I've had these shoes almost two weeks and wearing them almost every day. I wear an 8 about 60% off the time and usually end up with a 7 1/2 the rest of the time. My feet are narrow, especially at the heel, but not quite narrow enough for narrow shoes. I ordered an 8 and feel the fit is a wee bit short and wide. Thick socks help significantly. I ended up putting a cheap foam insole in to help with them being too roomy. My foot slides forward when I wear them and there is a significant heel. I work in an office adjacent to a warehouse. I don't walk a lot but when I do, it's usually on concrete. I ordered these to help with plantar fasciitis. Even though the fit wasn't great for me, I noticed a significant improvement in my symptoms even after the first day. I'm sad they don't fit better, but for the person who does get a good fit, they will be life savers.

This shoe is very comfortable. I am on my feet all day and my feet do not hurt at the end of the day.

Lightweight, fantastically comfortable, easy to slip on and perfect height without any strain. I Love them for the comfort and great looks they deliver--wearable all day--and I think they're waterproof, but damn, they don't breathe much so your dogs may get hot!

I'm an Ariat wearer and loved their styles but they don't seem to be making the clogs I like anymore. So I thought I'd try Nurse Mates. I like that they don't slip on wet surfaces. I take a size 7 in Dansko and Ariat, and just about every other shoe. And while the foot bed on the Nurse Mates and width are great, my toes keep bumping on the front. I've tried different socks, but I think it's the slick material they use for their lining. My foot slips down and there's a gap at the back. But these 7s are not comfy because of the toe issue.

I'm on the fence with the fit of these shoes. Let me start off with the pros: They are SO much lighter and more comfortable compared to Danskos! The sole is super padded and soft. I'm an RN- I've had my one pair of Danskos for over 8 years now. It took me a while to break them in at first and I remember having sore areas of my foot when I first purchased them. These Nurse Mates are the complete opposite. I wore them today for a 9 hour shift- super comfortable, no sore feet! I love the paisley design on them- they're really cute and seem to be a great quality considering they're so much cheaper than Danskos. Now the only con is the fit! I first purchased these in my normal size of 5.5. I tried it on, with socks, like I would wear them on a normal day, and they were big. My heel was slipping out as I walked. So I exchanged them for a size down to a 5. (Kudo's to Zappos on your amazingly painless and fast exchange process!) The 5 fits perfect WITHOUT socks, but with socks WAY too tight! Since it's summer, I feel like I can wear them without socks, but in the winter, I'm going to need another option.. So all in all, a great cheaper option instead of Dansko and surprisingly much more comfortable; but truly disappointed with the difference in just a half size!

I love these so far! I work 12 hr shifts and they're very comfortable. I had danskos clogs before and did not like them because they were too stiff for my liking and not wide enough. My feet are slightly on the wide side but not enough to buy wide shoes. I was reluctant to try clogs again. These are different though; they're a bit wider in the normal width and they have a pillow top sole that forms to your feet. They're very comfortable. They are also nonslip and cover most of your foot which is great to protect myself from any body fluids that I may be exposed to as a bedside RN. They have a slight heel which I like that gives me a bit more height. I have only had them a few weeks, but as of now, I'd buy them again.

I am so grateful that I found these shoes. I have arthritis with bone spurs in both knees and arthritis in my feet. These are basically the only shoes I can walk around in for any length of time. I am 4'10, so I really appreciate the little bit of extra height they give. I got the steel, and they look very "cool". I have even gotten a couple of complements on them. I plan on ordering the black/gray soon. A little pricier than I am used to, but worth it. Tip: I normally wear a 7 1/2, but ended up exchanging them for an 8. The 8 fits perfectly.

Like the style and the comfort overall. Just a tad bit short in the toe -- not enough to say it's a half size too small, just needs a stretch. Darn!

I found this shoe to run narrow in the toe box. Usually my little toe is the issue, but with this brand/style of shoe my great toe was pinched with no wiggle room. There was also an odd smell to them...nice looking shoe but will be returning.

I had to return my size 6 for a size 7 and I rarely don't wear a 6, it was so small I couldn't get my foot in it at all so I ordered a 7. So beware. But it's a super cute shoe, I can't wait to get my 7's!

