Love this shoe! Now I would like to buy another one for everyday wear to work. The only thing is that if you have anything but a narrow foot, you must order at least 1/2 to one full size up. It is a very tight shoe.

I love my MBTs. I have been wearing MBTs for about 6 months now and can\'t say enough good things about them. I now have three pairs. The first two are the classic thicker soled style. Thanks to Zappos, I was able to get a great discount on those. Still, they were the most expensive shoes I\'d ever purchased. I have one pair in a Mary Jane style (Lami) and one sandal style (Kisumu). After falling in love with those for daily wear (work and play), I decided to purchase a pair specifically for exercising. When I saw the Fora in my favorite shade of blue, I decided to splurge (even more) and go for the newer slimmer style. Paying full price for these was painful, but ultimately worth it. \r\nThe experience of wearing these shoes is different from both the original MBTs and "normal" shoes. The rocking motion of the MBTs is still present but not as pronounced. They look and feel more like regular shoes than my other pairs. The biggest difference between these and the older style is not the hight so much as the sole width. There is definitely more "lateral instability" here. While the older rocker-style are the same width through the arch, the sole of these is more hourglass shaped. I have a history of rolling my ankles so this was of some concern to me but I have had no problems with that in these or any of my MBT styles. \r\nI bought these mostly for MBT comfort and to motivate myself to exercise more. I wanted something that would inspire me to walk more and prevent the knee pain I often experience when walking a lot. Check and check. However, I was initially skeptical about whether this lower sole would "work" like the older MBTs. I find that the older style works my calves a good bit and provides a wonderful amount of cushioning. These are less focused on my calves and I wondered if they weren\'t a bit overrated... Then I wore them for a long day of walking around. They "work" like you would not believe! Normally, after a day on my feet on hard floors, I experience soreness and swelling in my knees and sometimes pain in my hip\/back as well. Just like with my other MBTs, I don\'t have those problems with these. With the others, I feel they work my calves a good bit and my thighs a bit, especially in the front. These feel like they work the whole leg (and rear) more evenly and surprisingly work my inner thighs a lot! \r\nI definitely wear MBTs for comfort and pain relief but the toning benefits are a bonus, plus the shoes make me want to walk a lot more. \r\nAs far as style, the Foras are much lighter and less clunky than the older MBTs. They\'re actually pretty sleek looking and everyone loves them. I get tons of compliments on how great they look. The blue is a beautiful color and really eye-catching in a very good way. These aren\'t just "cute, for MBTs"... they are really good looking shoes.\r\nThe only thing I don\'t like about these shoes is the laces. They are too short and stiff. Hard to tie and come untied very easily. I plan to switch them out soon. Otherwise, super awesome shoes!\r\n\r\nI usually wear a US 8 in regular shoes. In these and other closed-toe MBTs, I wear a 39.

I wear size 7, medium width, and these shoes fit me perfectly. They are very comfortable to walk in. I wear them at home and when going out to the stores. I have knee pain and low back pain, these shoes help relieving them. My balance also improved a lot with these shoes.

I have been wearing MBTs for five years. I absolutely love this new, lighter design. The fabric makes them so much more breathable and lighter instead of the heavier, leather styles that were the only choices. They look less like orthopedic shoes as well. I have B width feet; these fit perfectly at a 6½; half a size up from my usual size of 6. Some of the other styles have too big of a toe box which means two pairs of socks. This pair? Heaven. Buy them.

They are very comfortable but weird to walk in at first. Strictly for pavement do not hit the trails in these shoes. Buy one size bigger

This is my 3rd or 4th pair of MBT's and I love them. The styling is finally getting better, you no longer look quite so peculiar when walking in them. They run small and are not cushion as regular gym shoes, but they give you a wonderful stretch in the whole leg when you walk and also help improve your posture.

Bought these because I had heard they were comfortable and good quality. I was not disappointed. They do take getting used to, but I stand in surgery and now go home with tired feet, but not the severe pain in my heels I am used to enduring. At first you feel very unsteady and I noticed I was "hanging on" with my toes, once I relaxed and learned to walk, and stand in them I have been very happy. They do work your legs too so a little soreness in my legs was noticed at first which again has subsided. Very glad I spent the money.

These are the most comfortable pair of walking shoes I have ever worn! They really give you "pep in your step"!! I feel lighter on my feet when wearing them! They force you to have good posture too, not allowing you to sit back on your heels. This is my first pair. My brother swears by them!

I love these shoes. I have had the original version of MBTs and they are higher (more of a work-out probably) but too bulky to travel with and these are actually cute, really! Just be warned, all MBTs can be slippery in wet weather.

Arthritis in my toe and knee often caused me to stop in the middle of my treadmill workout and also often caused me to limp in pain. These shoes allow me to work out as long as I like, and to do it pain-free. Simply awesome!

These shoes are wonderful. Just putting them on makes you feel more energized. You stand up taller and feel great. Haven't had them long enough to see any toning or weight loss benefits, but expect there will be some.

