As far as size, err on a half size larger don't order smaller. My legs definitely feel the extra "work out", but I have not noticed trimmer thighs or improved posture. I do like knowing that I am doing something good for my body. I will buy another pair when these need to be replaced.

This was my first MBT purchase. I was reluctant to spend this kind of money, but I have wanted to try these shoes for a very long time. These shoes are very comfortable. They give me a hop in my step, and a general light-hearted feeling. I didn\'t need any time to get used to them. I look forward to putting them on and can wear them for hours at a time with no discomfort.

All MBTs are awesome and these look fantastic for MBTs!! Having said that, I don't get how these shoes are supposed to fit. MBT company's general fit guidance for all shoes is as follows: "Closed models are worn tight on the heel, snug on the instep, and comfortable on the toe. Sandals are worn with the heel as far back as possible, the toes reaching the very front end of the sandal, and the straps tight, but comfortable. The footbed should mirror the foot as closely as possible. Unlike conventional footwear that causes the foot to slide forward with each step, the rolling motion of MBTs drives the heel back." OK - that's fine - but I can't quite reconcile this with the fit of these particular MBTs. I have a 9.5 and a 10 in front of me - both are pretty comfortable. The 9.5 (I am usually a perfect 9.5, very average width feet) is the right length but I sort of feel like my right foot toes are being squeezed together a very tiny bit. The 10s are way too long but the toe is amazingly comfortable. I can get both pairs "snug" on my heel and instep by lacing them tightly but I worry with the 10 that my feet are still slipping forward (even though MBT website seems to indicate that's not possible). Other literature I read indicated that you have to be careful with MBTs that your heel is staying at the back or else you don't get the full benefit of the rocker sole. I think I'm leaning toward the 9.5 at this point (assuming the mesh sides will sort of give with time) but right now I'm wearing them around the house for a day to make sure the toe crunch thing isn't a problem that makes me uncomfortable later. If I end up having to keep the 10s instead, I think I'll need tongue inserts.

These shoes are great! I started out with Shape-Ups by Skechers, but wanted to try the MBT to see if they were worth the extra (a lot). I would have to say yes. They just seem to be built better and work more on your stabilization. I still like my Shape-Ups, too. These are just better.

These shoes are awesome. I am on my feet at work for 8 hours and these help immensely! I have always worn athletic shoes for work, but MBT's take the cake! I wore them all day the first day because they felt so great, and I never stopped. They are worth the money in my book! Standing and walking all day on my feet for 20 years has taken a toll, but these definitely made my workday manageable. I totally recommend these to anyone who walks or stands for long periods of time at work or wherever. I only wish they had lots more styles for days off that were cuter, but these are cute!

I\'ve tried yoga, pilates and various blends of the two to tone the spot where my hamstrings meet my glutes... while such practices are very successful, they add another hour to my daily routine. With a husband, two kids, a full time job, friends and volunteer work, there simply aren\'t enough hours in the day so I bought the MBTs in an attempt to multitask my two daily walks. \r\n\r\nI\'ve had them about 4 weeks and I\'ve noticed not only my hamstrings and glutes tightening, but my abs are as well! I bought them true to size and am happy I did. I bought ventilating socks, which has improved my foot comfort immensely... my feet tend to get hot in these shoes. There was no break in period. Comfortable right out of the box. I walk about 3-5 miles a day and my knee pain has disappeared. \r\n\r\nI highly recommend these shoes. I know I\'ll drop the cash again for another pair. Some people invest in a gym membership or fitness classes, I invest in MBTs and an iPod.

I have worn MBT\'s for almost 4 years. I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and my foot doctor recommended MBT\'s. I have not had any cortisone shots in 4 years since wearing these shoes. The arch is high and helps support my foot. I love these new Fora\'s. They seem much lighter than any other MBT I have owned and definitely more stylish. I would highly recommend these shoes.

