I purchase this for playing tennis. It is very uncomfortable for playing tennis. It feel very hard on your feet even with thick socks. The perfect one that is no longer in stock was MC781. That was a wonderful shoe.

Work as a nurse, strictly 12 hour shifts, even after that shift I can still go to the gym and not feel my feet hurting. 5 stars.

For people with wide feet, such as myself, there is no better shoe Manufacturer that New Balance. This sneaker is comfortable yet supportive for Tennis, Racquetball and general workout activities. The quality is consistently excellent. I buy a new pair every 6 months or less at the advice of my PT. I keep the old shoes to donate or use for around the house/yard activities. I have never had a pair of NB sneakers give out on me. Zappos service was excellent as usual.

This is the second pair I have purchased for my son. He lives them and they wear well. Great arch support for flat feet.

I have bought New Balance shoes for the last ten years. I walk two miles a day I buy one pair a year. Want buy any thing else. The MC804 has been the best hope they want be discontinued. Thanks Zappos keep up the good work.

I bought these for my hubby - he loves them - he says they are so comfortable - better than the cheaper New Balance he had before...and he loved those also!

The 804 was immediately comfortable and very supportive. Worth the money. Could use some color, however.

Good quality and true to size. Much better build than the other NB models at lower prices. Liked them so much I bought a backup pair.

Overall good, solid shoe... just like the predecessors. I had read on some sites that this shoe did not resemble the previous models. But thus far, I have found no issues. I am avid tennis player, and have used New Balance for about 10 years now. Never had a complaint, and hope to keep it that way!

Shoes are what I have come to expect from NB. wide width selection gives firm, true fit. Wish they were a little lighter but that is the same with most brands. My dibs to Zappos also. Easy purchase and return, good info before and after the purchase, hassle free.

Great shoes. I've worn them a lot since receiving my order. They were comfortable immediately, and only get more so. Zappos obviously carries all the brands you look for, but the best thing is the amazing service and business 'style' Zappos delivers to their customers. I wear 15's or 16's depending on the brand, and I no longer have to drive all over timbucktu to find shoes, I just log onto Zappos.

Always did like New Balance for the comfort and wide width that I need. This pair is comfortable and great for the tennis courts where I spend a lot of time. I wasn't too concerned about style but they do look great!

Bought these shoes for my hubby, actually this is the second pair! He says they are comfortable and light weight; he wears orthotics and the shoes are roomy enough to accommodate them. Nice to get a"true" leather athletic shoe.

Very comfortable shoe from the first day I wore them. I drag my toe when I serve and there is no evidence of wear. Great support and breathable. I should enjoy these shoes for a long time.

These are rock-solid tennis shoes. I have wide feet, and these fit nicely. They have a tough bottom sole that wears well, and the have good support built into the sneaker. I have purchased this same shoe multiple times.

Good shoes. I like the sole inserts for stability. I play 2-3 times per week and will get a good few months out of these shoes.

This is a great shoe, looks great and supports the foot well. Sole perform well on the hard court. I can say this is a shoe that others will like.

My 17 year old son always buys this brand as they fit his size 13 foot really well and gives him the support he needs when going after a ball.

Arrived exactly as pictured and described. Reliable fit from New Balance, which I appreciate very much as I have narrow feet and have difficulty finding narrow widths in other brands. These shoes are slightly stiffer on the first wearing given the sturdier upper construction of a court shoe compared to a running shoe, but anticipate these will break in and hold up well.

Looks-wise the shoe is low key and conservative, not flashy or a head turner, but decent. I bought these shoes because these were the only tennis shoe in a narrow at Zappos, but, it turns out they are really comfortable and feel great. I played about 10 times, no pain, no feet issues.

Great looking shoe. My boyfriend wears a 4 E which makes it harder to find a comfortable fitting shoe. He is very happy with this one. We will definitely order again from Zappos!

This was my first pair of New Balance shoes. Normally, I favor Asics running shoes, but I was looking for some tennis shoes on short notice. I played tennis a number of times in the New Balance MC804 shoes and found them to be very comfortable.

I am on 6th pair of MC804. Only tennis shoe offered in Narrow Width. Styling is fine, construction good. Now for the downer. Major design flaw. The tag on the heel ("804") is hard plastic. The inside of the heel has no padding. Play tennis 3-6 times a week. This flaw does cause discomfort.

I only wear New Balance shoes because they make them in narrow sizes to fit my feet, but these MC804s are the worst I ever bought. My heels hurt for days. I thought it was just new shoes but my feet stopped hurting after wearing my old New Balance shoes.
