I bought this for my daughter who is 18 and very picky, she loved it, the color was that for an 18 year old and the comfort and quality were outstanding. It is very good for the 40 degree and above days. Item was true to size on a medium for my daughter who is about 5'8. Very good jacket all around.

I love this jacket, the hood keeps me pretty warm only its a little hard to maintain because of the lint that can accumulate in the inside of the jacket, you definitely should follow the wash and care instructions other than that it does good int he cold and snow. with light to moderate layers underneath.

Well, I brought this North Face in the beginning of winter. It was big for me. I ordered a large. I usually wear a medium, but I thought the sizes might run smaller online. Plus I knew I would have to layer it for the winter anyways. Because Chicago winters are the worst. So I have worn it on a day of 20 degrees (no wind) and it is warm when layered. But when the wind and snow start coming down heavy this jacket will not keep you warm unless you layer it with like two really warm sweaters. I wear a Columbia fleece and a TNF fleece. And I stay warm, but when the wind gets through it is not warm at all, it is not a full hardshell jacket. But otherwise I love it for fall to mid winter! And Zappos is amazing! Got my jacket in one day.

I ordered this in the gray color, and I love it. It is lightweight and comfortable. From other reviews I was expecting to be warmer while wearing it without a sweater under it. With a long sleeve shirt it is pretty warm, though. If you are looking for a winter coat,I do not think this is it. It is kind of just a warm sweatshirt. I ordered it in 2XL (i usually wear a women's XL, but this runs a little snug). The sleeves could be a little longer but I am 5'11" so my arms are longer than most. I ordered it around noon on Thursday and it was on my porch Friday morning. Fastest shipping I have ever seen! I am now a huge fan of Zappos!

This hoodie fits true to size. It is a great color and washes up very well. A little overpriced but, overall I love the jacket.

This isn't my first Denail Fleece from TNF. It is, however, my first recycled material fleece from TNF. I'm not sure if having a fleece that is recycled affects the quality of the product, but I felt that this one quickly began to get thinner and there are holes in it. I still have my previous two which have with stood time, mother nature, and travel. Beware of the recycled material its doesn't seem to last as long as the regular fleece.

I waited a long time to purchase this jacket and had high expectations based on the numerous positive reviews. I am incredibly disappointed after wearing it one time on a 45 degree, windy day. I've expected more warmth, particularly in the sleeves. The wind came straight through the fleece and I was cold.

I really wanted to love this jacket but it picks up every little hair or lint and holds onto it. I wish this jacket did not collect hair or every little particle. I have to constantly have a lint brush nearby to keep it looking fresh. If you're looking at this jacket, then consider a lighter color.

I feel ripped off by Zappos, I bought this North Face Denali jacket in black and after a few months it is falling apart! I called Zappos and the representative said if I had it less than two months they could have helped me but since it has been past that she could not fix the problem! She was not helpful at all. Now I am stuck with a broken North Face Denali Without a zipper! It cost a lot and should last longer than a few months. I am very disappointed in Zappos and their customer service. Nordstrom would have helped me.