My dogs were hurting after completing my 3 mile walk every morning. I had just started this routine and was ready to call it quits. Only 2 weeks into it, I was thinking the arthric toes & plantar fasciitis was all the walk was generating. The RN's at my job suggested I not quit, but only change my shoes, and specifically to MBT's. They hailed this shoe so much I tried on a pair and then ordered from Zappos. The service at Zappos was great and I was in my new shoes that week before I changed my mind (about the walking 3 miles a day). I have now been at the walking for 2 months, and I can honestly say, there are no further aches and pains. I feel well supported and balanced and am now recommending these shoes to my family members and friends.

Usually wear a 39, but needed a 40 in this shoe.I have very narrow feet and they were slightly wide, but not bad. The MBT's feel good, although sometimes I feel like a duck when I wear them. It's a cute model. I like the black. The pink accent isn't defining. It's a nice touch. The laces have to be double tied because the material wants to unlace readily.

I have several pairs of MBTs. This pair is very comfortable. I chose these to wear mostly with jeans. I always wear a half size larger with MBTs. They really do work. I find that if I am not wearing a pair regularly, my backside is less toned. I hope they expand their styles.

I smiled when I saw other ER nurses/medical professionals posting their testimonials and decided I needed to chime in, too! I know it sounds kind of dopey, but these shoes really have changed my life! I was wearing Danskos before and couldn't figure out why my feet/legs were killing me after shift. When I switched to these (and to a slimmer type of compression stockings) my shifts breezed by! If you are on your feet for any amount of time you truly need these puppies. So don't even think twice!

Love the shoe. It doesn't look like an ortho shoe and is great for plantar fasciitis. My toes tend to hurt after a while and they didn't in these. I can walk on my tread mill longer in these shoes. Buy a size larger or at least a 12 size larger for the maximum comfort.

This is my 3rd pair of MBTs. I wore out my first pair walking so much, bought my second pair, but decided to leave them at beach house since they are a little big and take up space in luggage and buy another pair to keep at home. I was thrilled to find the new profile so much lower and the color doesn’t look as chunky as the white! FYI, I wear a 7 in every other athletic shoe and almost all others, but these MBTs and the others I bought are a 38 1/3 which converts to an 8.

I LOVE these. My feet are in heaven! Soo much cuter than the Sport 2's that I had in all white...So much lighter, more comfy, more breathability. And way, way, way, way more FLY and attractive. I am so glad that MBT has come up w/ a new style that isn't so orthopedic/corrective looking so that you can still get the benefits of these shoes and still look great. I am a 9 and the 9 fits me like a glove. I wouldn't suggest ordering up on this style. Get some! Sorry Zappos but I had to return my Sport 2's but don't feel bad for me. My feet are so happy! I have been shopping on Zappos for 5 years and I absolutely love, love, love, love them. I have never had any issues or problems. XOXOXO! U rule!

What a great shoe! It is cute (not elegant) in red-like a 60s Keds. I wear them every chance I get. I have read that one should wear them for a shorter time than I do, and that is probably the way to go. My legs are very tired at the end of a day. They are wonderful for long hours of standing (cooking) and I bet they would be wonderful for salespeople.

Amazing shoe, I work 12 hour shifts as an RN in the emergency department. For the first time ever I can take off my shoes without aching feet, honestly feel the comfort affected my knees also. Couldn't be happier with the MBT shoes already purchased.

I'm happy with my purchase of the MBT anti shoe. I own a pet sitting business so I'm out walking a lot. I haven't had them long enough to notice a huge difference in overall toning. I can say that my calves are more toned. I also do notice my posture is better and for that reminds me to hold in my abs. I compared this $245 shoe to the $100 Sketchers brand. I was hoping I would not see a difference, I was not keen on paying $245 for shoes (never ever have I done that), but I felt like the MBT's were better, at least for me. I felt like there was more of a rolling action with the MBT. The Sketchers felt a little bouncy and looked clunky on my size 6 foot. The MBT Flora looks more like a "normal" sneaker when on my foot. And lastly, Zappos ROCKS!

