There was no choice offered to mark to indicate needing a size two full sizes larger than usual street shoes! I wear a 7 street shoe and prefer Wide width if available. In this shoe for the last two years I have worn it two full sizes larger in a 9. The length has been perfect. I am about to reorder it in a 9.5 because I'm needing it a bit wider now. This shoe and similar Bloch have held up very well and have been my go to shoe for ballroom and swing dancing for maybe 17 years. I want full coverage to protect my feet from other dancers and I need the cushy sole as I have bunions. The Bloch usually is wider than a Capezio, so I have stayed with it. It does not give me a feminine dainty look -- but when you are dancing you simply must have a totally comfortable shoe or you need to just forget about it!

I have worn these shoes before so I know to order 1 size larger than my regular shoes. I take a dance class 5 times a week and they are perfect. Enough cushion and support. I bought 2 pair so I can trade off each day.

My daughter loves these. She is in a hip hop dance class and needed a new pair for the recital. She loves these over the leather type because they are breathable due to the canvas and say the bottom is more flexible at the arch. She wears an 8 women's shoe and her foot runs wide. I purchased these in 10 and they fit perfectly. So go up about 1.5 size for wide feet from your normal shoe size.

Needed a new pair of Zumba shoes and these came highly recommended. They did not disappoint! You do need to size up, but once I found the right size, everything else about the shoe worked wonderfully. Very easy to move in these, and the pivot point is fantastic.

It's amazing what the proper shoe can do. I have been suffering during Zumba classes for months. I finally decided to order these shoes and tried them today. What a difference! Once you try them for dance classes, you'll never go back to traditional sneakers.

Your shoes, the womens black Canvas Bloch anyway, are two, (2), sizes smaller than the stated size. For example, I wear an 8 normally, but had to order a 10 in your shoes. Your shoes do not run true to size. My granddaughter, who usually wears a size 9, had to get an 11.

I bought these shoes to use for a dance exercise class and they are great: comfortable, nicer-looking than running shoes, and great for turns. I'm considering buying another pair for wearing outside the studio. The sizing is bizarre; I normally wear a size 7-7.5.

The Reviews showed that the shoe ran small so I ordered 1.5 sizes up and it fit perfectly. The shoe is comfortable for Zumba and line dancing. I had to double tie the laces as they were kind of slippery and untied themselves. Very comfortable.

This is a great shoe for Zumba classes, but you do need to order two sizes bigger than your usual shoe. I recently ordered another pair one and a half sizes bigger, but it was tight on my slightly larger right foot. I hated to spend the money on a second pair, but it was clear that I would have problems with my toes if I didn't. I have narrow feet and these are fine if I lace them as tightly as possible. Anyone with a regular width foot should find them comfortable. I don't have as much trouble with tight calves or sore ankles since I started wearing these. Just get a big enough size!

I followed advice and sized up a full size from my largest usual size. I’m usually an 8 or 8 1/2 and I got this in a 9 1/2. I took the insole out and put my lime green superfeet in them as I have very high arches and this shoe had no support where I need it. With my superfeet they fit perfectly. I love these shoes!!!!

Nice shoe but for guys a HALF size larger is not enough... go ONE FULL size larger at least.

These are great dancing shoes and spinning is a delight in these! They very lightweight. I bought them for my intro weekend to blues dancing, and my feet didn't hurt at all after the hours I spent on the dance floor. I ordered a size 10, and they fit beautifully. I am an 8 1/2 street shoe, so be sure to order up at least a full size, if not a size and a half.

I needed new aerobic shoes for Jazzercise and when I saw that these had the pivot point on the bottom I thought I would give them a try. I usually wear an 8 1/2 in aerobic shoes but ordered the 9, as suggested by Zappos. They fit well and easily move around on the floor during my class. They look a little funky but so far so good.

They do require some time to break in as these feel very firm and stiff but after about 15min my feet get used to them. They will help save your knees if you do lots of jumps or hops and will give some spin even on concrete. NOTE: I had an older version of this shoe and it lasted almost 5 years of dancing at least 2 nights and several hours of classes every week. So I'm hoping these will hold up a long time before giving out as well.

Very comfy, true to size. Decided I didn't want a dance-specific sneaker (even tho I orgiinally purchased for hip-hop).

I went 2 in a half sizes up the 1st time & nailed it. It fit perfect!

I ordered a full size up after reading the reviews and it was very helpful. I am a 8.5 and the 9.5 fits very well. The arch support is great. It is a keeper.

Great sneakers for any kind of dance. This is my second pair and they are supportive and let you spin easily. Highly recommend them. Do go one full size up from your shoe size.

There's no way these dancing sneakers could be considered stylish but that's not why I bought them. I had a thicker sock on the first time I tried them on and they seemed quite snug. I switched to a thinner sock and they were perfect. Previous comments I had read recommending sizing up we're very helpful

Gorgeous shoe but way too small. My normal size 6, these size 7 hit my big toe painfully. Exchanging for 7.5 and hoping for the best.

A lot of the dance teachers wore these shoes when I used to take swing & charleston. So I finally got a pair to treat myself because the pandemic is almost over & it's time to have fun again. I always wear 7 1/2 or 8 but Zappos recommended 8 1/2. I followed their recommendation & they really were right. It's going to be a great summer. Rock on!

I saw everyone recommend getting 2 sizes up for the shoes to fit, but my feet run really small regardless of size so I just ordered one whole size up and hoped for the best. The shoes fit perfect out of the box and I was able to go en pointe immediately. They have so much support for dancing. Definitely a purchase I'm happy with!
