I bought these in May, am writing this in December. I do a lot of walking but alternate between 3 pairs of sandals. The footbed on this sandals which I loved, has already broken down so that they need to be replaced. When I pay this much for a pair of sandals, I expect to get at least two years of wear from them, not 7 months. Naots have gone from my favorite to a brand to be avoided at their price point.

I have had these sandals for about a month and worn them quite a bit. Have walked long distance with no break in needed, very comfortable. Two key fit points though: Dont try to size down, your toes will hit the footbed edge at the toes where curls upward (Buy your size or 1/2 size up). Do not buy if you have wide feet. I have narrow feet and the footbed at toes is VERY NARROW. I do love these and get lots of compliments. I am a bit worried about the quality. Since I have owned then the stitching has come loose or disappeared in multiple places. I'm heading to Europe for a month and hope they will not fall apart. I will let you know when I get back. They are worth a shot thought because they are cute and comfy!

I love these sandals and had another pair that I wore a lot for nearly two years. This pair, however, I have had for less than two months and already there is a hole broken through the bottom of each sole. Like my last pair, I wore them on vacation so walked a lot for a week and wore them several days a week since. I am very disappointed in the quality: Naots are way too expensive to wear out this quickly. Not sure if they are using lesser quality components but if you can’t depend on a pair of sandals to last at least one season, they are probably not worth buying. So disappointed.

I love these sandals! I bought these to walk to work in (about 2 miles a day). They are stylish, very comfortable (didn't have to break in, no hot spots) and the strap around the ankle gives great support for long walks. The base is soft and well padded (I have a bad back so this is very helpful). The arch support is good but not great - but I have very high arches so it's hard to find any shoes fit my arch. Definitely would recommend these.

These shoes are incredibly comfortable and very cute! You can't go wrong with Naot. I wear a 7.5 size, and the 39 was perfect. Supreme comfort, and very accommodating to bunions. I was worried about the shiny, metallic look of the leather, but I ended up loving it once I saw it; it's fun and different. These sandals go well with capris, skirts, or jeans--very versatile. Absolutely love them.

Naot will always be my first choice in shoes. They have always fit my feet perfectly. But poor quality control on these Naots! I tried both the size 42s that Zappos had at the time (teal and Acropolis). The problem is that the large teardrop shape that connects the ankle strap to the toe straps was turned off kilter. This resulted in the top of the drop pointing at my inside ankle instead of running straight up/down my foot. Funky and weird looking on both pairs. The teal is fabulous though! The fit was lovely on my narrow heel, low instep, and narrowish-average toe box. Despite my low volume feet I have insanely high arches (pea cavus) and these Naots had zero arch support. I can usually count on what I consider moderate support (great for almost everyone else) from Naot. I would have kept them anyway were it not for the funny look of the misplaced center drop. I opted for the Rachel instead (more cushy on the footbed too). I wear a 43 (12) in most closed toe shoes, a 42 (11) in sandals because of my narrow feet, sometimes even a 41 (10) if the sandals run large. I found these 42s to be the perfect length for a dainty summer sandal, true to other Naots in this same narrow-medium line. They would be super cute with skirts and shorts, and they are not too clunky at all. Oh well!

I love Naots. They are hands down the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. This is my second pair of Doriths. The first pair I had for almost three years and wore them a lot - sightseeing in Europe, trips at home, to and from work. I had to buy another pair because the leather stretched out too much and I couldn't comfortably wear them. I got another pair less than two months ago. I wore them on a five day trip to Seattle and since then to and from work, and not even every day. Since these are the most expensive shoes I have ever purchased, I was always careful to never wear them in the rain or in dirty conditions. VERY DISAPPOINTED that the second pair, received in mid-June, 2018, already have holes in the soles of both shoes! They have worn as much on the bottoms as the first pair did in three years. Has the company changed their components? It seems like the soles are the same but how could the quality be this different? I have attached pictures. The first two are the new pair; the third picture is the old pair. You can see that the soles of the older pair are less worn than the new pair. I'm extremely frustrated with this purchase. I love these shoes and this brand but I can't in good conscience purchase them again since the quality has seemingly degraded. Zappos, help!

I have a size 5.5, medium wide foot, so I bought both the recommended size 37 (US 6) and the 36 (US 5). I've attached a picture of my feet in the size 37 sandals clearly showing how ridiculously long they are as well as a picture of the size 36, which fit fine. I have to admit the size 36 was a bit snug, but a little adjustment of the strap and they were perfectly comfortable. I love the color and the arch support.

Love this pair! I needed something cute that I could wear to work but still be comfortable in. I have a hard time with knee and foot pain when I don't have any arch support, so I'd been frustrated trying to find a pair of summer sandals that would provide that. These are the ones. The first day I thought they were a bit narrow, but my feet are on the narrow side so it didn't matter much. That first day they were uncomfortable, but from then on, they've been perfect! I was able to go into the city and walk around the parks and go shopping and my feet and legs felt great. I was so impressed. I highly recommend these sandals!