My MBTs are great. I first ordered Sketchers, but they were too short. The MBT length is true to size, and I can tie them tight enough to fit my very narrow, long foot. They even live up to the hype. The shoes took a little getting used to, but now they seem perfectly natural. I also feel that my posture is better and walking is even fun. Of course I love Zappos service too.

Love these! Super comfortable. I even wear them for my kickboxing and weight lifting classes. This style does not look as strange as the older MBT styles either.

The MBT Fora is the 3rd pair of MBTs I have owned. I am usually a size 7.5 and my MBT Klima boots are an 8.5 and my MBT Chapas (which I am now going to toss in favor of my Foras)are an 8. I wear the Klimas in the winter and they are perfect for long walks with my dog. Over time, I have come to realize that the Chapas are too small and I should have bought them in an 8.5. My toes slam against the end of the shoe and by the time I really examined that, it was too late to return them. I have worn the Chapas in the past 2 springs/summers and they are not very breathable. For serious walkers, this makes for very sweaty feet. Now on to the Foras. I LOVE THEM! I bought them in black, size 8.5 and they are perfect. The body of the shoe is entirely mesh so I am hoping in the summer, there will be more breathability than the heavier Chapas. The Foras feel much lighter than either the Klimas or the Chapas but have the same comfortable rocking motion as the other MBT models. The Fora sole has a lower profile (with the same arc as other MBT models), and the shoe looks less clunky (though that never really was a concern for me) and more like regular athletic shoes. Get a pair of Foras before they sell out!

I was nervous about buying the MBT shoes because of the price. However, I knew that I could sent them back very easily because of Zappos convenient way of doing returns. After wearing them around the house several times, I was comfortable taking them out in the real world. They are so great for my feet. I have arthritis in my big toes, and with my MBT's I feel absolutely NO PAIN. It takes a little while to get used to the rocking feeling, but now I barely notice it. I think this MBT is great for narrower feet, like mine.

MBT shoes have changed the life of my feet! As a resident physician, I spend at least 12 hrs a day on my feet, plus 30 hour call nights. Add this my bunion, and my feet were a disaster. The pain was slowing me down...not an option for me! Originally I ordered the MBT Chapa GTX, I loved them but my dog ate them...expensive chew toy! Immediately, I bought another pair. The Fora is much more stylish. The mesh gives it much "sleeker", more tennis shoe-like look (less orthotic looking). Also it is less "bulky" and more lightweight compared to the Chapa. This shoe offers style without sacrificing any of the postural benefits of MBT sole construction. I'm too young to be saying this, but these are the only shoes that provide relief to my bunion pain. It is all about the rolling step action- explained on MBT's website and supported by medical research. Thankfully, now with the Fora I don\'t have to sacrifice quite as much style for comfort. Expensive, but worth every penny! Especially considering I wear them about 80 hours a week. LAST NOTE- definitely go a HALF SIZE UP. True for both MBT styles I've owned.

I own two other pairs of MBTs but the Fora is by far the most comfortable and best looking. I usually take a size 7 in mbt but needed a size 6.5 in this style. I wore them an entire day no blisters or discomfort. I would order a half size smaller because it is a wider shoe with alot of toe room unlike previous styles.

This shoe fits just right! I’ve been trying to find an MBT shoe that fits without much luck. Their sizes vary greatly between styles. The Chapa was way too narrow and at least 1/2 size smaller than stated. I’ve tried several other styles without any luck so I finally bought a pair of Sketchers Shape-ups because they fit so well. I really like them, but the quality of construction doesn’t match the MBTs. This shoe fits perfect and feels great. My foot is a little wider than normal and this shoe hugs it just right because of the mesh. It feels extremely comfortable when walking.

These took some getting used to. They didn't have to be broken in, just getting used to standing and walking in these. Standing for long periods isn't real comfortable because you have to balance your weight between your toes and heels. Walking in them feels great but you won't feel your leg muscles "working out" unless you go for a brisk 15-minute or longer walk. For short walks or just kicking around, they feel like any old sneaker. I did notice that I didn't have any knee or back pain while wearing these for long periods. I keep these for fitness walking only. They also look like clown shoes up close. I wish they had cooler designs.
