I would recommend ordering a full size up if you have wide mid foot like I do, as my toes couldn't reach all the way forward and my heel was sticking out at the back, and because the soles are anatomically shaped, I felt a lot of pressure on my heel, so I rarely use it. But still a stylish looking slides
