First of all shipping was very fast. I received the shoes in one day and paid for ground. I have had the shoes about a month and they fit and wear very well. I have really given them a work out since I work for UPS and Peak season means long hours,( and no I wasn't on YouTube). The shoes are rain and puddle proof which is what I was looking for in a winter shoe. Very sturdy shoes very happy I'm buying another pair.

I ordered my shoes at 9 pm and received them the next morning. I am a UPS driver and really wanted waterproof, comfortable shoes. These are great! After 8+ hours of walking through wet grass, my feet were still dry. They are also very comfortable while I am on my feet all day. The only thing is, they run a little tight, so if you have a wider foot, make sure you get a wide shoe. I am hoping they last...that is yet to be determined.

Shoes purchased for 53-year-old special needs son with slight atrophy in right leg whose pronation pushed out of line by seizures. Due to physical limitations, my son requires narrow size, as well as lightweight, shoes, which are hard to come by, but not at Zappos. These narrow (B-width) shoes weigh 15 ounces, which--even with his unbalanced gait, allow him to walk without dragging his right leg. This particular pair of shoes looks almost dressy, too, and lack the unkempt look so many tennis shoes get after wearing just a short time. Add to that Zappos wonderful customer service, free shipping/returns, product availability, and just the fact that Zappos is a great place to shop, keep me as a grateful customer.

Great shoes, everything they are advertised to be. I wear these on the farm so they get hard use. Fit is exact, waterproof is perfect, and construction is flawless. But the big news is that Zappos customer service is the best in the world. I live in a rural area. I ordered the shoes at 7:30 pm and they were delivered at 11:00 am the next day. Less then 24 hours! How does Zappos do it? I can't make a phone call from where I live that quick. I wish I could buy tractor parts from Zappos.

I require the NB line of walking and hiking shoes because of plantar fasciitis. I have custom made inserts made for my feet and this combination has solved any foot pain or concerns. Walk/jog 5 miles a day for fitness and walking during work are no longer problems. You could get the NB line of shoes from other vendors, but you cannot beat the customer service of Zappos. I had to return products before to exchange and they will send out the replacement immediately. I am impressed with Zappos customer service. That is worth every penny to me.

This shoe plus 2 other pairs of New Balance and Dunham shoes I purchased are great. I'm a 10 4 E and have been wearing this brand for years.

Great light weight walking shoe. It is waterproof, looks good, and fits great. I use an arch support with this show and all shoes I wear now.

I have been wearing new balance sneakers and shoes for close to 30 years.With a size 13 ee I didn't even was my time looking in a store ,I go straight to Zappos and save my self a lot of time and energy my order is at my door in 24 hrs. I have told a lot of friends about Zappos and highly recommend it to everyone.

I got these for hubby Dave. He wore them into the world right out of the box! No breaking in. Fits great. Feels great!

This is a great shoe, easily my most comfortable shoe. I really like these shoes.

The shoe was great. Zappos on the other hand and it's terrible username/password system was awful. I will never buy anything from Zappos again, I'll never know how to login since they have oddball password requirements that no other site I use does. Sorry Zappos, can't remember my password with symbols, upper case, lower case, numbers, yada yada.

It felt like I have worn these for months the second time I put them on. I work outside much of the time and needed waterproof shoes that do not kill my feet and these did the trick. I am very happy with the shoes and I received them two days after I ordered them!

I really like New Balance shoes. These shoes are comfortable and keep their shape very well. I have a wide foot, and New Balance always has a nice selection in wide widths.

These shoes are very comfortable out of the box. Good support and I like the clip eyelet on top for easy on and off.

I live in a wet winter weather location, the pacific northwest. These New Balance MW967 are waterproof for the purpose of walking several miles in the rain on paved surfaces. They are comfortable and seem to be of a sturdy construction for a walking shoe. The fit is better than a Gore-Tex lined product I had purchased in the past.

Outstanding shoes! They have the feel of a tennis shoe and the look of a work shoe - assuming your dress code is business casual; and they're perfect in less than perfect weather.

I purchased these for my husband, who has B width feet and can be difficult to buy for. The reviews I read were a great help. I am a UPS driver, and these are awesome for me. I used to wear Nike Monarch to work, but switched to these because they are waterproof.

This is my 3rd pair of NB waterproofs. For my foot, NB fits comfortably right out of the box. I especially like the slightly raised toe box making it even roomier. The speed lacing that replaces the top eyelet makes getting the shoe on and off very easy.

I bought these shoes for a recent trip to Europe. I put in many walking miles, and these shoes were great! Great support and comfortable, with the added bonus that they are water proof. I highly recommend them.

Well I bought these because of the reviews, and they're fantastic!!! I'm on my feet 9-10 hours a day, and when I get home my feet and legs are not tired and sore. The service from Zappos is awesome. This is the fourth pair I have purchased from them. I ordered them on a Thursday evening, and they were at my door when I got home on Friday... couldn't ask for any better service than that!!!

I have a narrow foot. It is great to be able to get narrow fitting waterproof shoes. They are extremely comfortable and I love having hooks for the top eyelets. Thanks, Zappos.

These are the best walking/working shoes I have ever worn and had! I am 55 years old and stand and walk on my feet for eight hours inside a warehouse on a cement floor. These New Balance MW967 are the ones to wear. They are comfortable and cushioned, these shoes saved my legs and feet and I am not as tired at the end of the day. They are well worth the price!
