When I first put them on they were so comfortable after my last pair had no cushioning left. I also felt a little soreness the next few days in my leg muscles. I don't think it does much, but a little helps. I got them for the comfort of being on my feet all day, they mostly live up to that! My heel hurts every once in a while.

Love these shoes for all around walking and/or jogging. I had a pair of the Walkfit first and the "pods" on the bottom seemed to wear out in no time. The RunTone are definitely more stable and comfortable as the "pods" are across the entire sole and not just down the center. However, the mesh started getting a hole by the toes almost right away. In spite of this, I would order another pair but for the price - Reebok should fix this problem!

Cute and comfy.
The mesh toe box is kind of see through. I don't really feel any difference between these and regular running shoes.

I love these shoes. The bottom is very cushioned and comfortable. I don't know if they really tone more than other running shoes, but they are very comfortable to run in. The mesh is truly mesh and transparent and I do notice my feet can get a little cold when running outside in the cooler weather.

Loved these shoes the first time I put them on, but after wearing them a bit my feet felt "tired" and like they were falling asleep. For every day wear they are great, but for walking, jogging, and running, I think not so much.

I like these sneakers. They seems to have a little extra space inside and my foot can move around (i.e. in aerobics type classes). Also, I\'d like if they had more supportive arch. But overall, I like them and I think they do provide extra resistance.

I got them and they look great. I got a size 8, but they felt like 1/2 a size too big and they pinch a little on the sides. I’ve had them for a month, I’m still breaking them in. They do give a spring to my run which pushes me to run faster and I have gotten compliments on how tone my legs are getting, so I love them.

These shoes are so comfy! I don\'t plan on running in them. I wanted some of the Reebok Tone shoes, and this was the only style that I thought looked good. All of my other shoes feel like cement after wearing these! Just walked 3 miles, and I feel I worked up a little more of a sweat than usual. I plan on using them for weight lifting as well. They do however feel a little on the narrow side, even though I have narrow feet.

Size was perfect, nice looking sneaker, very cool for the summer. I am on my feet all day and these sneakers are extremely comfortable!

Loved these shoes right out of the box but unfortunately I won't be keeping my pair. For me the size was spot on to what I normally wear. They are lightweight, comfortable and cool (the mesh outer is great for running in the summer). I did 4 days of trial running on the treadmill. First day I thought the shoes were amazing. So much cushion and propulsion. I felt I found the perfect running shoe with the added bonus of getting a little more toned during my workout. I was even able to up my speed from 5.5 to 6.5 mph and felt great. Second run felt great, too. Third run I began to feel some weird pains and soreness in my left Achilles heel. Then the awful shin splints set in. I figured it was due to the extra workout on my calves so I stretched diligently. Took a day off and then tried one final run. Shoes still felt great, but the overall very cushioned heel is causing havoc on my heel strike and gait = injury. I've been running for over 3 years in Saucony shoes and have never had shin splints or Achilles problems. I suppose these would be great shoes for walking and overall toning. As for running, they just screwed with my form too much. I'm going to stick with a true running shoe and try a pair of Pearl Zumi's next.

I really like this shoe a lot. I have to say that I didn\'t feel it throughout my entire leg but I definitely felt it more in my calfs and side of my thighs. I usually do legs after I run and both times after running in these shoes and going to the leg machines I couldn\'t do my normal sets or weights; my legs were fatigued after running in these. They\'re very cute, light and airy. I do recommend these shoes.

These shoes make me bounce, comfortable, makes me look forward to exercise. I can feel extra work on my muscles in my legs and my butt. I also have a pair of Easy-tone Reeboks and those seem to work my butt and other muscles even more. For longer distances I\'m happy with the Run-tone.

The mesh on the top of the shoe started coming apart within a few months. I still wear them as they are comfortable, but they're disintegrating before my eyes!

I was actually very disappointed with this shoe. I normally run 3.5-4 miles and I was looking forward to the cushion. Instead I got numb toes and the ball of my foot was uncomfortable. I do agree that it is anti-pronation, which is good for me and the instability does make you work harder while you run. Disappointed though.

Loved the shoe. Super confy and stylish. Unfortunately wore there for 2 weeks and toe box fabric ripped apart.

I bought these in July of 2010 and already they are tearing through on the top where my small and large toe connect. I have to say I did not feel any "results" walking or running in these shoes, though I am in good shape. Perhaps if I were extremely out of shape I might have. They are much heavier than I expected and don't have much by way of arch support.
I also typically wear a size 7 in athletic shoes but needed a 6 in these. I am already looking for new shoes...

I've been wearing these tennis shoes for 6 months. They are very comfy, but they are ripping apart since last month from the front and my socks are showing. I'm looking for a new pair.

I wouldn\'t go crazy over these shoes. I didn\'t feel an amazing difference after I started wearing them, and my feet started to hurt after running a couple miles. I have very narrow feet, so this may be why it doesn\'t provide the support I need. I do a lot of kickboxing, and these didn\'t provide enough support and hindered my balance.

These shoes do exactly what they advertise! They definitely target specific muscles and you will be able to feel the difference the first time out the door. My only warning is this: if you have any kind of knee, hip or back injuries you probably want to stick with a more traditional running shoe. While the balance ball action is great for the muscles it is murder on an old knee injury.

Best for light running for those with neutral feet - no pronation. Comfortable and breathable, lightweight. Jogging on hard surfaces - additional padding is recommended.

I really love these shoes, but I don\'t think they love me. The balls of my feet burn and I have gotten blisters while running with them. I run on dirty roads so I don\'t know if that may be the problem. Unfortunately, since I wore them to run, I can\'t return them as they are not in the original condition I received them.

The shoe runs way too big. I don't think they are comfortable at all. I will return and try the new balance.

I've had these shoes for 5 months. They are comfortable (I always order a 1/2 size up to avoid blisters). I am just reviewing these now because there is a huge hole that has formed inside/upper heel! Only in one shoe. Other than that they look and feel brand new. I think it must be a defect. It's a shame because I love these shoes. I have never had this happen before. A gaping hole in shoes at this price is ridiculous! I was wondering if I could patch it because it cuts into my foot now.

If you are a serious runner, do not buy these shoes! They are very comfortable, but not durable. I power walk 7 miles a day and these shoes did not last 6 weeks. Used daily on regular pavement, these bottom of these shoes fell to shreds. I am sure they are great for casual wear, but they are not a running shoe!