I own three pairs of the Pixie by Naot, and all are size 40. The 40 in these was too small. I went up to the 41, which I never do, and they were comfortable though a little big. If a 40.5 were available, that would probably have been perfect. Nevertheless, they were comfortable and cute and fit reasonably well, so I was going to keep them until I took a good look at the craftsmanship. I’ve attached pictures to show the most notable issue with this pair. The cork footbed was either glued lopsided or just cut lopsided in the back. Others have mentioned in their reviews that these shoes don’t last and that their quality doesn’t measure up to the price, and I would agree. I’m not paying $140 for a shoe that starts out looking like this. Back they go!

Lovely shoe! Unfortunately, it is a bit loose around my foot. Very disappointed since it is so comfortable and good looking. My fit is a tad bit narrow - I don't have any problem with boots and sneakers, but sandals that don't have some adjustability up front are often loose. Weird, since I'm not that far from normal! This shoe would be beautiful in a dark brown.

This is my second pair of Naot Doriths. I've been wearing the first pair (bronze) for more than a year with complete comfort, which is especially unusual because they're not clunky and have a feminine style. They've worn super well so I added black to my small collection. I wear 8.5 - 9 in all footwear and the 9 is perfect in the Dorith. Naot is my go-to sandal and I've had other pairs by Naot that I hiked through desert terrain and streams with no wear and tear on the shoe. They're worth the price. Good shoes always are.

Naot seem to run a little smaller than Birkenstocks. I normally wear a 39 in Birks but a 40 in Naot. These are super comfortable and feel almost like slippers. I may just have to get 'em in other colors too!

These sandals are so perfect, they hide my bunion and are totally comfortable and elegant to boot. In fact the first day I wore them my sister, whose feet are much worse than mine, ordered a pair online and she loves hers too! Best Naots I've had.

These stylish sandals are immediately comfortable out of the box and stay that way even when wearing all day. That’s saying a lot considering I have wide feet, pronated arches and am developing arthritis in my toes. This is my 3rd pair in about 4 years. I still wear the first few two as they have held up very well. If they came in red I would by a 4th pair! Love these sandals!

Needed to order a half size up to 9. Return of first pair was easy. Fit is great, the Velcro ankle strap makes it available to tighten or loosen. Straps over the top of the foot aren’t too tight!

Loving these shoes! I picked them up hoping that they would be a good walking sandal for our upcoming trip to Italy. They are so comfortable, cute and stylish, and won’t make me look like an obvious tourist. I love them so much I’ll be wearing them before and after our trip as well! 2nd pair of Noat sandals (also have the Pixie) and I am hooked.

I purchased these sandals for a 2 week trip to Europe in August, based on a travel blog recommendation for the Naot brand. I brought these and 3 other pairs of shoes with me on the trip and the only reason I wore anything other than these amazingly comfortable shoes was because I didn't want to wear them to the pool on the cruise or with my cocktail dresses. My sneakers never even made it out of my suitcase! These sandals are durable, stylish and most importantly, comfortable! I wore them straight away with zero breaking in time. They were comfortable from the start and stayed that way despite the tremendous amount of walking we did. Even on Rome's uneven cobblestone surfaces and rocky remains of Pompeii! They did stretch a little after all that wear, so keep that in mind when sizing. Bottom line, I love these shoes for everyday, but especially for travel. My traveling companions who were in hot socks and sneakers were jealous!

These are fantastic sandals! I have three pairs of them. I can be on my feet for the entire day, with no pain. I recently bought a pair of Orthaheels because they are less expensive, and ended up giving them away and returning to my Naots! If you are between sizes, go down. These do stretch out!

Love, love, love this sandal! It's very comfortable and true to size.

These are super comfortable. If you are doing a lot of walking especially on uneven terrain you will find that Naots are the best!

This is the second pair of Naot's I've bought - bought the same one in silver. This shoe is very comfortable, but still looks fashionable and cute. I have been suffering with plantar fasciitis for years and I'm extremely selective on my shoes - they have got to be comfortable and this one definitely is. I have a narrower foot, but this one adjusts well with the velcro strap.

Love these shoes. They are delicate yet have a soft easy to walk on footbed. I get a lot of compliments on them. I have a wide foot and Naot fits perfect.

The shoes are comfortable and beautiful. I especially liked that they open up the foot and yet have support.

These are totally cute for a daintier summer sandal than my standby Naot Paris sandals. Not quite as much arch support, but still wearable for long periods. Best part is I was torn over ordering them and then waited too long to get them delivered even with Zappos amazingly quick delivery. I called customer service and she recommended shipping them to the hotel where we would be staying (I never thought of that!). I did and I got my super-cute new sandals to wear on vacation! Love you Zappos!
