Love it! Made of solid materials. I like how the pitcher has a cap that prevents foam from pouring into your glass. The parts are easy to clean. Leave a bag in the pulp bucket and it makes cleanup even easier. I juice from kale to carrots, it turns out great

Fast, powerful and easy to use. Purchased it as a gift for my Wife who had been interested in the juicers sold on big brand stores. After some research I found that those juicers were cheap but did not perform well. The Breville Juice Fountain is priced similarly to other juicers in the same category, but is one of the most powerful and easy to clean units.

I am very happy with this juicer. I've had it for just about 3 weeks now and so far, I'm completely satisfied with this purchase. The Breville 800JEXL is a well designed and well made machine. I'm impressed with it's quality. This is the second juicer I've owned. My first one was only $99 and it was a lot more work. The Breville is fast and easy to use and clean up. I like that it comes apart and goes together with ease. That is part of the good design. This is a sturdy machine that I expect to have in use for many years. It comes with a brush to clean the basket and that's so smart. This is a machine you can unbox and get started juicing right away. I feel it was worth the sale price price and I chose Zappos because they had the best price and free shipping (Amazon would have charged for shipping so I canceled the Amazon order and went with Zappos). Zappos was fast and the machine was well-packed for a safe journey across the USA to my home. That's another plus about the Breville: it's made in the USA.

This juicer changes juicing as the cleanup is literally 5 minutes. Strong engine, easy to put together and to use. I have juiced since the early 1970's and this is the best juicer I have found, especially the ease of cleanup.

We love this juicer. It is fast, easy to clean and is a must have for anyone attempting a juice fast. It is a little loud on the high setting but really it is not a big deal. Be aware this thing is big and heavy - two characteristics we wanted in a juicer. Overall: great juicer, buy it.

One of the criteria for choosing a juicer is whether you will actually use it. The determining factor for me is speed of use, especially the cleanup part. I did a lot of research before choosing a juicer. Years ago I had an expensive Omega juicer but I hardly used it because it took over 30 minutes to clean each time. The Breville is fantastic! It is a quick 5 minute cleanup after use - no kidding! It's fast to setup and dismantle. The manual suggests putting a produce bag on the bin to catch the fiber. This makes for fast, speedy cleaning. The chute is large so you can stuff whole heads of Romaine into it, small apples, and whole cucumbers. It has a low and high speed which accommodates both soft and hard veggies and fruits. I juiced oranges in it on the low setting for perfect orange juice. I also purchased a Breville Hemisphere blender which is of equal excellent quality. I highly recommend this juicer. It will save you a lot of time so you can enjoy healthy, delicious, fresh juice every day.

I spent a lot of time looking for a new machine to replace my older juicer. After reading a ton of reviews I decided on the Breville 8000JEXL and I wasn't disappointed. It's very powerful and pretty easy to clean. It also looks awesome which was important because I wanted to keep on the kitchen counter and it looks great with my stainless appliances. This machine has everything I was looking for any I highly recommend it if you juice or are getting into it. Zappos has this thing on my doorstep in less than 24 hours. Prefect all the way around.

The only juicer that I have had is my mom's old Champion. That was a great machine, but a pain to clean, and not the prettiest counter top appliance. After reading countless reviews, I chose this Breville juicer. What a fabulous machine. Super easy clean up, looks nice sitting out, (otherwise you will not use it daily, right?) And has all the power to grind right through whatever I put in it. I use it primarily for vegetable juicing, kale, beets, carrots, etc. It's a little loud, but it is not on for very long, and that seems to be part of the package with any juicer. Using Zappos was the way to go. It was delivered lickety split!

This juicer is amazing! You get more juice for your vegetable, and it is so easy to clean up. I have given two as presents, I love it.

I can't say enough great things about this juicer. It is high quality and powerful. I have had it for close to a month and use it everyday. So glad I went with the Breville Elite. Worth every penny.

We purchased the Breville 800JEXL to juice veggies for green drinks and apples from our trees. Wow! We are thrilled with this powerful juicer. We have had no problems with it, easy to clean, easy to use. we would recommend it to anyone wanting to juice!

After checking out reviews on the Breville, I finally decided to get one. I was delighted to find it on Zappos, one of my favorite companies. Three days after I ordered it, there it was on my doorstep - super fast delivery. A lot of thought was put into the design because it's so fast and easy to disassemble, clean, and assemble. I am impressed with the amount of juice that it extracts. This is a quality juicer. Try it, you won't be sorry.

An amazingly powerful machine that makes a LOT of juice VERY quickly. I love the big feed tube--you can pop smaller-sized whole apples in there! Extraction is very good and the pulp turns out very dry. The included foam-skimming pitcher is pretty ace. Cleans up very easily, too. Build and functionality are top notch.

