This is a wonderful toaster with a beautifully engineered design. Everything that I've tried out, every toasting setting performs beautifully.

Easily the best toaster I have ever owned. And Breville customer service was fantastic.

Sick and tired of always having breads and bagels toasted on one side and not the other, or on the top half and not the bottom half, etc., we decided to try the Breville Smart Toaster and are thrilled with its even toasting!

This toaster makes the perfect piece of toast every time. We love the Lift and A Bit More buttons too!

This toaster purchase was to replace the same model which we had for over nine years before the temperature control began to fail. Our previous experience with other brands was that they never lasted more than two-three years.

I love this toaster so much! It toasts our items perfectly. I love the "a bit more", "defrost" and "lift and look" buttons!

Old toaster of 4 years finally came to the end of its life...and I was tired of eating burnt toast. Reviewed a number of toasters on web and came down to a couple. I was intrigued with the level of technology incorporated in this toaster. Very good reviews of brand and toaster. After a number of weeks, I am very happy with its performance, quality build, and output. After a few trials (especially with bagels), satisfied with results. Hoping it will outlive the previous toaster I had.

Great toaster! Two of the heating elements stopped working, but Breville replaced the toaster. New one works very well!

This toaster is fun to use and like any item with upgraded features, you don't need them, until you have them. For example, like "look & see" feature or the "few minutes more" but more importantly it turns out a good piece of toast once you get used to the settings.

The best toaster I've ever used!!!..It toasts perfectly, looks sharp and that slowwww eject...amazing!!!

You may think it is a bit expensive for a toaster but it worth it. It toast faster enough, the bagel function work very well and the toasting is consistant. The slots are not that long for longer bread than regular toast. The automatic feed is very nice. I have it for 5 months. I recommend it.

Very happy with our purchase

I toast Whole Wheat Bread and could never find a toaster that would fully toast the bread even at the highest setting and with the "Frozen" mode selected. I usually had to toast it twice and manually stop it. This toaster toasts perfectly even with it set at 4. If I toast frozen bread the "Frozen" setting adjusts the time perfectly.

You can buy breville products without a second thought. Great appliances!

We purchased this toaster two months ago after visiting a family member who had one. We like the features it has. So far, so good.

Selected this as a Mastercard reward a few years ago and as someone who has toast practically every morning, and as a mechanical engineer who appreciates a good design I thought I would drop a review of this outstanding toaster on the website. Nothing has failed, even the motorized drop and lift that I was suspicious of at the start continues to work fine. The toast is very evenly grilled on both sides, the control is precise, the bagel function (which was probably on for the other odd one-sided review I noticed) works great to not over grill the exterior, the lift and look, the a bit more - all excellent features that work great. Love this toaster design and performance, glad it is still available because when it does eventually fail I will buy another.

Haven't run into any issues with it. Perfect toasting that's accompanied by a quiet and fancy motor to bring your toast to surface.

We love this toaster! Just press a button and the bread goes down, very cool. Breville has thought of everything you would ever want to do with a toaster. Defrost a frozen bagel or english muffin, then toast it to perfection and anything you want with the press of a button.

This is a great working toaster and it looks great, too. I love the way that it shows how much longer the toasting process will be. It is easy to lift the toasted items earlier. It looks like it will last for a very long time.
