Found a Kids Denali Jacket on another website for cheaper and called to cancel the order. Not only did the customer service rep match the price, she also shipped the jacket overnight. First class service all the way and great to deal with.

I love the North Face. Their comfortable and not too pricey, especially if your small. I wear a Large in Big Kids, and I'm 17 years old haha. But I love Zappos, their service is excellent I got my package the next day! I would recommend!

I ordered a total of two of these for my daughter. The first one she stuck her arm in puffy paint and got it all over the sleeve. And since she is 10, she would not wear it to school that way. So I ordered her a second one. It looks really cute on her and I love the graphite grey with the pink. I am going to order me a large in kids to save money. I am 5'2 and about 108 lbs and the kids large fits perfect. My daughter says the jacket keeps her very warm. But the temperature here in Ohio is now in the 20's, so I have been making her wear her bigger winter coat.

I am 5'4" and about 120 lbs. I purchased the girls/youth size Large and it fits fine. It is so much cheaper than the adult Small. I wear the jacket nearly every day because my office is always cold. Also great for a walk on a brisk day.

This is my first North Face ever and I absolutely loved it! I thought the women's Denali was way too expensive and wasn't too sure about sizes considering the fact that I'm a 19 years old female that is 5'3'' & 113 lbs. The LG fit me perfectly. It looks so nice. ANd like always, Zappos had it at my door steps at 9:00 AM!

Zappos delivered my purchased item just as they said. It was expedient service. We love the merchandise. I'm a satisfied customer.

My 9 year old loves it! Fits her perfect-she normally wears a size 8 in pants and shirts so I'd say true to size.

My daughter has not taken this jacket off. It is soft and warm. Love the zip pockets!

My daughter LOVES this jacket! It is true to size. She is 7 years old and wears a size 7/8. The size small fits her perfectly. There is even a little room to grow. Thank you Zappos for the speedy service!

My daughter is long & lean, 5'1" and 80 pounds. A 14/16 fit great but if taller, sleeve length could be an issue. She loves this jacket and has worn it every day since it arrived! Color is all one grey - not as much contrast as in picture, which was a bit of a surprise to me.

Love the color so much. I am 5'4 and 100 pounds, and it fits perfectly, but when I reach for things the sleeves are way to short. I wanted it to fit tight, so I'm happy because I got a boys large last time, and it was loose. I went with a girls large this time. My favorite North Face so far!!

This jacket was very roomy. I originally ordered the XL, so I could get 2 years out of it but my daughter objected and wanted the better fit, rather than the extra room. It fits with a sweatshirt on and she usually wears a 12+. She loves that it is not poofy! I love that it is good quality and warm! As usual Zappos has provided Superior service!

I am about 5'7 5'8 ish and I am 16 years old and I ordered the Youth XL and it fits perfectly fine, if not a little loose too. This cost is way cheaper than the adult size and I'm sure that the XL Youth is probably about the same as the Adult small.

The product is exactly like it is described and very soft. Good for winter wear and the product is worth the price. Careful not to wash it because the outside gets a lot of lint on it and it is not very soft. Comfortable and can wear a hoodie under. Shipping was very fast! came in 2 days. :)

Bought this because I was sick of wearing my winter coat, but it is still cold in Boston Aprils -- this is the perfect "spring" winter coat! Wonderful -- worth every penny. I am 25, but bought the children's XL for the lower price/better colors. I am 5'3" and a size 6, and the XL is quite large/roomy on me (the L fit, but I wanted a larger fit).
