I have 8WW and bunions. I consider myself a fairly funky dresser. I call these "grandma meets goth". They are actually a teeny bit wider than my foot, so I know I can dance all night long at an upcoming wedding! I have only worn them around the house, but out of the 5 pairs, these were the only true fit. I consider finding these a miracle! I also want to add, that seeing on the wide width video model really influenced my order. Thank you!

Love these sandals! Stylish, comfortable and true to size. If you want cute shoes that feel great all day and night these are the ones. Look great with jeans, skirt or dress.

This is my second pair of Softspots. The Caylee is much more comfortable than the my first pair, the Virginia. It\'s dressy, yet something that I can wear all day long. It\'s hard to find narrow shoes that fit my feet, so I\'m happy to be introduced to the Softspots line!

Very easy to be on your feet in these shoes. I usually do not wear any heel but found these so comfortable, I reach for them all the time. Probably will order them in another color. They are very pretty on. Can be casual; and also look nice with a dress.

My favorite this summer! Good with any outfits. I wear it to work and during weekends. Very comfortable. I have back problem and the shoes haven't given me any problem, even after a long walk. I have a wide feet and 6.5W, my usual size, fits wonderful!

Wanted a dressy sandal with a realistic heel to wearh with skirts and dresses at the office this summer. They are very comfortable, even after a long day of travelling through airports. Received many compliments. Plus the price was great!

Perfect combination of comfort and style! I purchased these sandals to wear for my daughter's Christening and was comfortable all day! Love them! Very versatile. They look great with formal wear but also with casual attire. Toes might slide a little bit in the front. I wish they would have made the entire sole the suede-like material instead of leaving the toe portion patent leather.

Great shoe if you have bad feet. I have a wide foot and pain from callouses. Was able to wear this shoe to a bridal shower and stayed to clean up afterward. No pain! I ran home and ordered another pair in a different color. Ya, I know not the most chic shoe, but worked for me and most shoes don't.

I ordered the black patent leather in this shoe and was very disappointed in the fit and look of this shoe. I wear an 11W and there is a huge gap in the strap going across the toes. You could fit 4 fingers in the gap. The strap at the back of the shoe is extremely short and could not be buckled. Overall, this shoe is not attractive.

These sandals are so comfortable that I wore them for two days in a row as soon as I got them. My feet are a bit wider than average and the sandals fit perfectly right out of the box. I think the patent leather will keep its shape over time. There are no rough edges on the inside to irritate. There is just enough heel to work with my jeans.

These shoes are so cute and also feel mostly true to size. They look slightly wider than my foot by the toe area when you look down and see the space but the cushioning is so comfortable and the shoe does not feel too wide, which is more important to me than being able to see the space. I recommend this shoe. I haven\'t worn it out of the house yet but I look forward to it.

Love the shoes. I needed some shoes for my grandson's wedding that looked dressy yet offered comfort (I am 76 years old and cannot tolerate high heels). The shoes fit wonderfully, felt great and the shiny patent leather made them a perfect match for my outfit. I received the shoes in 4 days and the no shipping costs was a bonus. I will purchase shoes from Zappos again.

I bought these for work. They are so comfortable that I wear them with jeans all the time after work also. The heel does not even feel like a heel and the foot bed is squishy soft. They can look dressed up or down due to the patent leather. Wish all my pants were a little longer so I could wear them every day!

The shoes are very comfortable. The first time I wore them, I had them on all day. They are dressy enough for going out for dinner, for work, or for church. I ordered a size wider than I usually get because that was what was in stock. I think they would run true to size. The ones I got were a little wide.

The shoes are very cute. I find that I always wear a size 9 in soft spots, they are my favorite. I gave them 3 stars for comfort, only because my left foot isn't to comfortable, but I have problems with my left foot. I would recommend these to everyone who likes a cute comfy shoe. As always, Zappos service is great!

Cute and versatile sandal, but unfortunately did not fit me properly. I have a narrow foot and the straps were not tight enough. I love Zappos service.

I wanted to like this shoe. They are cute and the fit is great. I found them very true to size. However, they make a loud "whooshing" sound when I walk. It's a puff of air that occurs with every step. Otherwise, a nice shoe and very comfortable. Too noisy for me though.

This is a very comfortable, nice looking shoe which I can wear to work. The patent dresses it up. It is a little wide for my normal width feet. I was concerned the narrow would be too narrow.

I've had a terrible time finding comfortable but still casually stylish sandals. I ordered these out of frustration more than anything else, as I'd only tried Softspots once before and had really disliked that pair. But so far so good with these. They're comfortable enough for longish days and still get compliments. They're high enough to wear with skirts for casual events.

I ordered the brown 7 EE. I have bunions, and crooked toes. It has enough room for a high instep, and is plenty wide. One of the straps cuts into my little toes; but I think it\'s due to my pronation\/posture that causes my foot to be slightly off center on the insole. Otherwise fairly comfortable for my square-shaped feet. I can wear them for office work, short periods, but I wouldn\'t wear them all day walking around Disney!