Super light weight, cushioned comfy inside, great bc I can easily wipe clean the plastic outside of the shoe. Great non slip bottom too. I first ordered my normal shoe size and it was way too short- hurt my toes. So I ordered a size larger than I normally wear, and those fit perfectly.

I ordered a wide which usually means I fit in a 9.5 vs a 10 but my toes were smashed up against the front with the 9.5. The shoe was very comfortable besides that.

Bought these in a 9.5M (I'm true 9.5)and the fit was not right. Must order 1/2 size up. Must return them. Too bad. I really liked these.

Unfortunately, the shoes look like made from rubber. They're comfortable but I don't have a feeling that I would be able to wear them for a long period of time. I'm looking for comfortable and beautiful shoes to go to Europe.

I love the look of these shoes but found that they ran a bit small. I wear an 11 wide. These were comfortable width wise but my big toes were right at the tip of the shoe which made walking uncomfortable. Would be nice if they had 11 1/2.

I bought these thinking that they would be an inexpensive substitute for Danskos. I wore these shoes for three hours, and just couldn't wear them any more. There was a lot of pressure on the ball of my foot. I'm a stylist so I do stand in one spot most of my shift.

This is a super cute shoe. Unfortunately I had to return it because it kept making my socks feed into the shoe at the heel--like eating your socks? Maybe a 1/2 size too small for me... Love, love, love the blue metallic though. :(

I work for an airline and also at a bar so I am on my feet all day and was looking for some good shoes. After much reading I bought these shoes in 8.5 which is my usual size. I walked around the house in them for a while and my feet were sliding all around the shoe (I even tried on different socks) so I returned them for an 8. I walked around the house in the 8 for a night (doing laps around my living room and everything) and they felt fine so I decided to keep them. I've had them for over a month now. The left shoe is smaller than the right one and kills my toes. My right foot fits fine. (I know feet are different sizes but have never had this problem with any other pair of shoes I have purchased.) If wearing for a short amount of time, I can easily ignore this discomfort but after a 13 hour day I'm starting to hobble. I wish I was able to wear them to work before deciding on keeping them. Other than the painful toes the shoes are fine for a long day but once you go over 10 hours your feet will hurt with squished toes or not. They are sturdy and good when walking behind a wet bar.

Very comfortable, yet somehow too little space for the toes. I kept them anyway and broke them in. Worth it since the overall shape is very comfortable.

Pros: lightweight and heel hight is nice with longer scrubs like the Koi brand. The toe box is wide enough if your in between widths. I have wide feet but not wide enough to order this in the wide shoe size. These shoes are way more comfortable than dansko with the soft cushion bed. This color blue is beatiful like ocean marine deep blue and patent! Cons: the heel hight pushes your feet forward so your toes hit the front of the shoe even with a half a shoe size bigger. This causes the comfort level to decline. Some may not have this problem but I've read other reviews with the same problem. I wouldn't recommend wearing these shoes for more than 6 hours because of this reason. If you have uneven shoe size by half a size, these shoes don't compromise. It's better to buy an open back shoe and not closed like this. Overall: I would probably still buy Nurse Mates but the smaller heel height because they still are comfortable at a more reasonable price point.

I love my nurse mates! They look like Dansko's but are much more comfortable and affordable. I have troubled feet and can wear these all day!

Beautiful shoe, I work with animals all day on my knees with my toes scraping the ground. So far they have held up perfectly. I got a size 6 and needed to go up to a 1/2 size so I exchanged them. For me they are comfortable. I prefer a higher heel, I think because of this your foot sides forward a little and my mid toe hits the end in he slightest bit, but does not bother me. I love these and have gotten comments on them every day I have worn them. Thank you Zappos!

I work at a busy restaurant about 30 hours a week and these are my new shoes of choice. I am very happy with them. They are comfortable and non-slip which is necessary. I would recommend these to anyone who is on their feet all day. As far as non-slip work shoes go I think these are pretty stylish.

This style/company runs narrow and a little short. Lovely shoes, but largest size didn't fit sadly.
