I have worn Nen Balance shoes for over twenty years. They have only gone downhill. I wore this pair of MX 623 for a week to see if they just needed to break in. No such luck, so I threw them out. The last good pair I had were the 622's. These do not compare.

Shoes fit well, and are well made. I wear custom arch supports and these work well with them. I would buy them again.

Inexpensive shoes that last. The reason for buying at Zappos for me is that I can get B width on most all shoes.

I'm on my feet for 11 hrs. at a shot in food service. My feet do not hurt at all while I'm wearing these shoes--a first in work shoes for me!

I love ordering from Zappos. My favorite place to shop. My husband has a hard time finding shoes that fit, and Zappos is the answer. He will not go shopping to try on shoes, so if I order him some that do not fit, exchange is free and easy! Easier than going back to a department store for returns.

I bought these for my husband who has really wide feet. This one is a little (just a little) more snug then the others, but overall still very comfortable. We really have to thank Zappos for carrying New Balance and New Balance for making these extra extra wide shoes! Love them and will keep coming back!

These shoes are a great compromise for an over 65 duffer like me. They look a bit cool, but support like heck. This is my fourth pair of this model. Also like that they are made in USA.

These shoes are great! I've been wearing them for several weeks now, I am a big guy and I walk a mile to work each direction every day and these make the trip a pleasure. I have wide feet that sometimes make it hard to find shoes that fit properly, and these New Balances (I ordered a EE width) fit me like no other shoe ever has.

I purchased this product to use mainly when walking/jogging/tennis. I have used a New Balance model that was very similar to this for years. New Balance is a quality brand, no you wont find New Balance at a "Payless" store, and why? New Balance is quality, you have to pay for quality. I have been a loyal New Balance customer for over 15 years. They make a great long lasting product where comfort and quality reflect their business model and customer satisfaction rate. They also manufacture footwear for the 'Big and Tall' crowd, making all widths and sizes readily available for a person like myself. I have rated this a 3 in style because well they really could get all 'Nike' with their designs; however, they keep to what works and feels great on your feet and not the 'cool' factor. Comfort even in a cheaper 'sport' type sneaker I give this a 4 because I feel they could have done a better job on the cushion. I recommend if you are a bigger person to remove the stock insole and add what ever brand of 'gel' type support you prefer. This helps you feel better and also increases the longevity of the sneaker. Also I have marked this has moderate arch support. I have flat feet on top of that since I am a heavier person if there was any arch support at all it is gone without as I have stated above adding a 3rd party insert. I first bought these shoes at a local Sports Authority store, and literally wore them out in a couple years of wearing them every day as a teacher, spending hours on my feet daily. When I couldn't find a replacement pair locally, I was happy to find them online at Zappos. They're super comfortable, and don't look too casual, i.e, they don't shout "sneaker".

I absolutely LOVE these shoes! I have very wide feet (ball to toes, not ankle), and for the first time I've found a pair of shoes that provide the comfort and support I need to stand, walk or run!

The shoes are great, the color matches the picture. Even greater is Zappos. I ordered one pair after a few weeks the sole started to peel back, I returned them (free return) and no problem at all with the return.

New Balance seems to always know what they are doing. These aren't just extremely comfortable but also very stylish. I've gotten endless compliments wearing them.

Very comfortable! True to size too. I wear 13W in dress shoes so that's what I ordered for these, and the fit is perfect.

Ordered these for my husband to replace the 621's that had disintegrated. Shoes accommodate his custom orthotics perfectly.

After I had my feet measured and found out just how big and wide they were/are and just how expensive some fairly flimsy shoes were/are I have been on a hunt for the proper size, width and price. New Balance fits...the foot and the pocketbook.

I am very pleased with this particular product. It is very hard to find EE sizes, but Zappos has them. Their shipping policy cannot be beat. I am always happy to do business with Zappos. Customer service is their top priority.

I purchased these shoes for my husband. He was a little put off by the amount of white on the sole, but got used to it. He can wear them on the treadmill and for casual wear.

I bought these as a gift. When I asked him he liked them and how they fit, he was very happy about the fit and the style. Said they were great!

The shoe was a good price for the size. My son has a large and wide foot and it is hard to find a shoe at a reasonable price. I was very happy with the speed and accuracy of the order and especially the delivery.

This shoe felt good out of the box. After some long days of standing, I did experience a little foot soreness. This did not last too long. I have been wearing them for over a year now and find them comfortable. Normal wear, through one summer and snowy winter, I would say they last about 16 months.

Perfect Fit! Have the earlier version of this shoe and absolutely love the durability and comfort!
