These shoes are great! I wore them for my daughter's wedding, and they looked beautiful. They only hurt at the very end of the night (11:00), but I had been on my feet since noon. I broke them in at a 5-hour party the week before, and they were comfy then, too. They are nice and tall (my sweetie's 13" taller than me), but the sturdy heel gave good stability. I usually wear a 9-9.5, but only the 10 was available, so I put inserts in. The 9.5 would have been better. Love Zappos!

These are very pretty. I need my typical size (6) because otherwise my heel slides out, but before wearing them, I immediately took them to a shoe repair shop to stretch out the toe box. I think this gave enough room for them to be fairly comfortable. I need to wear a partial stocking (like those sling back toe covers). I think patent leather is just never very practical and can rub on the skin.

These shoes were no longer available in the store but I was able to get them from Zappos. They are perfect and the size is correct. This was my first Zappos order so I was not aware they ship in a generic box. since I store my shoes in the original box, I was a bit disappointed in that.

Had to return this shoe in favor of the Franco Sarto Utara (which is a similar style, but with some toe detail and much more comfortable on my foot). The shoe looks very well made and it fit fine in the length and width, but it was not comfortable in the toe box area. I felt like it was digging into the top of my foot.

Comfortable shoes, but felt about a half size too small. Unfortunately, I had to send them back.

Sadly they slip off my heels when I walk. If there was a 10.5, I think that'd be perfect. They are beautiful though!

I get so many compliments on these shoes. Love the wooden heel. A bit narrow for my feet, but overall excellent.

Overall, this is a very comfortable shoe. The platform helps make the higher heel more comfortable, and I received a lot of compliments on both the style and the color. (I bought the luggage leather.) I would recommend buying the shoe petals, however, because as the day went on, my foot began to slide forward, and my toes would get bunched up. Once I put the shoe petals in at the ball of my foot, the problem was cleared up.

Gorgeous shoe! I'm not usually a platform girl, but love the Sofft brand. However, I must admit for someone with a wider foot, you may want to go a half-size larger. Otherwise the toe box is a bit small. Normally my heel would slide up in a 10, so I tend to go with a 9 1/2, but this 9 1/2 fits more like a 9. Trading for a 10...we will see what happens.

Definitely order a half size up. Great height and comfort without the height!

Cute shoe and mostly comfortable, but my foot slipped out of it when I walked. Also, I'm beginning to think that I have a weird foot. It hurt and rubbed the bones on the right side of my foot by my ankles.

I was very excited about these pairs of shoes. I had very high expectations after reading the reviews about them. They are absolutely gorgeous and versatile. I liked that the heel was not too high. However, my feet did run down a lot and the toe area is too tight. Additionally, it hurt the ball below my toes. Walk around in them and make sure they fit. Sadly, I returned them.

Nice quality. The patent leather is very stiff. I would recommend ordering a half size up. Comfortable footbed though.

I wear an 8.5, but typically order a 9 for heels (which I did with these) and they fit wonderfully. I have a couple other pairs of Sofft shoes, so I knew these would be comfortable, but these heels are awesome...and cute. Because I do a lot of walking at work, and these feel like I'm wearing flats, I'm ordering another color right away.

These were absolutely awesome shoes! I loved the rounded toe, the size of the heel, the comfort was out of this world, and the luggage color was gorgeous. The toe box was too small. It made my toe cleavage look wrinkled. I wonder if there is something I can do to stretch just that part of the shoe because they are a complete dream and so incredibly comfortable other than the toe box. The tips of my toes were not smashed, just the base of the toe area was narrow but the rest of the shoe was the perfect width so I do not know that going wider will help but I may try just in case that solves this problem.

Got lots of compliments on my shoes, but I'm used to flats and my feet still hurt at the end of the day.

From the reviews, I expected these shoes to be exceptionally comfortable. I was a little disappointed. They're OK, but not like described in the reviews I read. At least not on my feet. The top part of the sides and heel rub my feet. It's better with hose, but I'd like to be able to wear them without hose. I'm keeping them because I love the color and style, and hoping I'll wear them in. Not sure I'd buy them again though.

If you like your shoes high and glam, this is the pair, I did have to buy no slip heel pads though. They aren't for the long haul, though I do wear them to the office. They are hot.

Since I walk to work every day, I was looking for a comfortable neutral pump that would be appropriate for meetings and receptions. Although the Sofft Ramona in "Sand" was a bit more expensive than I had budgeted, I am happy with the style and comfort of the shoe. As some reviewers mentioned, the toe box is slightly narrow, but, since I have narrow feet anyway, I find the shoes comfortable for walking and standing. Depending on skin tone, the color may not flatter everyone.

This shoe is cute ordered red and neutral. Sending red back I already have a red pair of shoes and I like those better. The neutral is really nice in color and I do not have neutral in my collection. The heel is okay - seems a little wobbly...but that could be me.

These shoes are the perfect color of nude and comfy. Alas, the heels look "old" for a 29 year old.

I ordered my regular size. However, this size 9 was too large. My heels slipping out of the shoe. I love the shoe, but must return due to the uncomfortable fit.

I did not find Sofft Ramona shoes very comfortable. They did not meet my expectations. I used them twice for a period of two hours and they were not comfortable at all. I kept taking them off and wearing them again. My other Sofft shoes are very comfortable but these are not.

The shoe is cute, however, there is a defect that makes it uncomfortable; the lining inside the shoe sole is not positioned correctly. Unfortunately I will have to send these back because of the defect.
