I absolutely love these! They are wonderful! It took a few wearings, but I can, finally, pull the back strap over my heel without unbuckling. They look so great.

I love these shoes. I have black and greyish color. Very comfortable and I get compliments when I wear them.

Okay, my review is mixed. I have a collection of Sofft Shoes and I'm quite the advocate of them. The first time I bought these I bought an 8 but accidentally ordered the suede instead of the leather. They were so tight I could not get my foot even close to fitting in them. With that I figured I'd return them for the leather and get a 1/2 size larger. The leather 8.5 arrives and my foot is swimming. I exchanged them again, now for the leather in an 8 - they were out of stock so I never actually had a chance to own them. However, in my opinion, the leather will be true to size (may need a little stretch) and if you get the suede, I can only imagine that you would need a whole size larger (ie: if you're an 8 get a 9). Also, they look hot with a pair a skinny jeans.

These shoes are so comfortable! I wore them first time for 7 hours and my feet felt great! Easy to walk in as well.

These are my second pair of Sofft heels in one week. They are beautiful and comfortable. These shoes are beautiful and I can wear them with pants and skirts, jeans, too. I got the black suede and even though I think of suede as a winter fabric, these are beautiful for summer wear.

This is a stylish and comfortable sandal. My actual size is 7.5W but I have to go to 8M because wide fit shoes are not available in most styles.

These shoes look great and are quite comfortable (especially for high heels) except for that seam under the instep those other reviewers have complained about. But I just got a couple of those gel instep pads-- problem solved. I have wide feet and so I think maybe they run a little wide for a "B" width.

These sandals rock! A high heeled comfortable sandal that looks fabulous on the foot. I bought in two colors. Highly recommend.

The pictures don't do justice to how cute these shoes are. It's a very soft grey that will go well with most things. And I must mention how super comfortable they are, especially for the heel height. I usually do not wear anything over 1.5 inches, but these were amazingly comfortable from the moment I put them on.

These shoes are awesome. I bought my size and the fit was perfect. I wore them to work and they were very comfortable all day. The grey is a nice neutral and the shoes look great with skirts or dress pants.

These are the most comfortable shoes I own, and fashionable. Get lots of nice compliments on these.

So comfortable I don't want to take them off! My holy grail in shoes is a cute stylish shoe that I can also walk for miles in. When these arrived, I put them on and did not want to take them off. They are super comfy with the padded insole. I haven't yet done the walking miles test but I do wear them all day and they are great. The soft silver actually has a pinkish tint, which surprised me, but it is an interesting shade and has inspired many coordinating outfits. It is not really silver at all and works like a pale pinkish white in your wardrobe palette. I would say unless I wear thin socks my heel slips out a little but I have narrow heels and because I want the option of wearing socks or not have not put in heel cushions.

I bought this shoe in the gold color in size 6W. The wide width was great and the fit and comfort were also great. Unfortunately, the gold color was a little too metallic! It was not the soft gold color that I was hoping for. So I am returning the shoes.

Bought these shoes for a walking tour of NYC and they were so very comfortable from the first day on. They go with everything, jeans, capri pants, etc. and they look good too. I could not be happier with these shoes!

These shoes are SO comfortable! I got them in Corazon Red because I wanted something other than a basic black and I love them! They are the perfect flat because they are cute and stylish, but I could walk in them for hours. I love to wear them with jeans and a basic black or white shirt, it's nice to have that splash of color. Unlike other reviewers, I didn't have a problem with the sizing. I ordered my regular size and they fit!

Great summer shoe - I'm a 10W and have a hard time finding shoes that fit. At first, they rubbed where my bunion is, but moleskin solved that problem until I broke them in. I wore these all summer and they still look new. Very nice quality shoe.

Wonderful looking and fitting shoes - I always have problems with the fit of loafers, because of my wide foot and bunions. These shoes are comfortable right out of the box. I got them in navy and have just ordered them in brown. Also, I ordered the navy shoes yesterday and received them today! Go Zappos!!!!!

Great casual shoe! I was looking for a shoe that I could slip on after the gym and go off to work. This is really comfortable. I'm an in between size either a 9 reg or a 9 wide, I orderd the 9 W and it seems to slip in the heel just a little bit.

Sofft's Palermo Shoes - It took me three tries; however I finally found the size to fit me. The shoe is a lot wider and larger than normal so it took me 3 tries to find the size that fit. With the free shipping and handling it was easy to send them back to get the size I needed.

Comfortable and Light Weight! I walked all day in these and never even had a rubbing spot! I was amazed. They are so light and soft that nothing rubs anywhere. The support is great, too!

Great shoe - I have a herniated disc and find it difficult to drive without proper shoes because of foot/leg position. These are great and comfortable - and look great too!!

Palermo review - Great and comfortable shoe. Easy on the feet.

Very comfortable shoe. Unfortunately, it slipped at the heel. I believe the rubber on the sole makes it a little less flexible, therefore, less likely to stay on if you have a narrow heel. I should've ordered a narrow width (which is available in this style). I always hesitate to order narrows because I have to get a half size in length and I never know if it is going to work for me. Big toes, narrow heels. Does that sound familiar to anyone?? Sofft makes a great shoe.

Sofft Palermo - I bought these shoes in soft silver and the color is very pretty. My size is 11 1/2 and I ordered a 12. It's a bit too big but ok. One side feels narrower than the other. I really like them.