This two speed juicer is great for anything other than leafy greens. I juice twice a day, usually carrots, beets, ginger, tomato, cucumber, celery, cranberries, lemon. Sometimes I throw in blueberries or pineapple or kiwi for a bit of sweet. I love the large capacity feeder tube. It is a breeze to clean, and that is a big deal to me. The enclosed brush makes quick work of the basket. While I wish I could do greens, I am happy to do everything else!

This machine juices very well and I find it easy to clean. Make sure you are quick on the plunger when juicing beets and other dark red fruits and veggies it will spray some splatter on the counter tops. Perfect size for two people.

I did a lot of research before finally committing to purchase the Breville 800JEXL Elite Juicer. After realizing I was going to continue juicing, I decided to retire my old, cheap Elite juicer and get something more substantial. This juicer is large and heavy but snazzy enough to leave out on the counter as an appliance. The unit is well made; sturdy, easy to assemble parts. The main reason why I decided to get a better juicer was to reduce the waste, which I saw a lot of with my previous juicer. After watching a video clip of Martha Stewart using this juicer, and seeing how dry the pulp was, I was sold. I experiment by using challenging ingredients like spinach, celery, zucchini, orange, kiwi fruit, pineapple, grapes (which by the way, makes a great tasting juice) and set the speed to slow. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the ingredients yielded about 25% more juice than the Elite juicer, but was disappointed to see that the pulp, although not as slushy, was not as dry as I hoped it would be. Squeezing the pulp produced more juice. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I anticipated seeing much drier remains. I decided to process the same ingredients with the setting on "high" to see if it would make a difference. While the pulp consistency was the same, I discovered that processing soft items (like pineapple and oranges) produces more foam and some of the spinach whipped through without being processed. Luckily the juice container has a great foam separator that eliminates the foam as you pour. The lesson here is to use the proper speed for what you're juicing. Overall, I'm still satisfied with this juicer. I feel that it does produce a lot of juice, it's well made, easy to clean (the brush that's provided makes cleaning the filter basket a snap), pretty quiet (Note: the "low" setting is very quiet while the "high" setting is much louder), and nice looking. It's well worth the price.

I love this juicer! It has a powerful motor and has taken on every fruit and veggie I put through it. If you're looking to have some pulp in your juice, then this one is not for you!

I read numerous reviews of juicers before deciding on the Breville Juicer. I decided to order it through Zappos because of the free shipping! I have been thrilled with the Breville Juicer. It is easy to use, easy to clean, fits on my kitchen counter perfectly, and makes great juice!

This is an awesome machine, if you are serious about losing weight, getting in shape, and healing you body. I have lost two pant sizes 42 to 38 and 10 real pounds in one month. I feel great. Good Luck!

I have a Champion juicer, but after seeing the Breville demos, I decided to get a Breville. I am doing a lot of juicing, so a juicer that didn't require cutting everything into small pieces and one with a large chute that could handle greens appealed to me. I like the Breville because it simplifies juicing, is a time-saver, and the clean up is easy. I love the design and the stainless steel construction. That said, the Champion is a better juicer. With the Champion you get carrot juice and pulp that resembles sawdust. With the Breville I can squeeze the carrot pulp and get more juice. Also, pieces of veggies show up in the juice, sometimes large ones. However, for ease of use, it's a trade-off I'm willing to make. And it looks great on the counter.

Worst purchase ever! motor caught on fire in less than a year and when I called Breville (having faithfully filled out and mailed warranty registration) they told me that warranty registration was just for marketing - and that I needed receipt! unfortunately did not realize that I could pull up receipt on my Zappos account so I chunked the eyesore and constant reminder of terrible, expensive purchase (sorry, for the cost I expected it to last awhile)!

I've used this juicer for a good 2-3 months and here's what happened. So I got up one morning, so excited to use the juicer, I had cleaned it the night before and prepared my fruits/veggies(cut them up). So well first it's a two person job. Luckily one of my relatives was there to hand me the veggies/fruits so that I could put it through the feed chute. So I put in one apple (no seeds and sliced into 4 quarters) and I hear a sound like the apple was being smushed, so out of one end comes the pulp and skins and out of the juice part comes an ounce of juice, maybe less than an ounce actually. So next I put in a carrot, so I alternate between fruits and veggies. so after an apple, an carrot, a cucumber and an orange...I get a little less than 8 ounces of liquid. So I turn it off, and unplug it and some more juice comes out so now I have maybe 9 or 10 ounces in total. I drink my juice, it's not bad. Clean the machine was horrible. I had to take each piece apart - the blades I did by hand because there was pulp in the mesh basket and finally the bucket where all the pulp goes. Do not believe anything that the internet tells you, you can't use that pulp for anything edible. Every time I used it, I felt money was just going down the drain. Bottom line: Such a waste of fiber and pulp. Hard to clean, just I hate juicers.
