price and quick shipping.

Great dance shoe for Zumba! My regular tennis shoes stuck to the floor and side moves/pivots were hard. Shoes run small; I wear a 7.5 in a regular shoe and 8-8.5 in a running shoe. I needed to buy a 9 in this shoe.

I usually wear size 6.5 street shoes. I ordered size 7. It's a bit tight at first, but after wearing for an hour of line dancing, it's very comfortable. It's a bit more slippery (nice feature) than my other 2 year old dance sneakers. I'm glad I invested in buying this pair of dance sneakers.

These are the most comfortable practice dance shoes ever! The voided arch enables your foot to flex and curl so easily. The cushioning of the sole is perfect those long practices in the studio. Easy lace up and breathable top material provides extra comfort. Love them!

Amazing shoes! Never felt better while dancing. I am using them for different classes, mostly for Zumba. It is so easy to jump and to glide with them. Excellent support, very light, 100% comfortable even for my wide flat foot. I recommend them strongly. Guys, you rock!

I love the Capezio dance sneaker for Zumba. I tried the Bloch brand, but they were not as comfortable. I had to order a size larger and they fit perfect! I couldn't believe they were delivered free of charge and they came in less than 24hrs. Very happy with Zappos and Capezio!

I love this shoe. I use them for Zumba, they are soft and flexible. I had to buy 1/2 size bigger. I'm thinking of buying another pair just wear as tennis shoes. Very comfortable!

Great shoes for dance classes -- they allow your foot to be flexible. Get a half size larger than you might wear in a shoe or sneaker.