After almost a year of disabling knee and hip problems when walking, I\'m thrilled to be able to walk miles in these smart looking and comfortable shoes. I liked them so much I bought the GTX version for winter!

I am an MBT fan, having worn these shoes for over three years. And even though I am a senior (75 years old) and on limited income, I buy these as they provide me with constant core muscle exercise (I have gone from a size 14 to a size 4, from a puffy to a flat tummy) and as long as I am wearing my shoes I have no knee or back pain. I have three pairs of MBTs including this new pair. The Foras are classy and of course comfortable. I am forever taking off my shoes and sharing them with other women interested in feeling great and looking great, and needless to say I recommend Zappos.

These are the best shoes I have ever bought! They are so super supportive and have helped my aching joints. Plus they don't look that bad compared to other models. I don't regret the purchase!

I just received my Fora! I have to say this style looks almost like regular athletic sneakers and is truly the less clunkier-looking one! I'm 5'3, 118 lbs, size 5 (junior jeans!) and with MBTs on. I feel like I'm wearing Herman Munster shoes (younger generation will have to google who he is!). But, Fora is a definitely a keeper, finally! I wear a 7.5 for comfort in general and Fora is the only style is I'm comfortable in in a 7.5. The other MBTs that I had returned, 7.5 was too swooshed by the toes and I won't compromise with size 8 to worsen my Herman-phobia. Thanks Zappos!

My ankles turn in so this shoe was not for me. Not enough support on the bottom of the shoe, but other than that the shoe is made really nice.

Just received these shoes 3 hours ago and so far so good. I have been looking for shoes that will allow me to walk at least some distance. I am very flat footed, pronated, and have had a posterior tibialis tendon repair. Both of my feet always hurt, including the entire bottom of my feet, which suggests that I need more cushioning. These shoes fit the bill. Lots of support and cush. MBTs was recommended by my podiatrist. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Absolutely love MBT's for how much more I can walk without my lower back aching (it's certainly not for the way they look, although these are quite nice). Spending this much on a sneaker just seems wrong, but I notice such a big difference when I wear them vs regular sneakers or shoes, that this is my 2nd pair. Have not tried the similar Skechers or Reebok styles yet because I'm so hooked on the MBT's.

As far as size, err on a half size larger don't order smaller. My legs definitely feel the extra "work out", but I have not noticed trimmer thighs or improved posture. I do like knowing that I am doing something good for my body. I will buy another pair when these need to be replaced.

This was my first MBT purchase. I was reluctant to spend this kind of money, but I have wanted to try these shoes for a very long time. These shoes are very comfortable. They give me a hop in my step, and a general light-hearted feeling. I didn\'t need any time to get used to them. I look forward to putting them on and can wear them for hours at a time with no discomfort.

All MBTs are awesome and these look fantastic for MBTs!! Having said that, I don't get how these shoes are supposed to fit. MBT company's general fit guidance for all shoes is as follows: "Closed models are worn tight on the heel, snug on the instep, and comfortable on the toe. Sandals are worn with the heel as far back as possible, the toes reaching the very front end of the sandal, and the straps tight, but comfortable. The footbed should mirror the foot as closely as possible. Unlike conventional footwear that causes the foot to slide forward with each step, the rolling motion of MBTs drives the heel back." OK - that's fine - but I can't quite reconcile this with the fit of these particular MBTs. I have a 9.5 and a 10 in front of me - both are pretty comfortable. The 9.5 (I am usually a perfect 9.5, very average width feet) is the right length but I sort of feel like my right foot toes are being squeezed together a very tiny bit. The 10s are way too long but the toe is amazingly comfortable. I can get both pairs "snug" on my heel and instep by lacing them tightly but I worry with the 10 that my feet are still slipping forward (even though MBT website seems to indicate that's not possible). Other literature I read indicated that you have to be careful with MBTs that your heel is staying at the back or else you don't get the full benefit of the rocker sole. I think I'm leaning toward the 9.5 at this point (assuming the mesh sides will sort of give with time) but right now I'm wearing them around the house for a day to make sure the toe crunch thing isn't a problem that makes me uncomfortable later. If I end up having to keep the 10s instead, I think I'll need tongue inserts.

These shoes are great! I started out with Shape-Ups by Skechers, but wanted to try the MBT to see if they were worth the extra (a lot). I would have to say yes. They just seem to be built better and work more on your stabilization. I still like my Shape-Ups, too. These are just better.

These shoes are awesome. I am on my feet at work for 8 hours and these help immensely! I have always worn athletic shoes for work, but MBT's take the cake! I wore them all day the first day because they felt so great, and I never stopped. They are worth the money in my book! Standing and walking all day on my feet for 20 years has taken a toll, but these definitely made my workday manageable. I totally recommend these to anyone who walks or stands for long periods of time at work or wherever. I only wish they had lots more styles for days off that were cuter, but these are cute!
